Design and Implementation of an Efficient Web Services Data Processing Using Hadoop-Based Big Data Processing Technique (하둡 기반 빅 데이터 기법을 이용한 웹 서비스 데이터 처리 설계 및 구현)

  • Relational databases used by structuralizing data are the most widely used in data management at present. However, in relational databases, service becomes slower as the amount of data increases because of constraints in the reading and writing operations to save or query data. Furthermore, when a new task is added, the database grows and, consequently, requires additional infrastructure, such as parallel configuration of hardware, CPU, memory, and network, to support smooth operation. In this paper, in order to improve the web information services that are slowing down due to increase of data in the relational databases, we implemented a model to extract a large amount of data quickly and safely for users by processing Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) files after sending data to HDFSs and unifying and reconstructing the data. We implemented our model in a Web-based civil affairs system that stores image files, which is irregular data processing. Our proposed system's data processing was found to be 0.4 sec faster than that of a relational database system. Thus, we found that it is possible to support Web information services with a Hadoop-based big data processing technique in order to process a large amount of data, as in conventional relational databases. Furthermore, since Hadoop is open source, our model has the advantage of reducing software costs. The proposed system is expected to be used as a model for Web services that provide fast information processing for organizations that require efficient processing of big data because of the increase in the size of conventional relational databases.

A Present Condition of R&D Supporting Industries: A Search for their Promotion (국내 연구개발 지원산업의 현황분석과 육성방안에 관한 연구)

  • 연구개발 지원산업은 연구개발 활동을 직·간접적으로 지원하는 산업을 의미한다. 이러한 산업에 대한 개념화는 연구개발 활동의 전문화(professionalization), 분업화(division of labor)가 진행되고 있음을 의미하는 동시에 연구개발체제의 유연성 제고 및 고도화, 효율화가 이루어지고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 우리의 경우 (과학기술혁신을 위한 특별법) 제 15조 등을 통하여 연구개발 지원사업에 대한 특별지원제도의 시행을 명시하고 있으나 현재까지 연구개발 지원사업자를 지정·육성하기 위한 기본현황 파악이나 분석이 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 본고는 이러한 수요를 반영하여 국내에서의 연구개발 지원산업에 대한 수요를 중심으로 실태를 파악 ·분석하는 동시에 산업지원 육성방안을 제시하고 있다. 국내 연구개발 지원산업의 규모를 추정해 보면 97년 현재 약 3,000억원에서 4,000억원의 규모로 나타나며, 이중 기술정보서비스업이 약 27.0%, 연구장비 및 시험 ·평가 ·검색 ·분석업이 약 38.4%, 연구개발 설계·자문업 등 기타사업이 34.6% 로 나타나고 있다. 연구개발지원 기능은 시험·검사 기능과 기술정보제공 기능이 대부분을 차지하고 있고, 전자의 경우는 내부처리의 비중이 높고 후자의 경우 외부의 전문기관을 이용하는 비중이 높게 나타나고 있다. 특히 기업이 연구개발활동 수행시에 필요한 지원기능을 외부에 위탁할 경우에 느끼는 애로사항은 첫째, 외부 전문위탁기관의 부족 및 정보 미흡이 가장 크고, 둘째, 전문기관의 해외정보력·경쟁력 부족이 다음이며, 공공기관의 지원기능이 미흡하다는 애로사항에 대한 비중이 상대적으로 낮게 나타나고 있다. 연구개발 지원산업을 특별지원·육성하기 위한 기본관점은 특별법의 시행령을 구체적으로 실행하기 위한 시행계획의 수립과 연구개발 지원산업의 육성 시책의 추진 절차의 결정, 사업자 선정, 지원 사항 등으로 제시될 수 있다. 먼저, 기업 연구개발활동의 고도화·효율화를 위해 연구개발 및 기술개량에 필요한 업무 중 기술정보서비스와 연구시험·평가·검사·분석 그리고 중소기업 기술집약화를 지원하는 사업 등을 연구개발 지원산업으로 범위를 정할 필요성이 있다. 다음으로 연구개발 지원사업자를 별도로 선정·인정하는 방식으로 지원해야 할 필요성이 있다. 기존의 산업 지원방식으로는 연구개발 지원기능이 주된 활동으로 인정받을 수 없으므로 국내 연구개발 지원기능의 발전에 한계가 있다. 따라서 취약한 여건을 감안하여 연구개발 지원산업을 육성하지 않게 되면, 각 분야별로 민간사업자의 참여가 거의 이루어지지 않거나, 참여해도 연구개발 지원 기능의 발전보다는 기존의 사업이 주가 될 가능성이 크다. 연구개발 지원 사업자의 지정 지원방식과는 별도로 이루어질 수 있는 지원활동에 대한 지원은 기업회계처리상의 문제와 일관성이 있는 시책추진 및 효과를 기대하기 어렵기 때문에 사전에 동산업의 참여 자격·능력을 갖춘 사업자에 대해서는 제한없이 참여할 수 있도록 Positive System으로 추진해야 할 것이다. 그리고 연구개발 지원사업자에 대한 지원내용을 조세·금융 등 직접적 지원과 타 제도와의 연계지원 그리고 정부구매 등 시장지원 등이 아울러 다양하게 추진될 필요가 있다.

  • Recently, the retail industry has created efficient store operations, and has differentiated customer service through the future store. The intelligence of these stores is being applied by using technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), and the business process is being improved through this. The process also focuses on efficient store operations and service developments to provide customers with shopping convenience. The change in trends in the industry means that domestic distribution has already reached maturity. Even in countries where retail industries are mature, such as the U.S. and Europe, recent trends are moving toward maximizing operational efficiency and customer service. The reason is that many retailers have already reached saturation and survived the competition. This paper is a study of a drive-through service for automation and efficiency in receiving service after ordering by a customer of the distribution store. When ordering a product being purchased by a customer, the product picking process is done in a timely fashion through a picking scheduling agent. When the customer enters the store parking lot, a service supports the entry of information and finding a parking place so the customer can quickly pick up the goods. The proposed service can be applied to a retail store drive-through system, the distribution store's delivery system, the digital picking system, and indoor/outdoor large parking management systems, and it is possible to provide one-dimensional customer service through the application of IoT technology.

Analysing the Governance of Regional Policies in the UK: Collaborative Relationships between Stakeholders within the Cambridge Technopole (영국 케임브리지 지역혁신정책상의 거버넌스 구조: 혁신주체간 협력관계를 중심으로)

  • The Cambridge Technopole has been recognised as one of the leading clusters in the world, and as such it has been benchmarked by other countries and other regions within the UK. This paper aims to analyse the governance of regional policies in the UK, with particular reference to the relationships between stakeholders operating within the Cambridge Technopole. Major findings of the research are as follows: The central government in the UK has been playing important roles as a customer, regulator and supporter of knowledge sources; Regional innovation policies across central departments have been co-ordinated by the DTI, so that overlapping of policies can be prevented; The policies of individual departments relating to regional innovation are co-ordinated by Government Offices for the Region(GOs) in each region, so that departmental sectionalism can be avoided. At the regional level, the EEDA established in the eastern region of England to which the Cambridge Technopole belongs is in charge of implementing all innovation policies within the region in a consolidated way. Networking organisations such as Cambridge Networks (CN) facilitate knowledge exchange between stakeholders, contributing to the building of mutual trust and creating a high level of social capital essential for regional innovation; The system for commercialising university technology and knowledge has been well institutionalised.

  • Due to the development of information and communication technology, the global influence on politics, economics, society, and culture has grown. A major example of this impact on the economic sector is the growth of e-commerce, which increases both the speed and efficiency of businesses. In light of these new developments, businesses need to shift away from the misconception that information overwhelms to embrace the enhanced competitiveness that e-commerce provides. However, concern about fraudulent transactions through e-commerce is pertinent because of the loss in both critical revenue and consumer confidence in open markets. Current solutions for fraudulent transactions include real-time monitoring and processing, payment pending, and confirmation through SMS, E-mail, and other wired means. Our research focuses on the management of Fraud Detection Systems (FDS) to safeguard online electronic payment systems. With effective implementation of our research we hope to foster an honorable online trading culture and protect consumers. Future comparative research in domestic and abroad markets would provide further insight into preventing fraudulent transactions.

Influencing Factors on the Duration of Offset Agreement (절충교역 계약 소요기간 영향요인)

  • Republic of Korea has been applying offset to defense acquisition program for some benefits such as modernization of defense industry and enhancement of R&D capabilities since 1983. But in point of implementation, there is the possibility of delay of offset agreements based on the value of proposed technologies. As it often happens that the delay of offset agreement negatively affects the time schedule of main defense deal, it is necessary to prepare for this issue. The purpose of this study is to extract some factors affecting the duration of offset agreement by statistical analysis. Reviewing existing papers and contract process, nationality of enterprise, the number of project participants, properties of project, the number of technologies in the first proposal, level of domestic defense technology in each weapons system, the amount of main contract were used as independent variable and duration of agreement as dependent variable. To hypothesis testing, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the previous 25 contract cases. As a result of correlation analysis, the amount of main contract, the number of technologies in the first proposal and properties of project have positive relationships with dependent variable. In multiple regression, the amount of main contract and the number of project participants have significant effect on the duration of offset agreement.

  • High-speed railway (Korea Train Express) has had a deep impact on the regional economy of Korea. Current high-speed rail research is mostly theoretical, there is a lack of quantitative research using a precise algorithm to study the effect of high-speed railway on the regional economy. This paper analyses the influence of high-speed rail on the regional economy, with a focus on the Daegu area. Quantitative analysis using department store indexes and regional medical records is performed to calculate the economic influence of high-speed rail. The result shows that high-speed railway effects the regional economy though regional consumption growth and medical care trends.

제안기반 자동 거래협상 시장에서의 사용자 에이전트를 위한 최적 거래안 탐색 전략의 개발

  • 컴퓨터를 통해 편리한 생활을 추구해온 인간들은 전자상거래 분야에서도 이러한 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 자동협상이라는 기능을 요구하게 되었다. 지능형 에이전트를 이용한 자동협상은 인간의 거래협상 업무의 부담을 많은 부분을 덜어주고 있어 자동협상 에이전트에 관한 연구들이 활성화되고 있다 소비자간 전자상거래에서는 다수의 자동협상 에이전트 연구들이 경매시장에서의 자동협상에 초점을 맞추고 있는데 반해, 가격 이외의 여러 거래속성을 갖는 상품에 대한 제안기반 협상시장에서의 자동협상 에이전트에 관한 연구들이 최근에 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소비자간 전자상거래에서 거래속성의 변화에 따라 개인의 효용가치의 차이를 이용한 다속성 상품의 제안기반 협상시장이 가져야할 특성에 대해 연구하고, 이를 기반으로 자동 거래협상을 수행에 필요한 거래속성 변화에 따른 소비자 개인의 선호체계를 표현하기 위한 방법을 개발하였다. 그리고 이러한 자동 거래협상을 공정하게 수행하기 위해 협상시장이 가져야할 특징과 프로토콜을 제안하고 시장운영 에이전트 시스템의 구조를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 분산형 시장구조를 갖는 제안기반의 협상시장에 참여하는 사용자 에이전트 시스템이 최적의 거래상대와 최적의 거래안을 찾기 위한 탐색방법을 구체적으로 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 소비자간 전자상거래에서 구매자 뿐만 아니라 판매자도 협상결과에 따른 거래로 얻어지는 자신의 효용을 극대화할 수 있는 공정한 협상시장을 운영할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자들도 손쉽게 자신의 협상 선호체계를 쉽게 표현하고, 표현된 선호체계를 반영한 자동 거래협상을 수행할 수 있을 것 이다. 기존의 UN/EDIFACT표준을 사용하고 있는 EDI환경과 기존 VAN 방식의 EDI 중계 시스템과 연동되며, 향후 관세청의 XML/EDI 표준 시행을 미리 대비하는 선도연구로서 자리매김이 된다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 XML/EDI 통관시스템은 향후, 서비스의 최대 걸림돌이 되어왔던 값비싼 EDI 사용료의 부담에서 벗어날 수 있게 할 것이며, 저렴한 EDI구축/운영 비용으로 전자문서교환의 활성화와 XML이 인터넷 기반의 문서유통 표준으로 자리매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.   • The imported foods, which are imported and sold domestically, are on the rise every year, and the scale is expected to be larger, including processing the imported raw materials. However, the origin of raw materials is indicated when declaring cargo for finished products of agricultural products, but the standardization of inspection information management system for raw materials is insufficient. In addition, there is a growing concern about the presence of residual pesticides or radioactivity in raw materials or products, and customer want to know production history information when purchasing agrifoods. It manages the hazard analysis of imported agricultural products, but most of them are global issues such as microorganisms, residual pesticides, food additives, and allergy components, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to share among the logistics entities in the entire transportation process the related data. Additionally, to do this, it needs to design an architecture and standardize business model. In this paper, it defines the architecture and the work-flow that occurs between the business process for collecting, processing, and processing information for tracking the status of imported agricultural products by steps, and develops XML message with UBL and the extracted conceptual information model. It will be easy to exchange and share information among the logistics entities through the defined standard model and it will be possible to establish visibility, reliability, safety, and freshness system for transportation of agricultural products requiring real-time management.
