This study pays attention to the organization of local-level farming group, which has been recognized as a solution to the problems of agriculture and rural area with their crisis deepened by the coming of FTA. More specifically, this study analyzed each farming household's understanding of the farming group organization of fruit nursery tree growing region, and their participational behavior types. As a result, it is revealed that the organization of farming group oriented to enhance its competence must aim to realize its economic benefits rather than to maintain the social relationship among the members of organization. Also it has to orient itself not to abstract causes but to more concrete and practical objects. In addition, the farming group must be organized based on the identity of growing farm product, and in respect of the reliability among the members, there must be a proper level of control that makes the internal control and the harmonious interaction among the members to be possible.

It is widely recognized that the value of travel time (VOT) plays an important role both in choosing the transportation alternatives on an individual level, and in analyzing and evaluating transportation plans and other public policy makings on a collective level. There is, however, a great deal of difficulties to correctly estimate the VOT. In addition, although there are lots of methods to estimate the VOT so for, not many recommendations have been presented to reflect the localities associated with the VOT derivation in Korea. This study aims at deriving the VOT for different trip purposes and travel modes with their significances tested. To accomplish this purposes, a logit-based travel mode choice model based on revealed preference (RP) data has been formulated, calibrated using the discrete choice model of LIMDEP package for various trip purpose models. For each trip purpose and travel mode, the VOT has been calculated along with the significance testing of the derived VOTs. From the results given in this research, the VOTs for different purposes and modes are identified different, and they are statistically significant. The updated results here in this paper may be a yardstick in evaluating the transportation plans and policies by providing more detailed VOT information for different categories, especially in urban context.

고온구조물은 고온에서의 운전상태에 따라 복잡한 하중이력을 경험하게 됨으로써 상온에서 발생하는 손상 기구와는 달리 온도 의존성을 가질 뿐만 아니라, 상온에서 볼 수 없는 크립-피로의 상호작용에 의한 손상현상이 나타나게 된다. 따라서 고온 구조물의 건전성 평가를 위한 비탄성 해석을 신뢰성 있게 수행하기 위해서는 구조물의 비선형 거동을 비교적 정확히 예측할 수 있는 통합 구성방정식의 개발 및 적용과 온도에 따른 재료의 물성치 확보가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 통합 점소성 모델인 수정된 Chaboche 모델에 대해서 내연적 시간 적분법을 적용하여 ABAQUS의 UMAT으로 구현하였고, 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 INCONEL 718을 사용한 단순 인장해석, 반복 소성 특성해석 및 크립 해석을 수행하여 프로그램의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 또한 원공이 있는 평판에 대한 예제해석을 수행함으로써 개발된 프로그램이 고온구조물의 건전성 평가를 위한 비탄성 해석에 적절하게 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 국산화 개발중인 GIL시스템의 장기신뢰성 시험방안을 검토 및 분석한 것이다. 개발될 GIL시스템을 실선로에 적용하기 위해서는 사전에 그 성능을 검증하기 위한 일련의 시험이 필요한 데, 본 논문은 그 첫 단계로 국산화 개발 GIL의 사양을 근거로 시험전압원 및 전류원, 시험선로 구성, 그리고 주요 시험항목 등에 대한 내용을 다룬다.

모듈러 구조의 전력변환 장치는 고전류 및 고전력이 요구되는 어플리케이션에 사용한다. 일반적으로 모듈러 구조의 전력변환 장치는 전체 출력 전력을 각각의 단일 전력변환 장치의 출력 전력에 균등하게 분배되도록 제어하여 부하 부담을 모든 개별 전력변환 장치로 분산한다. 하지만 기존의 출력 전력 균등화 제어는 전력변환 장치 간의 전력변환 효율 차이에 대하여 능동적으로 대응할 수 없기 때문에 모듈러 구조의 전력변환 시스템의 전력변환 효율과 신뢰성을 저감할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별 전력변환 장치 간의 실제적인 효율 차이를 고려하여 출력 전력이 아닌 입력 전력에 대하여 모듈러 구조로 구성된 개별 전력변환 장치의 부하를 조절하는 입력 전력 균등화 제어방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 입력 전력 균등화 제어 방법은 2개의 200 W급 모듈러 벅 컨버터를 통해 검증하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee's gratitude disposition affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) and empirically validating multiple mediation effect of perceived organizational support(POS) and job satisfaction. For this study, an online survey has been conducted on office workers to analyze 380 sets of answers, reviewed reliability and validity through CFA and used SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, Macro Process 3.0, a bootstrap method to test hypothesis. As a result, it is verified that an employee's gratitude disposition positively affects OCB, POS and job satisfaction and that there exists a multiple mediation effect of POS and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that an employee's gratitude disposition has a positive influence on OCB and an employee's gratitude disposition, an individual trait, is a related antecedent variable of POS. The result of this study is meaningful that it suggests boosting gratitude disposition, a positive psychological factor, in an organization can positively affect employees' job attitude and organization effectiveness.

This study suggests new perspective of interorganizational communication. The importance of communication quality is increasing because it affects performance of marketing channels. In perspective of information exchange, communication quality consists of accuracy, availability, timing, and credibility. In research model, the antecedents of communication quality adopt willingness of information sharing and capability of efficient communication. To examine effects of communication quality on channel performance, research model includes relation of communication quality and conflicts. For empirical test, relation of PC makers and their dealers is decided as a focal dyad. Findings indicate that overall hypotheses are supported except the relation of willingness of information sharing and communication quality.

It has become a crucial issue for IT service firms how to form positive relationships with their customers in order to retain existing customers and potential customers. To address this issue, many researchers have introduced the concept of consumer relationship proneness(CRP). This present study examines if CRP is related to trust and commitment that enhance the intention to reuse. Using PLS, we analyzed 200 data collected through a survey of global electronic company members experienced IT outsourcing services. As a result, CRP has a defined impact on both trust and commitment, and relationships between trust and commitment, commitment and reuse intention have a positive effect. On the other hand, trust does not affect reuse intention. Based on these results, it presents a discussion for future research and the implications for CRP.

This paper investigates the effectiveness of flight operation between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots who work together. The developed model is to identify the relationship between the attitudes of airplane maintenance engineers and pilots and the effectiveness of flight operation. The results indicate that the shared values and balanced power between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots are positively related with trust and job satisfaction, but conflict is negatively related. Further, trust and job satisfaction positively affect the effectiveness of flight operation. These findings suggest that the improvements of the relationships between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots need more efforts to ensure the aviation safety and efficient flights.
