가스안전 - 빌트인 연소기 설치기준

  • 최근 국민소득 증가와 주거환경의 변화로 주방의 편의성 및 미관을 위해 빌트인 연소기(주방가구 안에 일체로 설치된 연소기) 설치가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 빌트인 구조로 연소기를 설치할 경우 연소기와 호스의 접속부분은 은폐구조로 되어있어 일상점검이 불가능함에 따라 안전관리상 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 한국가스안전공사는 지난 2011년 5월 연결부분 점검기준을 KGS코드로 제정 시행하고 있으나 점검구를 '연소기와 호스 연결부 부근'이 아닌 다른 곳에 뚫거나, 미관상의 이유로 막아버리는 경우가 있어 여전히 안전관리에 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 한국가스안전공사는 빌트인 연소기 내부 가스 체류로 인한 폭발사고 방지를 위해 '빌트인 연소기 설치기준'을 보급하고 있다.

Seismic Evaluation for Strainer in the Primary Cooling System (일차 냉각계통 스트레이너에 대한 내진 건전성 평가)

  • To evaluate the structural integrity for the strainer under seismic loading the seismic analysis and design were performed for T-type strainer in accordance with ASME, Section Ⅲ, Class 3(ND). Since there are no specified design requirements for the strainer in ASME Code, the strainer body was analysed according to ND-3500, valve design. Flanged joints connected with PCS piping were designed according to ND-3658.3. And the criteria for the cover flange was governed by the Appendix XI. Both a frequency analysis and an equivalent static seismic analysis of the strainer were carried out using the finite element computer program, ANSYS. The frequency analysis results show the fundamental natural frequency is greater than 33Hz, thus justifying the use of the equivalent static analysis through which membrane and bending stresses are obtained in the critical points near the branch connection area. The results of the seismic evaluation fully satisfied with the structural acceptance criteria of the ASME Code. Accordingly the structural integrity on the strainer body and flanges were proved.

Study on the Performance of New Shear Resistance Connecting Structure of Precast Member (프리캐스트 부재의 새로운 전단저항 연결체의 성능에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to critically evaluate the structural performance of an innovative new shear resistance connecting structure of precast member. Joints such as shear resistance connecting structure require special attention when designing and constructing precast segmental structures. An experimental and analytical study was conducted to quantify performance measures and examine one aspect of detailing for developed shear resistance connecting structure. A computer program, named RCAHEST (Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), for the analysis of reinforced concrete structures was used. A joint element is used to predict the inelastic behavior of the joints between segmental members. Future work by the authors will do a model test of precast segmental prestressed concrete bridge columns with this shear resistance connecting structure, and examined both the structural behavior and seismic performance.

  • 광섬유 브래그 격자 센서(Fiber Brags Grating Sensor: FBG Sensor)는 여타 광섬유 센서와 같이 가볍고 저렴하며 주위의 전자기적 잡음에 무관한 장점과 더불어 측정대상이 반사광의 파장변화이므로, 광섬유 연결부나 실험장치들에 의해 생기는 광 손실이나 잡음에 대해서 강인한 측정을 할 수 있다. 그리고 파장변화가 변형률이나 온도변화에 선형적으로 나타나므로, 센서로서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히, 구조물의 내부에 삽입하여 구조물 스스로 외부의 환경변화를 감지하여 필요한 동작을 수행하는 지능형 구조물(Smart Structure)에 적합한데, 이를 위해선 구조물의 여러 지점을 측정해야 하므로, 브래그 격자 여러개를 한 시스템에서 사용하는 다중화(Multiplexing)가 필수적이다. Wideband Marchand Balun Using Flexible Printed Circuit (연성 인쇄 회로를 이용한 광대역 Marchand 발룬)

  • In this paper, a new marchand balun using broadside-coupled coplanar waveguide(CPW) on flexible printed circuit (FPC) is proposed. The proposed balun is designed based on the coupled line theory. The fabricated balun shows compact size and improved performance compared to the conventional microstrip line marchand balun. Measured amplitude and phase imbalance between the two balanced output ports are within 0.2 dB and $1^{\circ}$ respectively in a wide frequency range($1.63{\sim}3.44$ GHz). The proposed balun is expected to be used between various antennas and RF front-ends as a functional interconnection.

  • Numerical investigations have been conducted on the junction that connect the multi-tubular section and the single shell section in order to evaluate applicability of hybrid sections in wind turbine towers instead of conventional single shell towers. Major characteristics in structural details include extension of multi-tubular member into shell end section, installation of wing stiffeners, and different layout of floor beams. Elastic and nonlinear incremental analyses were conducted to examine stress concentration patterns and ultimate behaviors, respectively. Based on evaluation of structural performance due to vertical and horizontal forces, it has been confirmed that installation of floor beams and wing stiffeners sensitively affect ultimate strength of global wind tower.

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트폰을 이용한 실험실용 모형 지능형 자동차의 원격 제어 시스템을 구현하였다. 기존의 임베디드 기기(지능형 모형 자동차) 원격 제어 시스템은 단순한 1:1 통신으로 조종 기기와 임베디드 기기사이에 일정 간격을 유지해야 하는 단점이 있다. 본 시스템은 인터넷 망을 이용하여 구현 하였으므로 조종 기기와 임베디드 기기와의 네트워크 통신이 가능하다면 원격 조종이 가능한 거리의 제한이 없어진다. 사설 아이피끼리의 P2P 연결에서 공인아이피를 알아내기 위해 UDP서버 경유방식을 사용하였다. 그리고 기기 근처에 연결 가능한 무선 네트워크망이 있어야 한다는 단점을 개선하기 위해 Ad-Hoc방식을 구현하였다. 또한 일반패킷 구조를 사용하는 것 보다 직접 구현한 데이터 패킷 구조를 사용하여 이미지 및 센서 데이터를 전송한 결과 전송속도가 훨씬 개선하였다.

Influence of Openings on the Structural Behavior of Shear Walls with Slabs (슬래브가 있는 전단벽의 구조적 거동에 대한 개구부의 영향)

  • An experimental investigation was conducted with half-scale representations of the reinforced concrete shear walls with the opening subjected to cyclic loads. Specimens were half scale representations of a one-story wall in the apartment built in 1980. The area ratio of the opening section, as well as the size and critical section of coupling slabs, were decided based on results from a previous researches. The test result of WS-0.23 specimen, which has artificial damages to install the opening, the strength of the wall decreased due to the opening. It is apparent that influence of cutting reinforcing bars and decrease of effective section area lead to early first yield of the reinforcing bars before the allowable limit of drift ratio of the shear walls was reached. Therefore, proper reinforcing method is needed to prevent this. The decrease of strength of the shear walls by installation of openings shows a great deal of difference compared to previous researches. This is because flexural capacity of the slabs is working as coupling elements for the shear walls. The critical section of coupling slabs that works as coupling elements for shear walls was a little different from the results of previous researches.

Study on Behavior Characteristics of L-Type Flange Bolt Connection for Supporting Structures of Wind Turbines (풍력터빈 지지구조물 L형 플랜지 볼트 접합부의 거동 특성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we investigated the behavior characteristics of the L-type flange bolt connection, which is used to connect upper and lower flanges having L-type ring sections, by bolts. This connection is mainly used in domestic wind turbine structures, wherein it is a vital component as any imperfection could cause the collapse of the entire structural system. Therefore, understanding the behavior characteristics of the L-type flange bolt connection is imperative. In this study, the connection's response to external force was simulated using finite element (FE) analysis and the FE model was idealized to behave as a single L-type bolt flange. The variation in the bolt tension and the L-type flange stress were analyzed to understand the behavior characteristics of the connection. Moreover, the bolt-load function models proposed by Petersen, Schmidt/Neuper and VDI 2230, theoretically expressing a relation between bolt tension and external force, were compared to evaluate the suitability of the FE analysis and analyze the significant behavior characteristics of the connection. Furthermore, the changes in the bolt-load curve due to the variations in the partial dimensions of the L-type flange bolt connection were analyzed.

Evalution for Joints of Coastal Environments Blocks (Coastal Environments 블록 적용을 위한 연결부 강도평가)

  • Other damage can occur due to the preexisting dull structure and installation of nonenvironmental-friendly concrete structure, lack of function for preventing coastal erosion. Increase of personal income and fast spread of the concept of waterfront casued the initiation of many project to improve aging coastal ports. However, none of environment-friendly structure has been developed and pre-existing solid block, igloo block, tunnel block are used commonly. In piers and lighter's wharf where the ships are mooring, resonance by the generation of a reflected wave caused by penetration wave in the port and port wave increases wave heights in the port and makes difficult to maintain the temperature, causes problems in mooring ships and cargo-working, and eventually increase the occurance of damages of the small ships by the collision. Therefore, development of new types of blcok is necessary. To apply Coastal Environments block developed for this reason, it requires allowable bearing capacity evaluation of shear key. For this study, we made test specimen for connecting part of C.E. Block, and conducted friction test of boundary surface. Data obtained by the experiment was analyzed by finite element analysis and assessed the coefficient of friction between C.E. Block and boundary surface.
