A Parking Guidance and Information Service System is to provide real-time parking-information and the shortest parking-path for increasing the user's convenience, relieving traffic congestion, reducing illegal parking, and maximizing the efficiency of parking management. This paper discusses the result of the needs analysis, design, and implementation of the Parking Guidance and Information Service System. Furthermore, it analyzes and compares the parking time and vehicle turnover rate before and after the system installation.

정보통신 기술 발전과 함께 VTS시스템도 비약적으로 발전하고 있다. 특히 해상교통관제의 수요자 증가와 서비스 질 향상을 위해 외부 네트워크의 연계를 통한 정보공유와 교환의 필요성이 지속 증가하고 있다. 따라서 VTS 시스템 간 및 외부 시스템과의 연계와 관련 정보보안의 취약점이 드러날 개연성이 높아졌다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가 주요 기반 시설로서의 VTS 시스템의 정보보안의 중요성과 현 취약점을 살펴보고 앞으로 개선해야 할 점을 고찰해 보았다.

As the scale of transfer center becomes gradually large, transfer information service considering convenience of users in motion in a large transfer center is required. This service provides moving users with information through individual portable terminals such as mobile phone or, smart phone which are capable of wireless communication. In particular, technology of measuring indoor location using Wi-Fi is in a stage of commercial practice and indoor/outdoor location-base transfer information service is possible through smart phones with built-in GPS and Wi-Fi. In this study, we suggest information services that support transfer activities based on the locations of visitors inside transfer centers. This study also suggests the logical and physical architectures, and physical components required for the flow of information as well as the target connected standardized information for connecting destinations of each proposed draft standards.

The objective of Bus Information System developed as a part of the ITS, provides the operation information of buses to passengers and managers. The system uses roadside antennas (reading electronic tags on board buses) to enable wireless communication each other and radio data communication to deliver information about buses and their locations. This information is used to estimate the arrival time of the bus which will be shown on the bus stop message board or via internet. Bus Information System or Bus Management System (BMS) is going ahead and set up in many local governments, and recently quality improvement of the BIS is considered as a very important element in expanding of business or management. Therefore this research wished to contribute rationalization of the system by maintaining optimum quality. An gang was chosen to apply overall quality control process and will be evaluated in terns of its propriety and performance. This study has led the improvement of service and promote the use of public transits, which is the best way to solve the city traffic problem by effective management of public transits.

우리 나라 자동차운송산업에 존재하는 지입제(위탁관리제)는 과거부터 논란의 대상이 되어 왔다. 1950년대 말부터 시작된 육운 분야의 직영화 정책은 노선버스나 택시의 경우 비교적 성공적인 결과를 가져왔으나 화물자동차운송과 전세버스분야에서 만큼은 아직도 대다수 사업장에서 지입제가 관행화된 제도로 남아 있다. 지입제도는 비효율적이고 전근대적인 경영기법으로 인식되고 있으며 산업발전의 저해요인 보기도하고 불가피하다고 평가되기도 하였다. 본 논문에서는 지입제를 단순하게 비합리적인 제도라고 보기보다는 나름대로의 장점을 가지고 있어 합법적 또는 비합법적인 형태로 지금까지 유지되고 있다고 본다. 지입제는 정보가 비대칭적인 상황에서 기업조직을 통해 생산과 판매를 하기보다는 시장거래를 통한 계약을 통하여 운송서비스를 생산 및 판매를 함으로써 유인일치를 달성시킬 수 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 장거리를 운행하는 운송사업의 경우 사업자와 고용운전자는 노동성과에 대한 비대칭적인 정보를 가질 수밖에 없게 된다. 이는 대리문제를 야기시켜 기업조직에 의한 운송서비스의 공급은 생산비용을 상승시킨다. 반면 자동차운송서비스는 생산단위를 분리하기 위한 비용이 비교적 적어 독립적인 운영이 가능하다. 따라서 차량을 1대씩 분리하여 사업권을 시장거래하는 지입제를 운송사업자와 운전자는 선택하게 된다는 것이다.

본 논문은 급증하는 항공 교통량을 처리하기 위해 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)를 중심으로 연구되고 있는 차세대 항공관제를 위한 시스템 중 비행자료처리시스템에서 효율적인 비행계획 상태 관리를 위한 방법론을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비행계획 상태 관리는 입력되는 새로운 전문 및 관제사의 입력과 시간 타이머에 의한 이벤트를 구분하는 처리 구조이며, 두 가지를 병렬 처리하는 방식을 이용해서 정확하고 빠른 비행계획 상태 관리를 제공한다. 이는 향후 많은 항공 교통량을 처리하기 위한 차세대 항공관제 시스템에 적용되는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

Rapid increasing of smartphones has changed people's lifestyles, and location-based services are providing a platform to provide various conveniences in accordance with these changes. In particular, it may provide convenience to many users if location-based services are provided in an indoor area such as subway station. However, it is still a difficult task to ensure accurate positioning result for guiding routes in subway stations. This study proposes a KAI-R system that allows all processes to be performed in one system for indoor navigation in subway stations. The proposed system includes a new pedestrian step detection method for continuous positioning along with an improved fusion positioning algorithm.

본 논문에서는 웹(World Wide Web)에서 사용자가 손쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 멀티미디어 대중교통 안내시스템 개발 경험을 소개한다. 개발된 시스템은 클라이언트와 서버 시스템, 경로탐색 시스템, 교통정보 저장 시스템, 노선 및 정류장 관리 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 클라이언트에서 작동되는 사용자 인터페이스는 직관적으로 이해가 쉽고, 사용이 편리하며 인터액티브한 멀티미디어 대중 교통안내 서비스를 제공한다. 서버 시스템은 교통정보 수집 시스템으로부터 입력되는 데이타와, 경로탐색 시스템, 교통정보 저장 시스템과 연동되어 클라이언트의 요구사항을 처리하고 그 결과를 사용자에게 돌려준다. 수정된 A* 알고리즘을 이용하는 경로탐색 시스템은 최적경로를 탐색하며, 교통정보 저장 시스템은 현재 교통상황, 정류장, 노선, 지도 등의 정보를 저장한다. 노선 및 정류장 관리시스템은 시스템 관리자가 노선 또는 정류장 관리를 서버 화면의 지도상에서 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 도구이다. 본 논문에서 다루는 대중교통 안내시스템은 Java로 구현하였기 때문에 확장과 이식이 용이하며, 시스템 유지보수 비용이 적게 드는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그리고, 웹 브라우저가 동작되는 환경에서는 어디서나 쉽게 접근이 가능하며 향후 구축될 Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS)의 한 모듈로써 바로 작동될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 현재 인터넷상에서 제공되는 다양한 서비스와도 연동이 가능하다.Abstract This paper introduces our experience for developing a public transportation guidance system, which facilitates the World-Wide Web(WWW) to provide users with easier access and use. The proposed system is composed of four subsystems: client/server system, path search system, traffic data storage system, and traffic raw-data management system. The user interface in clients utilizes Java to furnish users with multimedia data accessibility and interactivity. The server processes clients' requests based on the traffic data coming from remote sensing devices and interacts with the path search system and traffic data storage system to provide users with the results. The path search system, which uses a modified A* algorithm, produces optimal solutions based on dynamic traffic data. The traffic data storage system stores the current traffic information together with the geographical information about the b$us_way routes. The traffic raw-data management system is a graphical user interface which enables the system manager to handle the traffic information easily on the map in the terminal screen. The system has considerable benefits such as portability, scalability, and flexibility since it is implemented using Java. Also, it can be extended to an integrated Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) which includes a variety of information on the Internet as well as traffic information.n.

많은 사용자가 직접 글을 작성하고 데이터를 업로드 하는 SNS 서비스의 데이터 분류 및 분석에서 빅 데이터 활용방안이 다양하게 논의되고 있다. 특히 기존에 활용하던 텍스트 기반의 분류에서 이미지, 동영상에 대한 분류가 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위키피디아를 이용한 이미지 태그의 의미정보를 바탕으로 플리커에서 샘플 이미지를 추출하고 이를 활용하여 'bag of visual word' 기법으로 사용자가 업로드한 이미지를 자동 분류하는 방법을 소개한다.
