In recent years, it has been supporting sustainable growth to be a longevity company such as training, consulting, finding and rewarding excellent companies, and tax support for the smooth family business succession of family businesses. The smooth family business succession of these companies has positive effects such as maintaining and improving technological competitiveness, maintaining stable employment, creating long-term investment and new jobs. However, since the concept of the family dominant business is still unfamiliar in Korea, the research on the family dominant business is also insufficient. Now, as family dominant business have a very high share in the national economy, there is a need for research on family dominant business in Korea. Therefore, this study conducted an empirical research on succession process consulting satisfaction of family business centered on small business owners and analyzed the difference of it.

Recently, public certificates issued by nationally-recognized certification bodies have been abolished, and internet companies have issued their own common certificates as certification authority. The Electronic Signature Act was amended in a way to assign responsibility to Internet companies. As the use of a joint certificate issued by Internet companies as a certification authority is allowed, it is expected that the fraud damage caused by the theft of public key certificates will increase. We propose an authentication model that can be used in a security gateway that combines PKI with a blockchain with integrity and security. and to evaluate its practicality, we evaluated the security of the authentication model using Sugeno's hierarchical fuzzy integral, an evaluation method that excludes human subjectivity and importance degree using Delphi method by expert group. The blockchain-based joint certificate is expected to be used as a base technology for services that prevent reckless issuance and misuse of public certificates, and secure security and convenience.

Currently, whether in a domestic or international sphere, many small businesses are suffering due to COVID-19. The grim reality is that several businesses are shutting down. While the national disaster relief grant was used to contain the damages by encouraging consumer spending, it has become difficult to prevent closures of small businesses. As of September 2020, more than 20,000 stores have closed in Seoul due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There has also been an increase in the number of people with depression caused by the COVID-19 blues. This issue is not only confined to Seoul in the Republic of Korea, but is influencing all other areas affected by the pandemic. As the number of COVID-19 patients increase, the number of open stores is decreasing steadily. The analysis of the correlation coefficient of Pearson, Spearman, and Kendall suggests a negative correlation between the number of COVID-19 patients and the number of stores in business.

최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 경제적 효율성을 높이는 창업에의 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소기업 및 소상공인의 창업은 한 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소기업 및 소상공인들이 생계형 창업을 넘어 기업의 성과를 높일 수 있도록 하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업가들의 경험적 특성과 사업성과간의 상관관계를 조사하여 중소기업들의 성과에 미치는 영향변수를 분석 하는데 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 창업자의 개인적인 특성 중 사업성공에 필요한 경험적 특성을 중점적으로 고려하여 연구를 진행하였다. 창업자가 사업성공을 위해 가져야 할 특성에는 창업자의 배경적 특성(학력, 창업관련 강좌 수강, 가족이나 지인의 주변창업, 창업자의 과거 창업경험 등) 창업자의 심리적 특성(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 모호함에 대한 인내력), 창업자의 관리적 역량(창업자의 관리적 능력, 기업가적 능력, 기술적-기능적 능력) 창업자의 전략적 성향(제품-서비스 혁신 차별화 전략 성향, 마케팅 차별화 전략 성향, 비용 우위 전략 성향)이 있다. 이러한 다양한 변수들 중 창업가의 배경적 특성에 속하고 있는 개인의 경험적 특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 연구를 진행하였다.

About 70% of domestic land is mountainous and the construction of many geotechnical structures is inevitable for building transportation networks across region. Many geotechnical surveys, including rock physical and mechanical tests, are performed during construction. Thus study is a basic research for establishing database of physical and mechanical properties in domestic rocks, and analyzing the rock mechanical relationships between 2,000 rock properties obtained from laboratory tests in KOLAS. For the construction of useful database, systematic management, based on the standard information as well as reliable data accumulation, is required.

Recently, We have many private information leakage cases through internet which cause social problems and it is impossible to change or update the leaked information, it is also used to the third crime such as identity theft, internet fraud. Hackers are interested in stealing private information for making money, in this point private information leakage problems are constantly increased hereafter. In this paper, I surveyed the authorization model on site registration which is currently used in Korea, and the problem of collecting personal identification number, I proposed policy model of useless method of private information, especially leaked information can not be used anymore in internet.

공공부분 S/W사업은 분리발주가 원칙이고 일괄발주가 예외지만 현재 많은 공공부분 S/W사업은 일괄 발주 사업으로 진행되고 있다. 일괄발주는 SI업체가 S/W업체도 선택하여 입찰 및 개발하기 때문에 발주자가 원하는 품질 좋은 S/W를 선택할 수 없고, 발주자가 S/W를 업그레이드 및 확장할 때 SI업체에 의존하게 되는 단점이 있다. 이런 단점을 보완하고, S/W분리발주를 활성화시키기 위해 지식경제부(구 정보통신부)에서는 S/W분리발주 매뉴얼을 작성하여 보급 및 교육을 하고 있으며, 발주처에서는 품질이 우수한 S/W를 선택하기 위한 S/W분리발주 BMT를 공인된 시험기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) SW 시험인증센터에서 BMT를 실시하고 있다. 본 논문은 위협관리시스템(TMS) S/W분리발주 BMT를 공인된 국가 시험인증기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) SW시험인증센터에서 수행한 사례를 기술하였다

The USA has declared the cyber space as the 5th battlefield following land, sea, air, and space. In contrast to physical wars, in national cyberwarfare differentiation between friend and foe is impossible, and the boundaries between the lines of attack and defense are obscure. Therefore, to perform national cyberwarfare, credibility of all command delivery information performed in the cyber space should be confirmed. In this paper, the authors have determined the commands performed in national cyberwarfare, granted authorized IPv6 in space including the earth, moon and Mars for information credibility, and used LINK joints loaded with stealth functions to secure the credibility of command information.

오늘날 많은 국가들이 전자상거래 부문을 세계 여러 국가들 보다 빨리 선점하기 위해서 많이 노력하고 있다. 그리고 전자상거래가 활성화된 국가에서는 앞선 기술로서 가상공간에서의 자국의 위치를 높이고 있다. 우리나라도 전자상거래가 활성화되는 과정에 있다. 그러나 가상공간 즉, 인터넷에서 해결되지 못한 문제들이 많이 있다. 그 중에서도 세계 여러 나라들도 해결하지 못한 문제 바로 보안에 관한 문제이다. 인터넷에서의 보안문제는 여러 가지 문제들이 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 개인 인증에 관하여 중점적으로 다루려 한다. 개인 인증 방법에는 PKI 개념에서 RSA 암호알고리즘과, 전자서명 등이 있다. 그리고 공인 인증기관에서 개인에 대한 인증을 해 주는 경우가 있다. 현재 이러한 인증방법에 대해서 알아보고, 문제점과 함께 해결방안으로 생체알고리즘을 통한 인증 방법, 특히 지문에 대해서 개인 인증 방법을 다루려 한다. 특히 지문을 통한 생체알고리즘은 패턴 인식방향 보다 이미지에 대한 직접적인 의미 부여를 통해서 전송속도와 전송량을 줄이려고 노력했다. 이런 방식으로 얻어낸 이미지를 전자주민 카드 지문 시스템과 상호 호환이 될 수 있도록 연구하였다.

At the present moment when around 60 years have passed after the introduction of private security, there are security instructor and protection specialist guard as government official recognition qualification. This study discussed problems of secondary performance test system among qualification certification items which have been implement ed as government official recognition qualification since 2013. Current qualification certification for protection specialist guard is composed of primary academic test and secondary performance test. Since it is estimated that it is high time to increase clients' satisfaction and public reliability through strict qualification certification for protection specialist guard. Following improvement plans are intended to suggest. First, it is a plan to divide and diversify difficulties of performance test evaluation events. Second, it is a plan to diversify evaluation criteria of performance test. Third, it is a plan to make criteria for selecting specialized performance test evaluation committee. Fourth, it is a new plan of exclusion system to avoid any relation between performance test evaluation committee and applicants. In this respect, institutional improvement should be followed in order to improve specialty of qualification certification of performance test system for protection specialist guard.
