Meal kit purchasing behavior and relationship with the nutrition quotient of young adults in Chungnam (충남 일부지역 젊은 성인의 밀키트 구매행태 및 영양지수와의 관련성)

  • Purpose: This study aimed at understanding meal kit purchasing behavior and investigating its relationship with the Nutrition Quotient (NQ) of young adults. Methods: We conducted a survey on adults in their 20s and 30s covering their meal kit purchase experience, satisfaction, recognition, and purchase intention, and examined the relationship between the meal kit purchase and their NQ from February to March 2021. Results: Among the 404 subjects, 37.9% of males and 48.0% of females had experience in purchasing a meal kit (p < 0.001). The highest response indicated that the purchase cost of meal kits was 10,000-20,000 Won at a time, and the frequency of purchase was less than once a month. The convenience of cooking was the main reason for the purchase of meal kits, which were consumed mainly in the evening with family. The satisfaction with the purchase experience of a meal kit was rated 3.6 points for males and 3.7 points for females out of 5 points, and the satisfaction experienced by women was significantly higher than men in terms of freshness of ingredients, packaging design, and adequacy of the quantity of content (p < 0.05). Recognition of the meal kit was rated 3.5 points for males and 3.7 points for females out of 5 points. The purchase intention of the meal kit was rated 3.8 points for those with prior purchase experience, 3.2 points for the non-experienced, 3.3 points for males, and 3.6 points for females out of 5 points each (p < 0.001). The NQ score of dietary behavior in females with experience of meal kit purchases was significantly higher than non-experience (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The dietary behavior of female showed a significant difference by the meal kit purchase experience. It is necessary to understand the consumers' meal kit purchasing behavior to enable the development of various health-oriented meal kit products.

  • 인터넷 진자 상거래 기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 최근 온라인 경매에 대한 많은 관심과 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 인터넷 상에서 사용자는 원하는 물품을 경매로 구입하기 위해서 여러 경매 사이트를 옮겨다니며 경매 물품정보를 모니터링 함으로써 시간의 낭비와 반복적인 수작업으로 인한 비효율성이 발생한다. 또, 구매자가 구매물품에 대한 가격 정보가 부족한 경우 입찰액을 결정하기가 쉽지 않으며 낙찰가 또한 예상하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 3단계 카테고리 방식을 이용한 적정 낙찰가를 제시해 줌으로써 구매자가 입찰가격을 정하는데 있어 참고자료로써 도움이 될 수 있으며 부적당한 가격에 상품을 구매하거나 경매가 유찰되는 것을 피할 수 있어서 보다 효율적인 경매를 할 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 시스템은 카테고리별로 나누어진 상품에 따라 다양한 가격결정방식을 사용하여 적정 낙찰가를 산출하는 경매 에이전트를 설계하고, 또한 몇 가지 사례를 통해 상품의 특성에 따른 적정 낙찰가를 제시한다.

  • 현재 Inner-wear매장에서 판매되어지는 제품을 소비자가 구매하려고 할 때 제품을 선택할 수 있는 범위에는 많은 제한적인 요소들이 따른다. 제품의 특성과 매장의 사정에 따라 직접 입어보지 못하는 경우가 비일비재하다. 이런 경우 소비자는 색상과 디자인만으로 제품을 선택할 수밖에 없으며 자신의 신체 Size와는 좀 거리가 먼 상품을 구입할 수 있다. 이러한 현실적 제약으로부터 벗어난, 현재 존재하지 않는 미래의 상황을 연출하고 미리 볼 수 있는 가상현실을 이용하여 입체적으로 연출되는 Inner-wear 상품을 구입 할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 인터넷상에서 만들어지는 자신의 신체를 직접 확인해 볼 수 있도록 하고 자신이 구매하고자 하는 제품을 골라 가상공간에서 자신의 신체에 직접 입혀보며 자신의 신체에 얼마나 잘 맞는지 확인해 본 후에 구매 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 Web상에서 구동 할 수 있도록 구현되어 일반 소비자들이 어디서나 사이트에 접속하여 구매 할 수 있도록 할 것이다.

하청생산에서의 구매 및 생산과업에 관한 연구

  • 본 논문은 우리나라 제조기업의 하청생산 관계에 있어서 구매와 생산시스템에 관한 연구를 대기업의 부품구입 구매과업과 중소기업의 생산과업을 각각 원가절감, 품질행상, 납기준수라 설정하고 이를 연구한 것이다. 세가지 생산과업 중 상대적으로 더 강조하는 기업을 원가절감 전략그룹, 품질향상 전략그룹, 납기준수 전략그룹이라 명명하고, 연구내용은 첫째 중소기업 생산과업과 대기업 구매과업과의 결합도를 분석하였다. 둘째 대기업의 중소기업에 대한 지원성과의 차이를, 세째 과업그룹간의 과업의 성과차이를 분석하였다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 서베이 조사방법을 이용하였는데, 연구대상 기업은 국내의 자동차, 전자.통신, 중장비.기계.조선업종의 세트조립 대기업에 부품과 원료를 공급하는 수급기업체 협의회 회원 중소기업으로 하였다. 중소기업의 업종은 금속, 기계, 장비 제조 및 화학, 석탄, 고무 및 프라스틱 제조인 등록 및 일반 법인이었고, 전국에서 112개 중소기업이 표본으로 추출되어 분석되었다. 연구가설들은 통계 패키지를 이용한 독립성 검정, 요인분석, 분산분석, 비모수 검정방법을 통하여 검정되었다.

  • 자원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 분산 처리 분야의 활용도가 높아지고 있는 가운데 P2P 기술의 유용성이 분산 환경에서 입증되고 있다. 이러한 P2P 시스템에서 다양한 컨텐츠를 이용하여 정보 제공의 역할을 하는 서버와 피어들로 구성된 P2P 시스템은 일반적인 자원 보유 서버로 구성된 시스템에 비해 서버의 부하가 적은 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 식당에서 음식 메뉴를 제공함에 있어서 소셜 네트워크 기반의 공동 구매에 있어 개선된 정보와 연계되어 효과적으로 진행되는 P2P 시스템을 제안한다. 소셜 네트워크 기반의 공동 구매 정보는 P2P 시스템을 이용하는 피어에 의해 제공되고, 이러한 중계 정보는 P2P 서버에 의해 제공되는 형태이다.

A Large Number of Consumer Recommendations? or A Small Number of Friend Recommendations? : Purchasing Decision Making based on SNS (다수의 대중추천인가? 소수의 지인추천인가? : 소셜 네트워크 기반의 구매의사결정)

  • Recently, there happens many purchasing cases encouraged by friends' recommendation in SNS (Social Network Service). This study investigates the effect of friend recommendation on consumers' purchasing heuristic. For this purpose, we compare the effect of friend recommendation with consumer recommendation in terms of trustworthy, specialty, relevancy. Usually, the frequency of friend recommendation is far lower than that of consumer recommendation. Hence, we examine how the effect of information source (friend recommendation or consumer recommendation) is moderated by the frequency of recommendation, as well. As results, this study finds out that, under the same frequency, friend recommendation does not have significantly stronger effect on the purchasing heuristic, although friend recommendation is evidenced as one of significant heuristic inducers. However, in terms of trustworthy, friend recommendation is significantly superior to the consumer recommendation. Moreover, under sufficiently higher frequency, friend recommendation works as better heuristic factor than consumer recommendation. The results deliver managerial implications in the perspective of understanding consumers' purchasing decisions and responding strategies of firms.

  • The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of government and public electronic procurement on the private sector's productivity and technical inefficiency. Three cases are analyzed. The first scenario is that the government just appears as a new consumer to enterprises. Simply participating as a new consumer to enterprises reveals that government does not contribute to the private sector's productivity or improve technical efficiency. The second case is one where the government publicly procures the private sector's service or goods using IT technologies. It is revealed that government contribute to improve the private sector's productivity and reduce inefficiency. The last case is where the government demands business to connect to governments using new IT technologies. The government demands to adopt the IT technology for connection results in improved productivity and efficiencies in the private sectors.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of two types of social capital on trust, purchase intention, and SNS-WOM with regards to food products. In addition, the mediating role of trust was also examined. This survey was conducted from 15th to 29th on February, 2016 among SNS using convenience sampling method. A total of 300 responses were collected, of which 291 were used for analysis, after excluding responses containing missing data. Multiple regression and hierarchical regression were conducted to verify the hypotheses. The results from this study are as follows. First, it was found that bridging social capital had a greater effect on trust of food product than the bonding social capital. ; Second, trust of food product significantly impacted purchase intention and SNS-WOM;. Third, trust of food product found to mediate the relationships between bridging social capital and SNS-WOM, bridging social capital and purchase intention.

The Effect of V-commerce Content Type and Product Type on Attitude and Sharing Intention (V커머스 콘텐츠 유형과 제품 유형에 따른 태도와 공유의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between attitude, purchase intention, and intention to share content and brand intention according to Influencer contents and branded content types. The results of this study are as follows: First, beauty products have a positive effect on the content intention and purchase intention as well as the sharing intention as compared to the branded contents. Second, V-commerce of innovative products showed that the branded content was more positive than the influencer content, but the purchase intention was lower. In addition, the content of sharing is higher than that of branded content. Third, the sharing intention was more positive than the beauty product, and the influencer content was higher than the branded content. The purpose of this study is to examine the attitude, purchasing intention, and sharing intention of beauty products and innovative products, which are most frequently used and most interested in users, to examine the content strategy of V-Commerce.

A Study on the Appropriate Level of Electric Light Duty Vehicle Purchase Subsidies (전기 소형화물차 구매보조금의 적정 수준에 대한 연구 환경편익과 TCO-parity를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzes the purchase subsidy for electric light-duty vehicles in terms of environmental benefits and total cost of ownership(TCO). For the environmental benefits, we considered the emissions from the power generation mix and reflected the change in efficiency of electric vehicles according to the temperature distribution. The environmental benefits of driving electric vehicles were estimated to be between KRW 2.2 million and KRW 5.3 million. Also, the TCO of electric vehicles compared to diesel vehicles under the current purchase subsidy was estimated to be about KRW 3.6 million lower for business use and about KRW 6.6 million lower for non-business use. These results imply that it is reasonable to lower the unit price of the purchase subsidy even within the same budget. Moreover, the remaining budget could be better spent on upgrading the charging infrastructure, which would reduce the inconvenience of charging for potential buyers.
