전기자동차 폐배터리를 이용한 에너지저장장치 구성에 관한 기술동향 분석

  • 전기 자동차 및 신재생에너지 시장 확대로 EV, HEV, LEV 등 전기자동차의 수요가 증가함에 따라 2020년을 기점으로 백만개 이상의 리튬-이온 폐배터리가 생성될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 폐배터리는 잔여용량이 80%수준에서 교체되고 있어서 화학적 분해를 통한 재활용 이전에 안정적인 에너지저장장치로서 재사용할 수 있는 가능성을 보유하고 있다. 본고에서는 향후 지속적으로 발생이 예상되는 전기자동차의 폐배터리를 이용하여 에너지저장장치를 구성하는 방법에 대하여 다양한 다양한 국내외 기관들의 기술 및 연구동향에 대해 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 에너지저장장치 구성방법과 이를 확산하기 위한 사업화 방안 등을 알아본다.

  • 검색된 정보의 정확성과 검색 속도는 정보 검색 시스템의 성능 평가에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. MPEG-7 시각 정보 기술자는 예제 기반 이미지/비디오 검색 시스템을 구성할 때 사용할 수 있는 저급 수준시각 정보에 대한 표준화된 기술을 의미한다. 제안된 기술자는 검색 결과의 정확성에 대해서는 검증을 받은 상태이지만, 고차원 데이터이거나 시간 복잡도가 큰 매칭 함수를 가지고 있어 순차 검색을 할 경우 매우 많은 검색시간을 필요로 한다. 일반적으로 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 인덱스 정보를 구성하여 검색에 적용하는 방법이 주로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-7 시각 정보 기술자중 이미지 검색 시스템에 이용할 수 있는 색상 기술자와 텍스쳐 기술자, 그리고 외형 기술자를 인덱스 정보 구성 관점에서 분석하였다.

  • SPL 방법론을 적용하여 개발한 제품군 시험은 모든 제품에서 사용되는 공통 부분과 일부 또는 단일 제품에서만 사용되는 가변 부분을 종합적으로 고려해야 하기 때문에 단일 소프트웨어 시험과는 상당히 다르다. 시험 커버리지는 작성된 시험에 대한 적절성을 측정하는 데에 사용되는 동시에 적절한 시험을 작성하기 위한 가이드로 사용되기 때문에 중요하다. SPL 시험에서 시험 커버리지 측정은 제품군을 구성하는 멤버제품 별로 측정될 수도 있지만, 이는 재사용을 기반으로 중복된 개발관련 활동의 최소화를 지향하는 SPL 의 원칙에 맞지 않다. 따라서 개별 제품이 아닌 SPL 수준에서 시험 커버리지 기준을 측정하고 시험의 적절성을 평가하기 위해서는 다른 방법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 구성가능한 소프트웨어 시스템(highly configurable software system)에 SPL 시험 방법을 적용하여 SPL 기반 제품군을 위한 시험 커버리지의 측정 방법을 제안하고 실험의 수행 결과를 기술하여 제안한 방법의 적절성을 검증한다.

  • 코로나 시대를 거쳐 뉴노멀로 향하는 이 시점에 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 다양한 조직의 운영이 기대된다. 조직에서의 리더는 구성원들을 이끌며 조직의 목표에 도달을 수 있도록 리더십을 발휘한다. 이런 리더십은 예전부터 다양한 형태로 발전되어 져서 전통적 리더십에서 변혁적 리더십, 카리스마 리더십, 슈퍼 리더십 등을 거쳐 최근에는 서번트 리더십이 각광을 받고 있다. 현실에서의 조직을 이끄는 리더십과 가상의 공간의 메타버스상에서의 리더십은 분명 많은 차이가 있을 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 리더의 서번트 리더십의 지각수준과, 서번트 리더십의 구성요소가 현실과 메타버스 플랫폼을 사용하는 조직을 대조하여 구성원의 직무태도 및 조직몰입의 영향에 대하여 질문을 던지고 새로운 리더십의 방향을 찾는 연구에 대한 기준을 제시한다.

A Study on Communication Quality(COMMQUAL) in Marketing Channel Dyad (유통경로 핵심 양자간 의사소통 질 (COMMQUAL)에 관한 연구)

  • This study suggests new perspective of interorganizational communication. The importance of communication quality is increasing because it affects performance of marketing channels. In perspective of information exchange, communication quality consists of accuracy, availability, timing, and credibility. In research model, the antecedents of communication quality adopt willingness of information sharing and capability of efficient communication. To examine effects of communication quality on channel performance, research model includes relation of communication quality and conflicts. For empirical test, relation of PC makers and their dealers is decided as a focal dyad. Findings indicate that overall hypotheses are supported except the relation of willingness of information sharing and communication quality.

  • The United States has implemented the TLCSM (Total Life Cycle System Management) to minimize the total lifecycle cost of aircraft and to improve operating availability. As a practical strategy, CBM + is required to be applied to new weapons systems. The F-35 aircraft applied PHM under CBM + concept from the development stage. In this study, we analyzed the technology trends, the level of PHM technology in Korea, and the development trends of foreign technology. Then, we analyzed the PHM technical elements and constructed the 5 phases of technical elements acquisition roadmap for military fixed wing aircraft parts PHM.

Exploring the Epistemic Goals and Features of Biology-Related Knowledge Construction Activities Shaped by Pre-Service Elementary Teachers as Epistemic Agents (초등 예비교사가 인식적 행위주체로서 고안한 생명과학 관련 지식 구성 활동의 인식적 목표 및 특성 탐색)

  • This study aims to explore the epistemic goals that pre-service elementary teachers can construct in their biology-related knowledge construction activities, how these goals are constructed, and how the shaping of the knowledge construction activities around the goals was afforded or constrained. The research participants were 26 pre-service teachers, divided into 11 groups of two or three to engage in the activity. Their discussions and products were collected and used as data for this study. The analysis revealed that the teachers constructed three types of epistemic goals: making sense of natural phenomena, proposing the most effective course of action, and proposing solutions to problems based on their causes. Construction of different types of goals depended on the conclusions the pre-service teachers expected to draw based on the explored natural phenomena. It was found that the elicitation of the pre-service teachers' epistemic goals could facilitate their shaping of the knowledge construction activity as an evidence-based justification. The participants planned the construction of mechanistic explanations of natural phenomena with the epistemic goals of 'making sense of natural phenomena' or 'proposing solutions to problems based on their causes.' However, enacting their knowledge construction plans with sophisticated epistemic features was constrained due to the limited resources available. This study can contribute to developing instructional strategies that facilitate learners' epistemic agency and addressing epistemic agency in the development of pre-service teacher education methods.

The Effect of Grouping on the Basis of Students' Agreeableness in Cooperative Elementary Science Classes (초등 과학 협동학습에서 유화성을 고려한 소집단 구성의 효과)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of grouping with respect to the level of students' agreeableness on 6th graders' science achievement, self-efficacy, and science learning motivation in cooperative learning. Three classes (72 students) from an elementary school were randomly assigned to a control group and treatment groups. An agreeableness test, self-efficacy test, and science learning motivation test were administered as pretests. The students of the treatment groups were grouped either homogeneously or heterogeneously on the basis of their agreeableness levels and were taught with a cooperative learning strategy, whereas the students of the control group were randomly grouped and were taught with a traditional method. The cooperative learning intervention lasted for 5 weeks (16 class periods). After the instructions, tests regarding achievement, self-efficacy, and science learning motivation were administered as posttests. The results indicated that the students of the homogeneous and/or the heterogeneous groups significantly outperformed those of the control group in the achievement test. However, students' achievement was not influenced by the grouping method on the basis of students' agreeableness. No significantly differences among the groups were found in the self-efficacy and science learning motivation.

  • This study This study analyzed the effectiveness of Corporate Entrepreneurship, using Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data from 2017. The attitude of workers, which is main link in the process of corporate entrepreneurship, has been studied at a singular level at individual and organizational levels due to the lack of data and analysis methods. Multi-level analysis using hierarchical and linear modeling was performed to improve the accuracy of the relationship estimation between variables. In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of the organizational level in the process of entrepreneurship. As a result, corporate entrepreneurship has had a positive effect on job satisfaction and turnover, which is due to the employees attitude and organization. Organizational trust in the process has been shown to perform an important role in the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and job satisfaction, and that the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and turnover has not been controlled. Based on these results, the implications, limitations, and future research tasks of the study are discussed.

Ways of Restructuring Key Competencies for a Revision of Science Curriculum (과학과 교육과정 개정에 대비한 핵심역량 재구조화 방안)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate ways of restructuring key competencies (KCs) in preparation for a revision of Korean science curriculum. Recently a number of countries have reformed their curricular using competencies as a key element because they believe that competencies-based curriculum helps students build up the necessary skills to live in the future society. Through literature reviews, in-depth interviews with experts and teachers, expert meetings, Delphi methods, and surveys with teachers, three major categories of KCs emerged as follows: Character competencies, Intellectual competencies, and Social competencies. For each major category, its definition, characteristics and teachers' comments are discussed. The specific components of KCs for each major category and implementing KCs should be determined at the subject- and teacher-level based on teacher professionalism. In the conclusion section, we suggested a couple of important points that deserve readers' attention when we reconstruct science curriculum by incorporating three major categories of KCs. When we develop a science curriculum in the future, we need to include three major categories of KCs, and set up KCs as a minimum set of goals for all students. We need to remember that specific components of KCs for each major category and linkage among KCs may vary depending on science topics and objectives.
