Survey on the Using Frequency of Processed Foods and Dietician' Perception against Management of Food Service at Food Service Institutions (집단급식소의 가공식품 이용 실태 및 급식관리에 대한 영양사의 인식에 대한 조사)

  • The using frequency of processed foods and dietician's perception against management of food service at 98 food service institutions located in Jeollabuk-Do were surveyed. Food service institutions included 13 hospitals,38 schools,40 enterprises, and 7 others. Single menu (75.5%) with two (33.7%) or three (57.1%) side dish was offered. In addition, the offering ratio of boiled water and spring water was 37.8 and 32.7%, respectively. The processed foods with high using frequency were kochujang (1.19), sesame oil (1.22), and doenjang (1.30), but that of leek, onion, Chinese cabbage, and radish were 4.95, 4.62, 4.60, and 4.26, respectively. Dietician's major affairs in all type of food service institutions were cooking (64.3%), purchase (48.0%), and personnel managements (39.8%). Dieticians, however, had a low perception against safety and nutrition management. Therefore, in order to prevent the outbreak of food-borne diseases, we estimated that the education and the conversion of dietician' perception against safety and nutrition management were needed.

  • 인터넷의 대중화로 전자상거래 시대를 맞이하게 되었다. 현재 전자상거래용 구매자의 전자지갑은 주로 상품의 입수를 위한 대금지불 수단으로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 발표된 전자상거래용 전자지갑의 현황을 분석하고 그 구조를 파악하여, 이를 토대로 전자상거래 시대에 있어서의 구매자 입장에서의 차세대 전자지갑의 모델을 디자인하고자 한다. 차세대 전자지갑은 개방형 구조이며, 사용자의 의사결정에 도움을 주어야 하고, 개인 Profile 관리기능, 장바구니 기능, 다양한 지불수단제공, Workflow, ERP시스템과의 연계, 편리한 인증관리 기능 등을 가져야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 차세대 전자지갑의 정의, 특징, 기능, 구조 등에 대해서 논할 것이다.

  • 국민들의 소득수준이 높아지면서 계란을 선택할 때에도 가격이 다소 비싸더라도 품질을 믿을 수 있는 계란을 구매하는 비율이 높아지고 있으며, 실제로 기능성 계란 등 특수란의 매출이 늘고 있는 추세다. 일반란을 구매할 때에도 품질을 따지는 소비자가 늘어나면서 계란판매에 어려움을 겪지 않으려면 품질이 좋은 계란을 생산해야 한다. 계란의 난각과 난질은 물로 신선도가 떨어지면 소비자의 외면으로 상인들이 기피하게 될 것이다. 특히 난각이 나쁠 경우 난질을 좋게 유지하기가 어렵고, 소비자가 계란을 선택할 때 내용물을 확인할 수 없으므로 눈으로 외형을 보고 선택하게 된다. 난각을 좋게 하여 파란 및 등외란을 줄인다는 것은 농장의 경영이익을 높이는 매우 중요한 관리사항이다. 난각을 좋게 하는 방법과 파란 및 등외란을 줄이는 여러 방법을 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 전자상거래가 점차 활성화됨에 따라 다양한 형태의 쇼핑몰들이 구축되고 있으나, 구매자가 상품을 구입하는데 있어 구매자 기호와 요구에 적합한 상품을 검색하기에는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 CBR(Case Based Reasoning)과 RBR(Rule Based Reasoning)을 통합한 검색에이전트와 사용자 프로파일과 선호도를 관리하는 사용자 에이전트로 이루어진 멀티 에이전트를 이용하는 CARUBA 시스템을 설계하고, 검색에이전트가 사용자에이전트에서 보낸 정보를 이용하여 유사도를 산출하여 구매자의 요구에 적합한 상품을 신속하게 추천할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다

Purchase Prediction Model using the Support Vector Machine (Support Vector Machine을 이용한 고객구매예측모형)

  • As the competition in business becomes severe, companies are focusing their capacity on customer relationship management (CRM) for survival. One of the important issues in CRM is to build a purchase prediction model, which classifies customers into either purchasing or non-purchasing groups. Until now, various techniques for building purchase prediction models have been proposed. However, they have been criticized because their performances are generally low, or it requires much effort to build and maintain them. Thus, in this study, we propose the support vector machine (SVM) a tool for building a purchase prediction model. The SVM is known as the technique that not only produces accurate prediction results but also enables training with the small sample size. To validate the usefulness of SVM, we apply it and some of other comparative techniques to a real-world purchase prediction case. Experimental results show that SVM outperforms all the comparative models including logistic regression and artificial neural networks.

Information Search and Purchase Behavior Across In-Home Shopping Channels (가정 내 유통채널 간 소비자 정보탐색과 구매행동과의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • This study explored the relationship between information search and purchasing behavior across in-home shopping channels to give multi-channel retailer an implication of multichannel customer management. We analyzed the relationship between consumer's information search and purchase behavior (choice, frequency, and expenditure) with a view to channel lock-in and cross-channel synergy. This study was carried out using survey data about in-home shopping behavior of housewives. Results of the study showed that (1) there was channel lock-in between information search and purchase behavior across in-home shopping channels, (2) catalog channel and the Internet channel were a alternative channels of TV home shopping channel and (3) catalog channel and the Internet channel were an complementary channels. This results can provide meaningful implication for multi-channel retailers.

  • Recently Gas & Oil plant construction projects are increasing in the world. The EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company, which participate in the plant projects, should possess the pertinent engineering license and procurement skill to create high added-value. It is because the procurement is very substantial to cover 70% of the total project cost. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the procurement process due to the characteristics of the construction projects with long duration and complicated process as well as the procured goods or services subjected to various logistics. The objective of this paper is to analyze proper process in the procurement and to identify various information and document. Also to analyze procurement process, the principal data are derived from the interview with experts and specialty contractors of plant project. The result of this study would widely be used as a guide to the procurement personnel in forecasting the risks in advance.

The Consumers' Evaluative Criteria of Quality on The Organic Clothes and Their Purchase Intention (오가닉 의류제품에 대한 대학생 소비자의 품질평가기준과 구매의도)

  • This study aims to find evaluative criteria of quality on the organic clothes with college student consumers, categorize them, establish the basis of evaluation criteria, and examine the roles of each attribute according to their demographical characteristics and the association between their quality evaluation and their purchase intention. College students' evaluative criteria of quality factors of organic clothes were three factor; "aesthetic symbolism", "mainterance efficiency", and "functionality". As a result, first this study showed significant differences from the evaluation criteria of organic clothes in sex, major and pocket money among demographical characteristics Second, this study found that college student consumers' experience of purchasing organic clothes considered "aesthetic symbolism", "mainterance efficiency", and "functionality" more important compared to non-purchase group. Third, it was found that there might be differences between future purchase intention group and non-repurchase intention group according to evaluation standard of organic clothes. There was significant differences in "functionality" between the two groups.

  • SCEM is the concept of reducing environmental effect on the outside of purchasing and manufacturing process, delivery, and distribution process. An ultimate aim of SCEM are obtaining environmental stability and energy/materials operational efficiency. Although the importance of greening supply chain was highlighted, former researches were often based on case studies of specific industry and didn't provide clear definition of environmental supply chain management which includes fundamental notions for business practitioners. This study focuses on findings how the SCEM system practically run and what the characteristics of SCEM is in Korean firms through case studies. It is suggested that SCEM is more effective for environmental management rather than by making limited eco-innovation. Korean firms have considered that an international environmental regulation is more important than customers' needs for environmental goods for implementing SCEM.

  • 최근에는 데이터마이닝(DataMining)이나 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management) 시스템 등을 이용하여 고객을 유치, 관리 및 서비스를 해오고 있으나, 이러한 시스템을 개발하고 관리하는데 있어서는 과다한 비용과 시간이 소요되는 점과 관리자가 시스템을 올바르게 이해하고 관리하는데 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문은 구매자와 유사한 신상정보를 지닌 사용자들로부터 선호하는 상품에 대해 추천을 받을 수 있으며, 하나의 상품에서도 여러 특성을 지니고 있다는 점을 고려하여 사용자의 구매 상품에 대한 특성을 파악하여 보다 정확하게 추천해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다.
