The main issue of defect dispute is consulting, reviewing, and finally judging as an arbiter. A defect consulting is represented a defect consulting report, but a business custom and a standard of judgment are different each consultants, and have many problems. This study reviews literature studies and institutional researches, set up a research structure. it has 7 indexes that 5 indexes are formal indexes, and the other are qualitative indexed. As a result of case study, formal indexes are respect on the whole. However, each appraiser has different ideas, and, is expected to delay on fixing a construction lawsuit practice. This study suggests to improve a defect consulting report, it is followed. In formal part, suggested to change configuration is adjusted and integrated similar items. In qualitative part, an evaluation system for appraiser and an education program for engineers is suggested.

The importance of facility maintenance management cannot be overemphasized in that not only the value but also the performance of the facility is determined by the level of maintenance. The maintenance cost of the facility ranges from 3 to 10 times the initial construction cost depending the type and use of the facility over the life span. This maintenance importance is increased for the group of facilities and even more critical when the facilities compete for the limited budget with the limited resources such as manpower and equipment. This study analyzed sixteen public facility management corporations primarily for three items: 1) facility management system, 2) long-term rehabilitation plan, 3) the rehabilitation selection system. This paper provides and recommends the key elements of the facility maintenance management system based on the analysis of the sixteen corporations.

Recently, international collaborative research which was organized at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in India, was conducted to develop for pressure capacity and nonlinear behavior of PHWR 1/4 scale nuclear containment building between experimental test and numerical code. In this paper, a nonlinear finite element analysis was carried out in order to predict ultimate pressure capacity and nonlinear behavior of the 1/4 scale containment building. The 1/4 scale containment building is consisted of basemat, cylinder wall, dome and 4-buttress. For the finite element analysis, commercial program ABAQUS was used. Finite element models including concrete, rebar and tendon have been developed for assessment of ultimate pressure capacity and failure mode for nuclear containment building. From the analysis results, first crack of the concrete, the yielding of the rebar and ultimate capacity pressure occurred at $1.6P_d$(design pressure), $3.36P_d$ and $4.0P_d$, respectively.

This study was conducted to identify factors that affect subjective health in middle-aged with hypertension. Hypertension, a representative chronic disease, is a disease of increasing prevalence from middle age. To effectively manage hypertension from middle age, it is necessary to revise lifestyle based on subjective health awareness. The subjects of this study were 2,254 middle-age with hypertension who were 30-64 years of age among the 2014-17 national health and nutrition survey. Study variables consisted of general, physical, and psychological factors. For data analysis, compound statistics were made using SPSS 25.0 program and then complex statistics. The results of this study showed that the factors that significantly influenced the subjective health of the subjects were sex, age, economic level, number of households, home ownership, stress, quality of life, and their explanatory power was 20.4% (F = 12.58, p<.001). The results of this study can be used as a basis for the intervention to improve the subjective health of middle-aged with hypertension. Appropriate lifestyle modifications are needed to effectively manage hypertension based on good subjective health awareness.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of electronic trade's web site usability on the user satisfaction and customer royalty. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and obtained the results as follows, First, navigation, information structure characteristic, communication has statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. It means users think more important the convenience, approachableness than web site design, visually menu to the information. Also, it represent communication with user is important factor to use web site. Second, user satisfaction has significant influence on customer royalty. This result signifies the user satisfaction of e-trade site is enhanced by support for convenience, reliability, smoothly communication and eventually affect thr revisiting intention of web site

This research aimed at comparative analysis of body composition and basic physical strength of model majored female college students and general female college students. The research object was composed of 15 model majored female college students of D University, who learned the purpose of this research enough and wrote the consent form of voluntary participation and 15 general female college students, who have no medical history and currently no special disease, and no experience in regular exercise. They underwent body composition inspection, left right grasping power which is the basic physical strength, back muscle strength, flexibility, rapidity, muscle endurance, and the researcher performed descriptive statistics to calculate the average standard deviation, and analyzed to verify difference between groups by using independent t-test. With statistical significance level p<.05, the results are as follows. model majored female college students and general female college students showed meaningful difference between groups in weight, skeletal muscles, body fat volume, BMI and left right grasping power, back muscle strength, rapidity(p<.05). between groups in flexibility and muscle endurance(p>.05).

This study corresponds to an exploratory survey that identifies and organizes important decision factors for establishing R&D strategic portfolio in the application of digitalized Korean human-dataset. In the case of countries that have performed the above, the digitalized human-dataset and its visualization application development research are regarded as strategic R&D projects selected and supervised in national level. To achieve the goal of this study, we organize a professional group that reviews articles, suggests research topics, considers alternatives and answers questionnaires. With this study, we draw and refine the detailed factors; these are reflected during a strategic planning phase that includes R&D vision setting, SWOT analysis and strategy development, research area and project selection. In addition to this contribution for supporting the strategic planning, the study also shows the detailed research area's definition/scope and their priorities in terms of importance and urgency. This addition will act as a guideline for investigating further research and as a framework for assessing the current status of research investment.

Many companies are adopting performance measurement systems(PMS) in order to acquire competitive advantage the promote long-term growth in Coping with the rapidly changing business environment. Prior research has focused on the relation between PMS and organizational performance. However, there is limited empirical research that examines the behavioural consequences of PMS. Further, there is little empirical research that examines whether measurement diversity have direct and/or indirect effects on work performance. As such, I examine how the relation between measurement diversity and managerial performance can be explained by the intervening variables of justice and organizational citizenship behaviour. This study is summarized as follows: this study finds that measurement diversity affect managerial performance indirectly through justice and organizational citizenship behaviour.

This study was to investigate the user's effects on the avifauna in Sokri Mountain National Park. The survey was carried over 4 districts which were divided with main trail(valley, ridge), subtrail(ridge), un-used trail (valley) by line transect method from December 1989 to October 1990. The observed birds were 36 species and 570 individuals, these consist of 23 species for residents. 7 species for summer visitor. 2 species for winter visitor, 4 species for passage migrant. The average density of birds was 2.35 ea/ha., and main dominant species were Parus major minor, Porus palustris hellmayri, Parus varius varius and Sitta europaea amurensis in order. The observed frequency of wild birds was 3.4 times/km in average. No. of species, species diversity and observed frequency of summer and autumn were lower than winter and spring in 4 survey routes. Therefore, from now, in Sokri Mountain National Park manegement, the enjoyment oriented activities will be regulated and control of trail use on main trail are necessary during breeding periods of wild birds protection, especially in summer.

In order to find out the current situation of the fauna of the mammals which inhabit Hallasan National Park, the areas of Seongpanak, Eorimok, Gwaneumsa, Yeongsil and Donnaeko were surveyed. The survey was conducted from April 2006 to January 2007 The analysis of geographical distribution revealed that there are 15 species of mammals, which belong to eight families and five orders, in which Apodemus chejuensis, Carpreolus pygargus tianschanicns, Rhinolophus ferrumequinum and Tamias sibiriricus barberi were found to be dominant species. It was also found that there exists the fauna of mammals in Mt. Halla such as Mustela sibirica quelpartis, Crocidura dsinezmi quelpartis, Micromys minutus hertigi and Sorex caecutiens hallamontanus, showing a bio-geological attribute that territorial population of taxologically geographical subspecies class exists. The fauna of the mammals in Jeju Island is rather simpler in its species composition in comparison with the inland of the Korean Peninsula ever since Jeju Island's geographical isolation from the mainland, mainly consisting of Chiroptera and small rodents.
