  • 의존구조 말뭉치는 자연언어처리 분야에서 문장의 의존관계를 파악하는데 널리 사용된다. 이러한 말뭉치는 일반적으로 오류가 없다고 가정하지만, 현실적으로는 다양한 오류를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 오류들은 성능 저하의 요인이 된다. 이러한 문제를 완화하려고 본 논문에서는 XGBoost와 교차검증을 이용하여 이미 구축된 구문분석 말뭉치로부터 오류를 탐지하는 방법을 제안한다. 그러나 오류가 부착된 학습말뭉치가 존재하지 않으므로, 일반적인 분류기로서 오류를 검출할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 분류기의 결과를 분석하여 오류를 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 성능을 분석하려고 표본집단과 모집단의 오류 분포의 차이를 분석하였고 표본집단과 모집단의 오류 분포의 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 보아 제안된 방법이 타당함을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 의미역 부착 말뭉치에 적용할 계획이다.

Characteristics of Narrative Writing in Normal Aging: Story Grammar and Syntactic Structure (노년층의 글쓰기 특성 -이야기문법과 구문구조)

  • The elderly often produce irrelevant speech and get off-topic more easily than the young; the former also has difficulty generating fewer syntactic structures and makes errors of grammatical morphemes. In particular, the elderly might have more difficulty writing since it requires more complex cognitive processes than storytelling. The participants in this study were 32 young people and 32 older people. They were asked to write a short story of Korean fairy tale('Heungbu Nolbu'). The data was analyzed in narrative composition and syntactic structures. The study revealed the following: First, in composition aspects, the elderly group showed significantly lower total number of story grammar and episodes. In addition, the elderly produced more off topic statements. Second, in syntactic aspects, although there was no significant difference in the number of producing complex sentences between two groups, the elderly group generated more inadequate cohesive devices and used fewer relative and adverbial clauses. These findings suggest that the elderly have a tendency to perform tasks by producing more off-topic statements and shows decreasing coherence by using lower number of relative and adverbial clauses. However, this study also uncovers that the elderly were able to write more complex and longer sentences using visual feedback.

  • In developing a Korean database interfacing system exist many difficult problems which are not usually pointed out in developing an English version. Basically the difficulty in implementing deep level Korean database interfacing system lies in the fact that Korean has fewer syntactic restrictions. This means that while less burden will be placed on semantic analysis more burden will be placed on contextual processing for Korean when compared to English. This paper discusses various difficulties which we came across while developing a prototype Korean DB interfacing system (the Korean Core L Language Engine) especially focusing on issues of representing and resolving Quasi Logical Forms.

A Formal Specification and Accuracy Checking of 2+1 View Integrated Metamodel Using Z and Object-Z (Z/Object-Z 사용한 2+1 View 통합 메타모델의 정형 명세와 명확성 검사)

  • The proposed 2+1 view integrated metamodel defined formerly with a graphical class model can not be guaranteed the syntactic clarity and accuracy precisely for the metamodel due to the informal specification. This paper specifies the syntactic semantics formally for the 2+1 view integrated metamodel using Z and Object-Z and checks the accuracy of the metamodel with Z/Eves tool. The formal specification is expressed in Z and Object-Z schema separately for syntax and statics semantics of the 2+1 view integrated metamodel, which applying the converting rule between class model and Z/Object-Z. The accuracy of the Z specification for the metamodel is verified using Z/Eves tool, which can check the syntax, type, and domain of the Z specification. The transformation specification and checking of the 2+1 view integrated metamodel can help establish more accurate the syntactic semantics of its construct and check the accuracy of the metamodel.

Moving and Differentiating the Center Area of Busan Using Space Syntax Theory (공간구문론을 활용한 부산의 중심지 이동과 분화)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban spatial network of Busan in a time-series manner to examine the planning role of centeral area change and spatial management. The analysis method used the ASA(Angular Segment Analysis) technique of the space syntax theory, and the analysis period was divided into three periods from 1937 to 2022, when the Busan urban planning was established. As the result, the center area formed in Nampo-dong and Gwangbok-dong were differentiated and moved to Seomyeon, and then the process of redifferentiated into Yeonsan was confirmed in Seomyeon. It is also room for the center area to move to the western region in the future, and it was possible to identify the center area formed by the policy-set and amenity elements. In addition, we examined the system of urban spatial structure through the intelligibility analysis of space syntax theory, and found that the qualitative interpretation of existing studies and the interpretation from the perspective of space syntax theory were consistent with each other. Through this, it was possible to confirm that the role of the plan for space management.

An Autonomous Modular Account of Double Accusatives (이중대격에 대한 자율모듈적 분석)

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a multi-modular account of double accusative constructions in Korean in the framework of Autolexical Grammar. The grammar views syntactic, semantic, and morphological structures of sentences as modules which are generated simultaneously and independently. Unlike syntactocentric theories, this paper analyzes semantic characteristics of double accusatives through function-argument (F/A) structure along with roles structure (RS) and information structure (IS). In F/A structure of double accusatives, the first accusative becomes an argument of a predicate, unlike the possessive, which is an argument of a relational noun. Furthermore, the first accusative of double accusatives takes the role of patient in RS, which allows it to become the subject of a passive sentence. On the other hand, the second accusative, which is originally the possessee, becomes a focal area in IS. Therefore, the purpose of double accusatives is twofold: one is to turn the possessor into an independent argument of a predicate which takes patient role, and the other is to turn the possessee into a focus. Such semantic characteristics of double accusatives can be expressed by means of multi-dimensional structures of F/A structure, RS, and IS of Autolexical Grammar, which allows an integrated account of the phenomenon.

A Design of Constructing Diagram Repository for UML Diagram Tools (UML 다이어그램 도구를 위한 다이어그램 정보의 구축과 설계)

  • This paper presents a design of the Meta-Class Repository (MCR) which maintain syntactically analyzed and structured meta-class information from UML diagrams, and then proposes 'meta-class,' also known as super-class, to construct structured information analyzed syntactically. The MCR is a collection of these meta-classes which contains the information extracted from diagrams. This paper also presents a design of the Code Generation Engine (CGE) which roles generating codes corresponding classes from UML diagrams based on the MCR maintaining a collection of meta-classes which is syntactically-analyzed and constructed in previous process. The logics of CGE are designed to generate codes collaborated with MCR and CGE with integration. The logics of CGE mechanism is presented with the form of finite state machine to present the algorithms of code generation formally and have the advantages of simplicity and easiness in development.

  • It is very difficult for a nonprofessional programmer in Koera to write a program with very High Level Language such as, V,REFINE, GIST, and SETL, because the semantic primitives of these languages are based on predicate calculus, set, mapping, or testricted natural language. And it takes time to be familiar with these language. In this paper, we suggest a method to reduce such difficulties by programming with the declarative, procedural constructs, and aggregate constructs. And we design and implement an experimental knowledge-based automatic programming system. called HAPS(Hangul Automatic Program System). HAPS, whose input is specification such as Hangul abstract algorithm and datatype or Hangul procedural constructs, and whose output is C program. The method of operation is based on rule-based and program transformation technique, and the problem transformation technique. The problem area is general problem. The control structure of HAPS accepts the program specification, transforms this specification according to the proper rule in the rule-base, and stores the transformed program specification on the global data base. HAPS repeats these procedures until the target C program is fully constructed.

  • 웹 상에 존재하는 상이한 메타데이터들간의 상호호환성을 위해서는 각각의 메타데이터 형식에서 지정하고 있는 다양한 어의, 구조, 구문을 모두 수용할 수 있는 통합된 구조가 필요하다. 본고에서는 이를 위한 방안으로써 개념적 체계를 제시한 워릭구조와 이의 영향을 받아 W3C에서 제안한 RDF를 중심으로 고찰하며, 더블린코어를 RDF로 구현하고자 하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
