Analysis of Horticultural Activities and Plants Preference on Prisoners Scheduled for Release (사회복귀예정 수형자의 원예활동 및 원예식물 선호도 분석)

  • This study was performed to analyze the preference about horticultural activities and plants which is the basis of the horticultural therapy program development in prisoner who release from prison is expected. The analysis show that respondents were the most in male, thirty, less than high school, fraud, Christianity. More than 70% of respondents recognize that providing horticultural therapy for correction and rehabilitation program was desirable. More than 60% of respondents want to participate in the horticultural therapy for correction and rehabilitation program. Respondents who hadn't have experience for horticultural activities were the most, they preferred 'Plant appreciation such as walking, field trip, journey' mostly, and then 'Plant cultivation at indoor and outdoor', 'Decoration and craft with plant'. The most preferred plant was ornamental plant, and orchid in ornamental plant, fruit vegetable and tomato in fruit vegetable.

A Study on the Christianization of Roman Basilica and Romanization of Christian Building on the Early Christian Church Architecture - Focused on the 4th Century Constantinus Basilica Churches - (초기 기독교 교회건축에서 로마 바실리카의 기독교화와 기독교 건축의 로마화에 관한 연구 - 4세기 콘스탄티누스 바실리카 교회를 중심으로 -)

  • This study which analyzed 4th century Constantinus basilica church architecture is on how the Roman basilica architecture became to christianized and christian architecture became romanized. Basilica architecture of Rome which has strong public characteristic had approach from various direction, especially it has formed inter communicable open space to center forum. Even though, the early christian church has became to bigger size on the process of domus ecclesia centered growth, but it has formed essencially unhierarchy community of home based, it also seemed to have loose religious community below hundred. The result of analyzing 22 of 4 century basilica churches had been shown that more than 60% of them were built on historical place such as tomb of martyr, nearly 70% of them were long axis type, the size of church showed up $3,200m^2$ of average total area. In conclusion, this study concluded the result of christianized showed closeness pursue holiness by separation from the secular world, and long axis it was revealed as mass for the procession ceremony of catholic church. The result of romanized occurred from the process that the basilica church abandoned the unhierarchy, small sizing, worship simplicity of early domus ecclesia characteristics and accept hierarchy, big sizing, worship formalism and complexity of Roman empire system in the roman basilica churches. Through this study it could be grasp that the romanized of early christianity bring not only the change of church architecture but also degeneration of christian itself.

The Improvement of Sensing Performance of ISFET Glucose and Sucrose Sensors by Using Platinum Electrode and Photo-crosslinkable Polymers (백금전극과 감광성 고분자를 이용한 ISFET 포도당 및 자당센서의 감지성능 개선)

  • The ISFET glucose and sucrose sensors containing platinum electrode and photopolymeric enzyme membrane were fabricated. The platinum working electrode was used for the electrolysis of hydrogen peroxide, which was the other product of the enzyme reaction, to improve sensing characteristics of the sensors. In order to improve response time, photo-crosslinkable polymer(PVA-SbQ) was used to the matrix for the enzyme immobilized membrane. The characteristics of glucose and sucrose sensors were investigated according to the variation of platinum electrode area. The response time was about $3{\sim}5$ minutes and determinations of glucose and sucrose in the range of about $30{\sim}300mg/dl$ could be possible.

대순진리회의 '선화(善化)'사상에 대한 연구

  • 본 논문은 대순사상의 선화(善化)사상을 살펴보고 그 주체성을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 『전경』에서는 어떻게 선을 드러내고 행하며 더 나아가 선으로 중생을 교육하고 천하를 교화하는가 하는 선화의 문제를 다루고 있는데, 이는 곧 대순진리회의 핵심 사상으로 볼 수 있다. '선화'사상은 세 가지 내용으로 설명할 수 있다. 첫째, 도덕적 의미에서 만물을 도와서 교화시키거나 만물을 크게 이롭게 하는 속성을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 상선(上善)의 덕 외에도 상선의 법이 필요한데, 이는 '선을 행하는 목적'에 부합하고 또한 선을 행하는 법칙을 지키는 실천방법과 절차를 말한다. 셋째, 가장 높은 차원에서의 '선'은 윤리도덕의 단계를 초월한다. 이에 대순진리회의 '선화'사상을 살펴보면 첫째, 대순진리회의 목적인 무자기, 포덕천하, 광제창생, 보국안민, 지상천국건설에 나타난 문자의 표면적 의미와 내재적 의미는 모두 '선화'의 내용에 포함된다. 둘째, 대순진리회 목적의 실현은 그 종지와 신조에 의거하는데, '합덕·조화·해원'과 사강령(四綱領)과 삼요체(三要諦)에도 '선화'의 의미가 포함되어 있다. 셋째, 대순진리회의 목적은 도인들의 구체적 행위를 통해 실현되는데, 수도와 공부의 필요성과 규범 속 그리고 상제와 도주 조정산(趙鼎山)의 창교(創敎)나 선교(宣敎) 등 구체적인 실례에서도 '선화'의 원칙이 분명하게 드러나 있다. 대순진리회의 '선화'사상은 전형적이고 신성한 종교 도덕적 특징과 일상생활의 의미가 담긴 사회 윤리적 특징이 있으며, 또한 윤리를 초월하고 진선(盡善)을 추구하는 궁극적 목적의식과 이론적 깊이가 있다. 대순진리회 '선화'사상의 주체성과 이론구조를 분석하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대순진리회의 '선화'사상에서는 무엇보다 윤리 도덕적 측면에서의 선의 배양과 실천을 중시한다. 둘째, 대순진리회의 '선화'사상은 윤리도덕의 선을 실천하는 법문(法門)을 제시하였다. 셋째, 대순진리회의 '선화'사상은 수도의 최종 목적인 대선(大善)·지선(至善)·진선(盡善) 등을 추구하고 실현할 것을 강조하였다. 선화사상이 나타내는 핵심인 '선덕'과 이로부터 발전된 '선행선법(善行善法)'이 결국 윤리도덕의 차원을 초월하였음을 알 수 있다.

A Philological Comparative Study on HwanWoong of Samgukyusa and YanDi-ShenNong (『삼국유사(三國遺事)』의 환웅(桓雄)과 염제신농(炎帝神農)과 기록학적 비교고찰)

  • [Go-Choseon], the first volume of Samgukyusa, is composed of two parts, the part of myth and that of history. There are very similar divinities between Hwanwoong in the myth of Dangun and YanDi-ShenNong of China: the solar divinity essential for survival of mankind and agriculture, the agriculture divinity said to have taught fanning, the medicine divinity said to have taught the characteristics of herbs and how to prevent diseases, the cultural hero who delivered civilization, and son on. During the transition from the age of myth to the age of history, the roles of gods had changed from the creation of the world to civilization and rule. The roles of Hwanwoong and YanDi-ShenNong were civilization and it was related with their divinities. Hence, regardless of a little difference, the myth of Hwanwoong and that of YanDi-ShenNong were created at the same stage of spiritual and material civilizations of Korea and China. This paper looks at the essence of [Wiseo] and the age of Hwanwoong through historical records. In my opinion, [Wiseo] is not a chinese history' book. The record, "According to [Wiseo] there had been Dangun-Wanggum 2,000 years ago" indicates the time [Wiseo] was written. 'Wi' means Wlman-choseon. Going back about 2,000 years from Wiman-choseon, the historical dates of the establishment of [Go-Choseon] almost dovetails to the age of King 'lao. So, there is a possibility that [Wiseo] is a history book of Wiman-Choseon dynasty which was written to prove the legitimacy of the dynasty by showing it succeeded to the Dangilll-Choseon dynasty. The sentences, "governed the country for 1,500 years" and "conferred Gija the position of king of Choseon" are very important records showing the age of the establishment of Dangun-Choseon. Gija came to Choseon in B.C 1122 when Yin replaced Zhou in the Choinese Continent. From the fact that Dangun had governed Choseon, we could reason out that Go-Choseon was established in B.C. 2622 that is much eariler than the era of king Yao, and that corresponds 'With the era of HuangDi(B.C 2698-2358). Hence, the era of Hwanwoong, the father-god of Dangun, might be later than B.G 3000 which conforms to the era of YanDi-ShenNong(B.C 3218-2600). Therefore, this paper contends lhat Hwanwoong and YanDi-ShenNong played the role of civilization in the same era [Go-Choseon], the first volume of Samgukusa is philologically very valuable material for research on the origin of Korean nation and its ancient history.

Analysis of Landscape Planting in Gangwon-do (강원도 지역의 조경식물의 식재현황 분석)

  • This study was carried out to improve planting and use of landscape plants in Gangwon-do. The designated plants by schools and cities in Gangwon-do were surveyed and then compared with the planted trees on streets, public parks, schools, etc. in 2009. There were 45 tree species and 43 flower species designated as school trees and school flowers at 632 schools in Gangwon-do. The majority of school tree species were Juniperus chinensis, Pinus densiflora, Abies holophylla, Ginkgo biloba, Pinus koraiensis, Taxus cuspidata, Zelkova serrata, and Pinus thunbergii. The ratio of native species to exotic was 35:10. The majority of school flower species Rosa centifolia, Forsythia koreana, Zinnia elegans, Rhododendron mucronulatum, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Rosa rugosa. The ratio of native species to the exotic was 22:21. There were 12 flower species and 7 tree species designated as city trees and city flowers in 18 cities and guns. The high frequency flower species were Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Forsythia koreana, Magnolia sieboldii, and Prunus armeniaca var. ansu. The high frequency tree species were Ginkgo biloba, Pinus koraiensis, and Taxus cuspidata. There were 87 woody landscape tree species planted, and a total of 619,835 landscape plants were planted in Youngseo region (western part of Gangwon-do) in 2009. The ratio of native species to exotic species was 56:31. The majority of landscape trees planted were Pinus densiflora, Prunus yedoensis, Prunus sargentii, Comus officinalis, Pyrus pyrifolia, Rhododendron yedoense var. poukhanense, Pinus koraiensis, Taxus cuspidata, Hibiscus syriacus, Forsythia koreana, Zellkova serrata, Acer triflorum, Rhododendron obutusum, and Ligustrum obtusifolium A in 2009. The ratio of native species to the exotic was 64:36. There were 77 woody landscape tree species planted, and a total of 914,668 landscape plants were planted in Youngdong region (eastern part of Gangwon-do) in 2009. The ratio of native species to exotic was 52:25. The major landscape trees planted were Pinus thunbergii, Rhododendron lateritium, Rhododendron schlippenenbachii, Hibiscus syriacus, Prunus yedoensis, Pinus densiflora, Syringa dilatata, Rhododendron yedoense var. poukhanense, Rosa rugosa, Prunus sargentii, Rosa centifolia, Juniperus chinensis, Euonymus japonica, Forsythia koreana, Chionanthus retusus, Acer palmatum, and Chaenomeles sinensis. The results indicate that landscape plants need to be diverse in species in each region of Gangwon-do. Selection of suitable plants for each region and the use of native species need to be emphasized.

The Method of the Cultivation of Taste and the Possibility of the Edification of Personality & the Cultural Development Through It: The Approach to Analyzing the Examples of the Judgment of Negative Taste in Kant's Critique of Judgment(§§32-33) (취미 도야의 방식과 이를 통한 인성의 교화 및 문화발전의 가능성: 칸트의 『판단력비판』 §§32-33 부정적 취미판단의사례 분석을 중심으로)

  • This essay attempts to reveal how taste spontaneously cultivates and why it is necessary for cultivating taste to edify our personality and to develop culture. It is a key of the solution of the problems that taste always reflects its judgment through pleasure. Because the grounds of the universal validity of the judgment of taste are found, whenever taste tests the validity of its own judgment, the so-called 'delight of discovery' makes taste cultivate itself. For having the moral personality, we need to practice spontaneously the morality of our own behaviour and for judging whether an artwork to represent the period is succeeded or not, we need to have a high insight to select the cultural heritage. But the autonomous thinking can delightfully be made a habit, judging the beauty of artworks. In the main body of this essay, it is determined from the three examples of the negative judgment of taste which Kant suggested in deduction. According to Kant, the negative judgment of taste means that the beautiful work is displeased, but what it asserts is that taste is cultivated. I formalize the methods of reflection of taste revealed in three negative judgments of taste into'resisting', 'indicating of error', 'self-retracting'.(Chapter 2) And from this, I emphasize the necessity to cultivate taste in the way that these methods of the cultivation of taste can affect building our personality by stimulating our reason to have interest in moral(Chapter 3) and in the way that taste directly judges the product of cultural succession.(Chapter 4) In the end of last chapter, I examine further essentially the method of the reflection of taste, to inquire into how to enable it.(Chapter 5) Especially, I try to illuminate its grounds through Schiller's concept of the "impulse of amusement(Spieltrib)", because his explanation helps us to understand the dynamics of taste's delight of discovery. Although the abilities of mind conflict with each other, taste has the characters that it reflects to encourage them for each other and that it is vitalized by its own activity. We, as it were, can pleasantly handle two tasks, because taste makes the impulse of amusement from conflictive impulses in mind. In conclusion, I state that we have to experience directly the impulse of amusement like creative artist, because it is maximized from creation.

  • 기존 웹상 HTML 사용의 경우 문서 브라우징의 역할밖에 못하여 그 자체로는 의미가 없었기에 실행 가능한 프로그램을 따로 설계하여야 했다. SGML의 서브셋인 XML을 사용할 경우 단순한 문서가 아닌 객체로 취급되어 구조화된 데이터를 표현하고 전달하고 교화할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 JAVA와 XML을 이용한 융통성있는 웹 어플리케이션 개발이 큰 관심거리에 속하고 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 컨텐츠를 XML로 작성하고 JAVA를 기반으로 XMLDOM을 이용하여 그 객체를 얻어와 간단한 인터넷 기반 마켓에 적용시킨다. 또한 그 자료를 DATAMINING에 활용하는 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 서버에 별도의 데이터베이스를 만들고 그것을 클라이언트에 연결하는 복잡한 방법을 XML객체를 사용하는 방법으로 간단하게 대체하였다. 데이터는 XML 객체로 이루어져 상점거래가 이루어지고, 이것은 고객 분석 및 상품분석을 위한 DATAMINING에 사용할 수 있게 해준다. 이로써 단순한 XML이 여러 다양한 데이터베이스로써 역할을 하게 된다.

  • 인터넷상에서 가상현실을 표현하기 위한 그래픽스 포맷 표준화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. Virtual Reality Modeling Language 97 (VRML 97)은 이러한 표준화 노력으로 공인된 최근의 한 산물이며, 현재는 Web3D 컨소시움에서 VRML 확장 노드들을 추가하고 XML 문서 형식을 취하는 방향으로 VRML 97을 향상시킨 표준 포맷으로 발전시키기 위한 장을 마련하고 있다. VRML 확장을 위해 일반적으로 요구되는 중요한 요소 중 하나가 교화질의 이미지를 빠르게 얻는 것이다. 영상기반렌더링(Image-Based Rendering (IBR)) 기법은 이를 위한 좋은 방법 중 하나로, 우리는 이런 기능을 VRML에서 사용할 수 있는 VRML 확장 형태로 개발된 도구에 의해 데이터를 만들고 이를 지원하도록 VRML 브라우저를 수정하여, VRML 확장으로써의 IBR 기법의 유용성을 보이고자 한다.
