A Study on Airplane Maintenance Engineers and Pilots Relationships and Effectiveness of Flight Operation (항공정비사와 조종사의 관계 및 운항성과에 관한 연구)

  • This paper investigates the effectiveness of flight operation between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots who work together. The developed model is to identify the relationship between the attitudes of airplane maintenance engineers and pilots and the effectiveness of flight operation. The results indicate that the shared values and balanced power between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots are positively related with trust and job satisfaction, but conflict is negatively related. Further, trust and job satisfaction positively affect the effectiveness of flight operation. These findings suggest that the improvements of the relationships between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots need more efforts to ensure the aviation safety and efficient flights.

  • Interpersonal trust is the mutual "faithfulness" on which all social relationship ultimately depend and applicable to the relations among people rather than to their psychological states taken individually. Recent development in the organizational sciences reflect the importance of interpersonal trust relationships for sustaining individual and organizational effectiveness, researchers have recongnized trust's influence on coordination and control at both institutional and interpersonal levels of organization. Because economic action is embeded within networks of social relationships. researchers have argued that efficiency within complex systems of coordinated action is only possible when interdependent actors work together effectively. Thus, for managers and professionals in organizations, developing and maintaining trust relationship is especially import. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mechanism of interpersonal trust in the organization.   • This study This study analyzed the effectiveness of Corporate Entrepreneurship, using Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data from 2017. The attitude of workers, which is main link in the process of corporate entrepreneurship, has been studied at a singular level at individual and organizational levels due to the lack of data and analysis methods. Multi-level analysis using hierarchical and linear modeling was performed to improve the accuracy of the relationship estimation between variables. In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of the organizational level in the process of entrepreneurship. As a result, corporate entrepreneurship has had a positive effect on job satisfaction and turnover, which is due to the employees attitude and organization. Organizational trust in the process has been shown to perform an important role in the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and job satisfaction, and that the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and turnover has not been controlled. Based on these results, the implications, limitations, and future research tasks of the study are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 항공 종사자를 대상으로 조직갈등에 대한 구성원의 이직의도를 파악하였다. 설문 대상은 아시아나항공, 대한항공, LCC로 부산 김해국내/국제공항과 서울 김포공항, 인천 국제공항 내에서 주로 예약발권, 탑승수속, 출도착, 카운터 등의 업무를 담당하는 지상직원이고, 2018년 8월20일~2016년 10월 16일 동안 400부의 설문이 진행되었고 그 중 회수되지 않거나 응답이 불성실한 설문지를 제외하고 총 227부를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석과 상관관계를 이용하였고, AMOS 18을이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 측정모델 분석 및 제안모델 분석 등을 검정하였고, 추가로 대안모델 개발을 하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 18과 AMOS 18을 이용하였고, 신뢰도 분석을 위해Crombach's Alpha와 변수 간의 인과관계 파악을 위해 측정변수모델(SEM)을 이용하였으며, 추가분석으로 갈등(역할갈등, 상사부하간갈등)과 이직의도간의 관계에서 셀프리더십의매개효과를 검정하였다. 본 연구에서 설정된 가설은 총 4개로 연구결과를 기초로 결론과 시사점, 그리고 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하고자한다.

The Relationship Between Perceptions of Organizational Politics and Job Attitudes: The Moderating Effect of Trust in Supervisor (조직정치지각과 직무태도간의 관계: 상사에 대한 신뢰의 조절효과)

  • As to the research method for this study, it examines the conceptional understanding of organizational politics along with existing theories, prior research and prior models on the perception of organizational politics. Empirical analysis concerning the six hypothesis of the research, is carried out based upon returned questionnaires. The subjects of the survey were more than sergeant executive of 51 units R.O.K Army. Out of the 350 copies of the questionnaire, 323 copies were returned of which 294 were used for analysis. Results indicated that perceptions of organizational politics were negatively related to job attitudes(eg. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior). The relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior was moderated by trust in supervisor. Finally, implications and future research suggestions are discussed.

  • This study pays attention to the organization of local-level farming group, which has been recognized as a solution to the problems of agriculture and rural area with their crisis deepened by the coming of FTA. More specifically, this study analyzed each farming household's understanding of the farming group organization of fruit nursery tree growing region, and their participational behavior types. As a result, it is revealed that the organization of farming group oriented to enhance its competence must aim to realize its economic benefits rather than to maintain the social relationship among the members of organization. Also it has to orient itself not to abstract causes but to more concrete and practical objects. In addition, the farming group must be organized based on the identity of growing farm product, and in respect of the reliability among the members, there must be a proper level of control that makes the internal control and the harmonious interaction among the members to be possible.

  • 인체통신 기술은 유선통신 기술에서와 같이 기기들 간의 연결을 위한 다양한 형태의 케이블이 필요하지 않으므로 기존 유선통신 기술에 비해 편리한 우월성을 가진다. 그렇지만 보안성과 신뢰성은 유선통신의 장점을 넘을 수는 없을 것이다. 무선통신 기술은 초기 네트워크를 구성하기 위하여 서로 복잡하게 주고 받는 절차단계가 필요한 반면, 인체통신 기술은 사용자의 간단한 접촉만으로 통신이 서로 이루어지기 때문에 보다 더 간편하게 연결되며, 사용자 중심의 서비스를 용이하게 제공할 수 있다. 본고는 최근의 인체통신 기술의 기술 동향과 시장 전망 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

  • Today, the importance of social capital is emphasized in modern industry as the third capital. Social capital involves "trust and norms for members" and "social network" related to effective human resource management, which is being investigated actively by many researchers. However, It is difficult to see the report on the social capital of private security industry employees. So, this report suggests effective management practices of employees through the empirical analysis on the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction with a focus on the role of mediation for job characteristics. For the most, this research through analysis on relationship between social capital and job satisfaction shows that of the components of social capital, trust and networks influence effect on job satisfaction significantly. Secondly, as result of analysis on role of mediation for job satisfaction, importance of job involved in job characteristics has an effect of mediation. This result of empirical analysis menas that the pressure of private security industry employees is reduced and cooperation which is based on social capital is need through members' trust and social network. Therefore, the strategy of management about private security industry employees should be considered for both activation of social capital and maintenance.

  • IEC 62278, the Railway System Safety Standard, requires for hazard analysis to prevent or control the hazard that the railway system may have. If hazard analysis is not performed sufficiently, there is a high probability that accidents will occur. For this reason, hazard analysis methods are actively studied. In this paper, we propose the hybrid hazard analysis method to combine two representative hazard analysis methods: reliability-based and system-theoretic. As the proposed method is complementary to existing ones, it covers both the hazard caused by failure of components and the hazard occurred from the unintended control between components. It applies to the development of a safety protection mechanism for multiple cruise control system that automatically control the speed of trains to avoid the collision among trains. As a result, we drive more safety requirements than the existing analysis methods and it turns out that the safety requirements protect the trains with respect to the identified hazards.

A Study on the Factors Influencing the Ethical Climate of Appraisal Firms (감정평가법인 윤리풍토의 영향요인에 관한 연구)

  • Establishing greater reliability in property appraisal is critical because it promotes the public interest. Reliability is composed of competence and ethics. In particular, the ethics of property appraisal has individual and corporational aspects. This study aimed to evaluate how the ethical climate of a firm is affected by the scale of appraisal firms, thereby validating the effect of the 'Large Appraisal Firm System'. Hence, the ethical climate of appraisal firms, an indicator of inherent ethical value recognition, was investigated, divided into recognition of social responsibility and exclusion of self-interest. The study results showed that the ethical management systems of appraisal firms encourage the appraisers of such firms to be conscious of their social responsibility and to exclude self-interest in their work. The degree of such influence, however, differs according to the scale of appraisal firms. Based on these results, further research on the maintenance and operation of the ethical management systems of appraisal firms is required to enhance the reliability of property appraisal.
