In this research, The impact factor based on previous studies was composed of attitudes, subjective norms, and executive organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze how these factors have affected on the behavior intention and the behavior the parking regulatory policy using The theory of reasoned action. In addition, The effect of moderate variable(residence, housing type) to be verified. Conducted a survey of the area that was subjected to the parking regulatory policy, and the survey result was analyzed. After verifying the hypothesis using structural equation modeling, Two factors (Attitude, subjective norm) were found to be on the positive effect on the behavior intention and Two factors (Attitude, executive organization) were found to be on the positive effect on the behavior. As a result of verifying the effect of moderate variable(residence, housing type), The residence variable showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between attitudes and behavior and the housing type variable turned out a significant moderating effect on the relationship between enforcement agency and behavior. On the basis of this analysis, presented a practical way for regulatory compliance or Non compliance on the parking regulatory policy.

It is easy for first movers of platform business model to monopolize the market due to the platform's own characteristics such as network effect and flywheel strategy. Accordingly, the regulations on platform operators are constantly being discussed in the recent monopoly regulation arguments, but the concrete regulations have not been settled worldwide. This is because there is no clear consensus on the valuation method which can objectively identify dominant platform firms from the others. This study suggested a platform valuation method based on the Tobin's Q theory, by measuring the moderating effect of the existence of specific scale of platform on the relationship between replacement cost and market valuation. Our method can not only be a standard for settling monopoly regulation by converging the regulation targets, but also contribute to active investment on the new platform firms by evaluating their potential growths quantitatively.

유무선 통신시장이 포화상태에 진입하면서 국내 통신시장 구조의 재편이 일어나고 있다. 1990년대 이후 추진된 신규사업자의 진입을 통한 경쟁 확대 정책이 마무리되고 이제는 망 경쟁보다는 서비스 기반 경쟁으로의 전환이 추진되고 있는 것이다. 그러나 서비스 기반경쟁은 기존 사업자의 망고도화 의욕을 약화시키고 신규사업자의 투자의욕 저하를 초래하는 등 부작용이 많기 때문에 충분한 보완대책이 필요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 고에서는 우리보다 앞서 서비스 기반 경쟁을 시행하고 있는 네덜란드의 통신시장 및 규제환경을 분석하고 서비스 기반 경쟁의 문제점을 보완하기 위한 시사점을 도출해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of openness and competition in special contractor's market. And the result of this study will present the basis of rational policy making. The literature research and time series analysis are adopted as research method. And the findings of this study are as followed. The study has shown that the degree of openness is high in korean special contractor's market by gradual deregulation of entrance barriers into special contractor's market. And the study has revealed that the degree of competition in special contractor's market is high, revealing that the rate of increase of contract account and the subcontract bid rate have decreased.

우리나라 원전의 건설품질보증활동은 원자력법령으로부터 품질보증계획서.절차서에 이르기까지 엄격한 규제체계 아래에서 계획, 수행되고 감시되기 때문에 일반 건설공사시 야기될 수도 있는 문제점들이 사전에 방지가 가능하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 품질보증활동은 결코 강요될 수 없으며, 품질보증요원의 노력만으로는 성취될 수 없기 때문에 관계자 전원에 의해서만 확보될 수 있다는 점을 강조하고자 한다.

현, 판, 막의 진동을 이용하는 피아노, 실로폰, 드럼, 북 등의 악기류를 제외하고는 일반적으로 구조물의 진동은 억제 대상이며 최근에 와서는 이에 관련된 환경 소음 및 진동에 대한 규제가 더욱 강화되는 추세이다. 그러나 자원 및 에너지 소비의 절감을 통한 제품단가의 인하뿐만 아니라 폐기물의 감소등 환경오염의 예방차원에서도 제품의 경량화가 지속적으로 추진되고 있고, 또한 제품성능에 대한 소비자의 기대는 상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 동일하거나 더 높아짐으로써 진동제어 문제가 더욱 부각되고 있다.(중략)

The often raised arguments against allowing Chaebol's ownership of banks, that is, 1) the banks may virtually be transformed into private cash vaults of owners, and 2) conflicts of interests may develop and be possibly abused by chaebols, do not hold under ordinary free market circumstances. Only under some special circumstances in which government imposes artificial regulations on banks such as interest rate ceilings, or provides preferential protection like guaranteeing bank's liabilities, the aforementioned worries can be materialized.

2003년 10.29대책으로 주택가격이 하향세로 돌아섰으며 이후 계속되는 규제들로 주택 시장이 다소 위축되었다. 정부 정책이 수도권과 주택가격 안정에 집중된 결과, 규제를 덜 받는 토지와 개발계획이 발표된 충청권은 계속 가격이 올랐다. 막대한 부동자금이 시중에 존재하고 있는 상황에서 행정수도 이전 등 각종 개발계획들이 국지적 수요를 자극하고 가격상승을 부추기는 중이다. 반면 재건축 제한, 거래신고제, 부동산세 인상 등은 일시적으로 공급과 거래를 위축시키고 있다. 향후 주택시장은 정부정책이 시장 친화적 방향으로 조정되고 지속적인 주택공급이 이루어질 경우 하향 안정세가 계속될 가능성이 높다. 그러나 광일 유동성이 부동산으로 유입되면 상승세로 반전될 가능성이 있으므로 생산적 투자 확대, 장기 금융상품 개발 등으로 유동성을 흡수해야 한다. 정부는 주택시장 연착륙을 위해 정책 일관성을 유지하면서 시장이 제대로 작동될수 있도록 정책의(fine tuning)에 나서야 한다. 특히 재건축 규제를 완화하고 부동산 관련 세금을 경감하는 한편, 지속적인 시장 투명성 제고를 추진할 필요가 있다. 주택업체들은 자발적 구조조정과 기술개발로 승부를 걸어야 한다.

시장지배력(市場支配力) 개념은 독점금지사건(獨店禁止事件)을 경제적(經濟的)으로 분석(分析)하여 위법성(違法性)을 판단하는 과정에서 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 시장지배력(市場支配力)은 어떤 시장구조(市場構造)가 경쟁제한(競爭制限)으로 인해 소비자(消費者)의 후생(厚生)을 침해할 수 있는 잠재력(潛在力)을 갖는지에 대해서 명확하게 답변해 준다. 시장지배력(市場支配力) 중심의 경쟁정책체계(競爭政策體系)는 시장지배력(市場支配力)을 보유하는 기업의 경쟁제한행위(競爭制限行爲)는 상대적으로 큰 후생감소효과(厚生減少效果)를 초래한다는 관점에서, 그들의 경쟁제한행위(競爭制限行爲)를 집중적으로 규제한다. 이 체계는 소비자후생(消費者厚生)과 효율(效率)을 높일 뿐만 아니라 중소생산자(中小生産者)를 보호(保護)하고 지배력분산(支配力分散)을 도모할 수 있다. 또한 이 체계에서는 규제범위(規制範圍)가 간명(簡明)해지기 때문에, 정책당국(政策當局)이 그것을 쉽게 관리(管理)할 수 있다. 이러한 관리가능성(管理可能性)의 향상은 행정력(行政力)의 낭비를 막음으로써 기업활동(企業活動)의 자유(自由)를 확대(擴大)하는 데에도 도움이 될 것이다.

주제어실의 경보계통은 중요한 발전소 변수의 비정상 상태 발생과 운전원의 관심을 요하는 기기상태의 변화에 대해 가시적/가정적 신호로 운전원에게 경고하는 역할을 담당하는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 전력연구원에서 수행중인 '원자력 교육원 시뮬레이터 성능개선' 과제의 일부로 원자력교육원 2호기의 기준발전소인 영광 1호기의 디지털 경보설비 (IAS : Intelligent Annunciator System)의 구조와 이를 시뮬레이터 주컴퓨터 (Host Computer)상의 다이나믹 모델과 연동시켜 구현하는 방법론 및 구현된 경보감시계통에 대해 다루고 있다. 원자력교육원 2호기 경비감시계통은 Trend 모드, 그룹모드, 윈도우 모드, 조치사항 모드 및 조치사항 등록 모드 등 총 5개의 모드로 구성되어 있으며, 발생된 경보의 시간별/그룹별 출력, 경보창 에뮬레이션과 임의의 창에 대한 조치사항 출력, 새로운 경보에 대한 등록 및 삭제 등의 기능 구현이 가능하다. 또한 시뮬레이터에 대한 규제기관의 인허가가 중요한 현안으로 대두될 전망임에 따라 ANSI/ANS-3.5, Regulatory Guide 1.149 등 규제요건에서 제시하는 성능기준 및 검사기준을 만족하도록 설계함으로 향후 규제기관에 대한 인허가 획득을 대비하였다.
