  • 본 논문은 2-상태 시스템의 신뢰도 계산을 위하여 Heidtmann[3]이 제시한 가역 알고리즘을 부울 대수를 사용하여 경로집합으로부터 절단집합을 유도하거나, 역으로 절단집합으로부터 경로집합을 유도함으로서 효율성을 입증하였으며, 포함-불포함 공식(inclusion-exclusion formula)과 추축 분해법칙(pivotal decomposition rule)을 이용하여 직·병렬구조 및 복합구조의 신뢰도를 계산할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발, 분석하였다.

  • A Through-Bulkhead Initiation Module(TBIM) using CH-6 was designed. The TBIM works as the shock-wave generated by a donor charge transmits to the acceptor charge. The structural safety of TBIM housing was calculated via modeling analysis, and the ignition characteristic was proved by 10 cc closed bomb test(CBT). The reliability analysis was made using Probit method on the basis of CBT results. The optimal bulkhead thickness of TBIM which is the most important design parameter was determined using reliability analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 CORBA에서 MS구조의 근사 신뢰도계정을 제안하였다. 기존의 정확한 계정 방법은 마코프모델을 적용하여 복잡도가 높은 반면, 제안하는 방법은 단말의 이동에 따른 핸드오프 이전의 정상상태와 핸드오프상태 중에서 시스템의 성능향상과 부품의 고장률이 향상된 것을 고려하여 핸드오프상태를 계정에서 제외하여 복잡도를 줄였다. 제안하는 근사 신뢰도계정이 정확한 신뢰도 계정과 비교한 결과 편차는 1/1000정도 이었다. 그러나 이 편차는 시스템의 동작시간이 길어질수록 점점 줄어드는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • This paper investigates audience perception on news content through comparison analysis on Comprehensive Programming Channels, TV chosun, JTBC, Channel A, and Terrestrial Broadcasting 'KBS'. How sensationalism created by video news affect audiences' credibility on news and media. The results shows that Comprehensive programming channels are assessed more sensational than terrestrial broadcasters by audience. Additionally, Comprehensive programming channels are assessed to get a lower credibility than terrestrial broadcasters by audience in the analysis of news and media credibility, comprehensive programming channels and terrestrial broadcasters. As a result, comprehensive programming channels showed lower news credibility and media credibility compared to that of the terrestrial broadcasters. This means that comprehensive programming channels must do the best not only recovering credibility from audiences but also constructing position as national broadcasting media.

  • The assessment and prediction of service life of a structure are usually under uncertainty so that rational probabilistic concepts and methods have to be applied. Based on these rational assessment and prediction, optimum maintenance strategies to minimize the life-cycle cost and/or maximize the structural safety can be established. The service life assessment and prediction considering maintenance actions generally includes effects of maintenance types and times of the structural components on the service life extensions of structural system. Existing researches on the service life management have revealed the appropriate system modeling considering the correlation among the components is required for system reliability analysis and probabilistic service life estimation. However, the study on correlation among the maintenance actions is still required. This paper deals with such a study for more effective and efficient service life management. In this paper, both the preventive and essential maintenances are considered for the extended service life estimation and management.

  • We have analyzed the reliability of failure models In grid topology circuit switched networks. These models are grid topology circuit_ switched networks. and each node transmits packets to object node using flooding search routing method. We hypothesized that the failure of each link Is Independent. We have analyzed for the performance estimation of failure models It using joint probability method to the reliability of a small grid topology circuit switched network. and compared analytic output with simulated output. Also. We have evaluated the reliability of networks using call blocking Probability occurred in circuit switched networks.

  • 대부분의 유역에는 다수의 댐이 건설되어 운영되고 있는 것이 일반적이며, 이들 댐 군의 효과를 극대화하기 위하여 연계최적운영 기법의 적용이 일반화 되고 있다. 2000년 수립된 국가장기수 자원계획에서도 이미 4대강 수계의 댐 군의 연계운영 효과로 2011년까지 6억 $m^3$를 반영하고 있다. 또한 프론티어 연구개발사업을 통해 순수한 시스템적인 개선으로 30억 $m^3$의 용수를 추가적으로 확보하는 방안이 오래전부터 진행되어 오고 있다. 이와 같은 방법론의 핵심은 수문기상의 예측정도를 높이고 장단기 강우-유출을 사전 혹은 실시간으로 예측하여 수자원시설물의 기능을 최대화시키는 전략으로 현재와 같이 댐과 같은 수리구조물을 신규로 건설하는데 어려움이 많은 경우 유용한 대안이 될 수 있다. 그러나 수리구조물의 운영에 필요한 많은 변수 중에서 가장 예측이 어려우며 또한 효과를 평가할 수 있는 가장 핵심적인 요소인 수문사상에 대한 정보의 신뢰도에는 한계가 있다. 다시 말하면 현재와 같은 상황에서 수자원시설물의 시스템적인 개선을 통한 편익의 신뢰도가 구조물적인 효과의 신뢰도를 보장하기 어렵다는 것이다. 결국 주어진 여건에서 수자원이용의 효과를 극대화시키기 위해서는 구조적 대안과 시스템적인 기법을 같이 적용할 수밖에 없으며 상호 보완적으로 활용하는 것이 가장 합리적일 것이다. 이와 같은 측면에서 구조적인 댐간 연결은 일정범위까지는 확실한 효과를 담보할 수 있으며 이 또한 시스템적으로도 유용할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 개념을 안동댐과 임하댐이 도수터널로 연결될 경우로 가정하여 예상되는 효과에 대하여 평가하였다. 평가방법은 일간연계모의모형과 일간도수연결모의모형을 개발하여 적용하였으며 무효방류량의 감소정도와 용수공급 증가량과 공급의 신뢰도, 부족량의 크기 등을 비교 평가하였다.

Reliability Evaluation of Compressive Strength of Reinforced Concrete Members (철근 콘크리트 구조 부재의 압축강도 추정 신뢰도 평가)

  • In this study, a specimen composed of columns, walls, beams, and slabs was fabricated to investigate the estimated reliability using nondestructive test method for the location of structural members of reinforced concrete single layer structures. And for accurate analysis in the comparison process with the existing estimation formula, we try to analyze the reliability through statistical approach by using error rate comparison and Confidence interval estimation. As a result, The average error rate of the core test was 18.8% compared with the result of estimating the compressive strength using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method. The average error rate of the core test results compared with the result of estimating the compressive strength using the rebound hardness method was 20.1%, confirming the field applicability. it is judged that the reliability of the compressive strength estimation can be derived from the wall member to make a quick and efficient structure safety diagnosis using the ultrasonic pulse velocity method. In addition, it is judged that the reliability of the compressive strength estimation can be derived from the beam member to make a quick and efficient structure safety diagnosis using the rebound hardness method.

Evaluation of Reliability Index of Governing Load Combination for Design of Cable Supported Bridge Members (케이블교량의 부재 설계를 지배하는 하중조합에 대한 신뢰도지수 평가)

  • In this paper the reliability analyses of the cable-supported bridge design code which is recently issued in Korea are performed and the results are presented. Governing load combinations for the member design and the statistical properties of the main members are introduced and the analysis is performed using an example cable-stayed bridge for which the design is performed following the load and resistance factors defined in the design code. The reliability analysis shows the target reliability index can be achieved by applying load and resistance factors and the application of the resistance modification factor can enhance the reliability level if the importance of the bridge needs to be increased. The sensitivity analysis reveals that decreasing uncertainty of the cable strength is critical for obtaining the target reliability index. The study results show that the design using the load and resistance factors of the code can achieve the target reliability indexes for the design of cable supported bridge.

  • In this paper, we suggest those two design plans for power supply method of Hot Standby Sparing System; one is the plan using MTBF based on Constant Failure Rate, and the plan using Reliability Function is the other. Traditionally, RBD (Reliability Block Diagram) is used for reliability prediction which is required to meet any requirements before system operation. However, the system that has redundancy, such as Hot Standby Sparing System, Is not suitable for system reliability modeling using combination model, such as RBD. In this paper, therefore, we demonstrate that for redundancy controller, redundancy modeling design toward fault occurrence design is more effective to build up a system with higher reliability and achieve the effectiveness of loss cost due to maintenance and failure occurred in operation, rather than combinational modeling design.
