Design of Total RMS(Radiation Monitoring System) for nuclear and nuclear medicine (원자력 및 핵의학 분야용 Total RMS (Radiation Monitoring System)의 설계)

  • In this paper, we propose Total RMS(Radiation Monitoring System) for nuclear and nuclear medicine. The proposed system can expand and control Stack Monitor, Area Monitor, and Water(Liquid) Monitor into one system, and can monitor the signals measured by each radiation detector in an integrated manner. The proposed system consists of a sensor module that detects the radiation, a display unit that displays the radiation dose near the radiation detection location, an alarm unit that reports the alarm when the detected radiation dose reaches the danger level, A Main Hub for collecting and storing the contents to the remote monitoring system, and an RMS Monitoring Unit for clearly displaying the measured radiation dose at the remote site. In order to evaluate the performance of Total RMS for the proposed nuclear and nuclear medicine field, it is confirmed that the measurement uncertainty is less than 8.5% and it operates normally within ${\pm}15%$ of the international standard.

  • This study analyzed the effect of participation of in - company events on organizational commitment. A total of 52 questionnaires were analyzed for workers. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no statistically significant correlation between employees' satisfaction with organizational life satisfaction and the correlation coefficient between MT / WS and Sports events was -.478, p <.01 Level negative correlation. Second, the group differences of the organizational life satisfaction according to the individual characteristics of the workers were analyzed according to the age and position, and the organizational life satisfaction was analyzed as being higher than that of 30 ~ 35 years of age More than the deputy director. Third, there was no statistically significant difference between groups of self-efficacy according to personal characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational commitment influences organizational commitment through organizational life satisfaction and self - efficacy.

  • BIM(building information modeling) has been actively applied to construction industries and to maximize its application through the life cycle of structure, various relevant technologies have been proposed. In particular, 4D sequencing management and 5D cost-related management were introduced as an improved version of the design review and interface control by 3D information design. On the other hand, the virtual construction using virtual construction equipment can sophisticatedly handle capacity, dynamic movement, collision boundaries of actual construction machines but it still stays at a low level in a technical sense. In this study, simulation systems based on BIM involving virtual construction equipment have been developed; then it is applied to the actual construction project to evaluate the safety and efficiency of construction equipments. It was confirmed that the simulation systems can be utilized to construct virtual construction site by using an effective 3D library of construction equipment and can plays a key role to secure construction safety and economic feasibility. Specifically, the simulation system are very useful for decision making by construction managers to select the optimum equipment and construction method with a better understanding for safety and cost-saving.

PUF Logic Employing Dual Anti-fuse OTP Memory for High Reliability (신뢰성 향상을 위한 듀얼 안티퓨즈 OTP 메모리 채택 D-PUF 회로)

  • A typical SRAM-based PUF is used in random number generation and key exchange process. The generated out puts should be preserved, but the values are changed owing to the external environment. This paper presents a new D-PUF logic employing a dual anti-fuse OTP memory to the SRAM-based PUF. The proposed PUF can enhance the reliability of the logic since it can preserve the output values. First, we construct the OTP memory using an anti-fuse. After power up, a SRAM generates the random values owing to the mismatch of cross coupled inverter pair. The generated random values are programed in the proposed anti-fuse ROM. The values that were programed in the ROM at once will not be changed and returned. Thus, the outputs of the proposed D-PUF are not affected by the environment variable such as the operation voltage and temperature variation, etc. Consequently, the reliability of the proposed PUF will be enhanced owing to the proposed dual anti-fuse ROM. Therefore, the proposed D-PUF can be stably operated, in particular, without the powerful ECC in the external environment that are changed.

A Study on Parenting Stress of Disabled Children's Fathers in IT era (IT 시대 장애아동 아버지의 양육 스트레스에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the parental distress of disabled children's fathers. The survey was conducted targeting 50 fathers with disabled children who are under 13 years old and undergoing rehabilitation treatment in G city And 38 questionnaires excluding data with inadequate answer were adopted. The questionnaire was composed of general peculiarities of disabled children and their fathers, and K-PSI-SF of parents. The results are as followings. First of all, among the parenting stress of disabled children's fathers, parental distress got the highest score and difficult child and dysfunctional interaction are next in sequence in the sub items of K-PSI-SF. Secondly, fathers' stress upon the children's general characteristics showed the significant difference depending on diagnostic categories and paralysis area. Thirdly, fathers' stress upon fathers' general characteristics showed the significant difference depending on their education level and age.

  • The thermistor mount is used for precise RF power measurement because the calibration factor is constant according to the change of power. The calibration factor of the standard mount can be measured with an uncertainty less than 0.5 % from the 10 MHz to 1 GHz by direct comparison with the transfer standard using the DC substitution method. Recently, as the supply of precision power meter based on DC substitution method allows simple and fast measurement, a simple direct comparison measurement system with the same level uncertainty was designed and the minimum required specifications of components through analysis of mismatch error was proposed. The uncertainty was evaluated for system validation, and the results show that uncertainties have been well maintained within 0.5 % in the measurement frequencies.

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine psychometric properties of the BSI-18 in Korean adults with mental disorders. This study examined internal consistency, test-retest reliability, convergent validity, and a factor structure of the BSI. The sample consisted of 180 adults with mental disorders, who enrolled in mental hospitals and in a day hospital. Data was analysed using reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Major findings were as follows. The Korean version of the BSI showed good internal consistency and test-retest reliability, as well as excellent convergent validity. The original three-factor structure of the BSI-18, proposed by Derogatis, 2001, fitted to the data. These findings indicate that the BSI-18 is a reliable and valid measure as a psychiatric assessment tool and a treatment outcome measure.

  • 활동성은하핵(AGN)의 거대 블랙홀 주변에 존재하는 플라스마 디스크의 구조나 물리적인 상태를 관측으로 직접 찾는 것은 AGN 중심부분에서의 제트 형성, 방출과정이나 에너지 수송과정을 조사하기 위해 중요한다. 지금껏 주로 센치미터파장 영역의 다주파 VLBI 관측으로 우리은하에서 가까운 AGN 속에 존재하는 10 pc 정도의 플라스마 디스크가 발견되어 있다만, AGN의 활동성을 정하고 있는 1 pc 이하의 스케일에서의 디스크 구조를 직접 관측한 결과는 아직 없다. 우리는 2015년8월부터 KVN 및 KVN과 일본 VERA로 구성되는 한일공동 VLBI 관측망(KaVA)을 이용해서 전파 은하 3C 84(z = 0.0176, 1 mas = 0.36 pc)의 밀리미터파장 모니터링을 진행하고 있다. KVN과 KaVA를 이용하면 1 pc 이하의 스케일로 3C 84의 중심구조를 고감도에서 분해할 수 있다. 이번 발표에서는 KVN 및 KaVA로 거의 동시에 실시한 관측결과를 중심으로 보고한다. 관측은 2016년2월22일(KaVA 43 GHz) 및 23일(KVN 86 GHz)에 실시되었다. 양 주파수의 이미지에서 종래의 센치미터 ~ 밀리미터파장 VLBI관측으로도 검출되어 있는 중심핵(C1) 및 남쪽에 약 3 mas 떨어져서 위치하는 로브(C3) 성분 뿐만 아니라 C1으로부터 북쪽에 약 2.5 mas 떨어져서 위치하는 새로운 성분(N1)을 검출하였다. N1의 검출 수준은 43, 86 GHz 모두 $6{\sigma}$이며, 양 주파수 사이에서 광학적으로 두꺼운 스펙트럼을 가지고 있다. 과거의 관측으로 측정된 C3의 겉보기 속도는 빛의 속도의 약 23%이며, 남북 로브의 구조와 운동의 대칭을 가정하면 N1이 도플러 분사출 효과 때문에 어두워지고 있는 가능성은 낮다. 따라서 C3에 대응하는 북쪽 N1로브로부터의 복사가 블랙홀 주변의 플라스마 디스크로 인해 저주파수에서 강한 흡수를 받고 있는 결과고 생각된다.

  • This study asesses the effectiveness of Korean Government web sits in providing equitable and appropriate access to government web sites was evaluated. Five information contents of services, fluent operation of services, feedback mechanism, easiness of access, and design. The result showed that there are several issues for the government to address in formulating effective policy for government web sites although most information services provided by Government web sites were highly appreciated by the researcher. This article provides an overview of information policy issues to the government web site designers and administrators.
