  • 본 논문에서는 네트워크의 발전과 빅 데이터 등의 차세대 기술에 발맞추어 단방향적 정보전달이 아닌, 고객 중심의 고객만족 서비스를 제안하고자 하나의 앱을 제작한다. 뷰티 캐스터 앱은 사용자들의 기본정보, 환경정보, 외부정보를 통합 분석한 '개인별 뷰티지수' 산출 등의 개인 정보 서비스와 함께 개인별 뷰티지수를 활용한 'Auto-counselling' 제공하고, 사용자의 정보로부터 획득한 히스토리를 분석하여 맞춤형 Commerce를 구성한다. 이러한 뷰티 캐스터 앱은 실제 코스메틱 기업에서 활용 가능하여 어플리케이션 상용화 시, 정보를 제공하는 기업과 기능을 제공하는 뷰티 캐스터 모두 이익을 얻을 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 뷰티 캐스터는 빅 데이터를 기반으로한 사용자의 니즈 파악이 빠른 어플리케이션 이므로 사용자들의 구매에 따라 컨텐츠가 변화하기 때문에 고객들이 원하는 정보를 빠르게 습득하여 전달 할 수 있다. 또한, 뷰티 지수의 고도화를 통한 '대한민국 코스메틱 지표화'를 기대하여 그 지표를 통해 고객들의 코스메틱 구매 기준을 마련할 수 있다.

  • This study conducted an actual analysis on the effects of smart phone experience marketing by brand on consumption value and purchase intention for Chinese consumers who are interested in smart phone purchase experience or products. In addition, experience marketing was classified into five components such as sense, emotion, cognition, behavior, and relationship. The results, In the effect of the components of experiential marketing on purchase intention, sense, act, fell, and relate had an obviously positive impact on purchase intention, however The result is that think does not affect. The results of this study are more effective when considering the five components of smart phone experience marketing. This The study will contribute to the projecting and establishment of long-term experience marketing of smart phone producers by continuously providing experiences related to the direction of pursuing brand image.

  • An electric vehicle is emerging as an alternative to the response of global climate change and sustainability. However, an Electric vehicle has not been popular due to the constraints such as its price or technical limitations. In order to analyze the effect of purchasing electric vehicles, this study conducted a binary logistic regression model that demonstrates the relation between purchasing and influencing variables. Variables which have high correlation were excluded from the model through the correlation analysis to prevent multicollinearity. Socio-economic variables such as the number of owned vehicles, sex, ages are not significant. On the other hand, Variables related to prices, charging and policy are found to have a significant to effect on the purchase of electric vehicles. In accordance with the model estimated result, it seems to be necessary to improve the charging incentives, or to provide electric car information and to expand opportunities for experience electric vehicles. The result is also expected to be helpful for spreading electric vehicles and formulating policies.

  • 인터넷과 전자상거래의 비약적인 성장으로 온라인 경매가 최근 크게 각광을 받고 있다. 온라인 경매는 기존 오프라인 경매가 가지던 문제점들 즉 시간, 장소의 제약, 한정된 종류의 물품 구매등의 불편함을 해결할 수 있게 되었다. 이미 국내에서는 20개가 넘는 인터넷 경매 사이트가 상호 활발히 경쟁하고 있으며 이에 따른 매출은 해마다 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 경매 현황을 실시간으로 모니터링 해주는 통함 경매 정보 시스템이 구축된 곳은 극히 미비하여 인터넷 경매 사용자들의 불편함은 늘어만 가고 있다. 또한 입찰 및 경매시 필요한 적정 시작가와 낙찰가를 제시해 주는 사이트가 없어 이러한 모든 문제점을 해결해 줄 수 있는 경매 시스템의 구축이 보다 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 온라인 경매 시스템들이 가지는 제약점들에 대한 해결책으로 입찰자 중심의 정보 제공 에이전트를 이용한 통합 경매 시스템을 구축하여 사용자가 원하는 물품을 보다 신속하고 정확하게 구매할 수 있도록 제시해 주고자 한다. 또한 구축된 시스템을 통해 판매자와 구매자에게 적정 시작가와 낙찰가를 공급해 줌으로써 기존 경매 시스템이 가지고 있던 단순 비교 방식의 가격 제시 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대로 들어서면서 인공지능, 로봇산업이 크게 떠오르고 활발해지기 시작했으며 특히 가정용 제품들이 많이 나오고 있다. 최근 들어 미세먼지, 황사 등 공기 중의 미세먼지나 세균 바이러스로 인해 호흡기 질병에 많이 걸리고 이러한 환경문제 때문에 많은 사람들이 집안 공기를 정화 시킬 수 있는 공기청정기를 많이 구매하고 있다. 대부분 집의 일반적인 공기청정기는 한 자리에서 한정된 공간의 공기만 정화 시키고 다른 공간에 필요하면 직접 옮기거나 추가로 구매해야 하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결 하기위해 비교적 가정에 많이 사용하고 있는 로봇청소기에 공기 청정기 기능을 접목시켜 청소를 하면서 생기는 먼지들을 걸러내는 동시에 공기청정기능 까지 접목시켜 로봇청소기가 움직이며 여러 공간을 청소도 하며 공기 청정 기능 까지 하고 로봇청소기가 작동 안 할 때는 공기청정기의 기능만 하여 따로 로봇청소기와 공기청정기를 구매할 필요가 없어 공간절약과 비용감소 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Consumer Satisfaction of Expectance, Performance, Post-purchase Behavior toward Jeans Wear between Korea and The United States (한국과 미국 대학생의 청바지 제품 속성의 기대, 성과, 구매 후 행동에 관한 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare consumer satisfaction by analyzing importance on characteristics of clothing, performance, and their inconsistency between Korea and the United States. The data was collected by using a survey based on three sages of pre-tests, and main survey conducted in The U.S and Korea. Data of 520 participants from each country (260 males and 260 females) was used. The results of this study is as follows: First, both consumers in Korea and U.S. showed five factors such as aesthetics/trend, body shape, practical use/wearing, care, and distorted. In performance factor of Korean students was consisted of wearing/care, aesthetics, body shape, distorted, and trend/symbolism while that of American students was consisted of wearing, aesthetics, body shape, trend/image factor, and distorted. Second, regarding importance rate, aesthetics/trend, practical use/wearing, care, and distorted affected satisfaction of Korean students whereas aesthetics/trend factor affected satisfaction of American students. Regarding performance, body shape factor, distorted, trend/symbolic affected satisfaction of Korean students whereas trend/image affected satisfaction of American students. Third, satisfaction of Korean and American students influenced re-purchase intention and positive word-of-mouth, so proved to be the result variable of satisfaction. By understanding the differences between consumers in Korea and U.S., apparel importers and exporters may develop effective business strategies to better fulfill their customers' needs and desires, and therefore, increase their profit.

A Study on the Determinants of Mobile Application Purchase based on User Groups (사용자 유형에 따른 모바일 앱 구매요인에 관한 연구)

  • According to the widespread use of smartphone, various and abundant mobile applications have been used and lots of new companies have developed mobile applications. To revitalize mobile application market, a lot of research and experiments have been performed in application development and delivery industries. The purpose of this research is to figure out the usage pattern of smartphone application and purchasing criteria of mobile application. We categorized smartphone application users with respect to application selection criteria and examined the characteristics of the categorized users. As a result, the factors of purchasing criteria of the users with respect to smartphone application selection criteria and application type were categorized into 3 groups: aggressive usage group, middle usage group, and passive usage group. The result of this study indicates that the relationship between purchasing criteria and usage pattern in mobile application market was actualized by measuring the purchasing factors of user. Therefore this fact suggests that it is very important to measure the accurate purchasing factors of its user for setting up the marketing strategy of mobile application market.

Preferences and Purchase Intention of Tenebrio molitor(Mealworm) according to Cooking Method (갈색거저리(밀웜)의 조리방법에 따른 기호도 및 구매의도에 관한 연구)

  • The main purpose of this study is to establish fundamental data for the development of processed food using mealworm after examination of preferences and purchased intention according to two types of cooking methods (saute and oven) and three shapes (original, chapping, and powder) of cooked mealworm. In particular, this study aims to facilitate the establishment of target market strategies about edible insects bringing food neophobia. The results show that males' and older persons' preferences and purchases intention were higher than those of female and younger people. The group having high health involvement and low food neophobia had higher preferences and purchase intentions than the group having low health involvement and high food neophobia. In addition, customers had highest preferences and purchase intention with powdered mealworm regardless of cooking methods and customers' characteristics. These research findings provide food developer with meaningful data for market targeting.

Personalized Size Recommender System for Online Apparel Shopping: A Collaborative Filtering Approach

  • This study was conducted to provide a solution to the problem of sizing errors occurring in online purchases due to discrepancies and non-standardization in clothing sizes. This paper discusses an implementation approach for a machine learning-based recommender system capable of providing personalized sizes to online consumers. We trained multiple validated collaborative filtering algorithms including Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Co-Clustering using purchasing data derived from online commerce and compared their performance. As a result of the study, we were able to confirm that the NMF algorithm showed superior performance compared to other algorithms. Despite the characteristic of purchase data that includes multiple buyers using the same account, the proposed model demonstrated sufficient accuracy. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to reducing the return rate due to sizing errors and improving the customer experience on e-commerce platforms.

  • Despite the popularity of e-commerce, the understanding of preferred product types for information searches and purchase on the internet are not sufficient. This paper studies the effect of risk perception on information search behavior through online only, offline only, and on-offline together. Specially, this study classifies product types into search goods, experience goods, and credence goods. The study attempts to determine how the relationship between the perceived risk and the information search is influenced by the product knowledge level. The results show that the higher the risk perceptions about experience goods and credence goods, the more the consumer searches information through online and offline together when the consumer's knowledge level is low. When the consumer's knowledge level is high, however, the higher the risk perception regarding search goods, the more the consumer searches information through online only.
