우리의 문화경제학적(文化經濟學的) 과제(課題)와 대응방향(對應方向)

  • 전통적(傳統的)인 좁은 경제학(經濟學)의 시각(視角)을 벗어나 여기서는 "러스킨"의 정치경제학(政治經濟學)과 "센"의 복지경제학(福祉經濟學)을 접목시킨 문화경제학(文化經濟學)의 정립(定立)을 시도하였다. 문화경제학(文化經濟學)은 인본주의(人本主義)에 입각하여 국민(國民)의 행복하고 건강한 삶을 뒷받침하는 것을 목적(目的)으로 과학(科學) 위에 서고 기술(技術)을 관리하며 일정한 수준의 도의문화(道義文化)를 필수요건으로 한 법(法)과 행위(行爲)의 시스템의 전개(展開)를 연구대상(硏究對象)으로 삼는다. 따라서 이러한 시각(視角)에서는 재화(財貨)의 소유(所有)보다 삶을 더 중요시 한다. 먼저 "러스킨"의 정치경제학(政治經濟學)과 "센"의 복지경제학(福祉經濟學)의 이론적 특징을 살펴본 후 삶의 질(質)을 향상시키는 데 있어서 법질서(法秩序)와 행위(行爲)와 수용능력(受容能力)과 도의문화(道義文化)의 중요성(重要性)을 부각시킨 후, 이러한 이론적(理論的) 시각(視角)을 우리나라의 대중교통생활(大衆交通生活)에 적용하여 구체적으로 대중교통망(大衆交通網)의 과학성(科學性), 교통질서(交通秩序)와 운전행위(運轉行爲), 그 사회적(社會的) 비용(費用)과 그 분담(分擔), 교통(交通)서비스의 수용능력(受容能力) 등 문화경제학적(文化經濟學的) 과제(課題)를 제기(提起)하였다. 이러한 예시적(例示的) 과제(課題)는 우리의 교통생활(交通生活)뿐만 아니라 정치(政治), 경제(經濟), 사회(社會), 언론(言論), 문화(文化) 등 모든 분야(分野)에 있어서 정도의 차이는 있으나 유사한 문제점(問題點)을 안고 있을 것으로 예상(豫想)된다. 여기서 대응방향(對應方向)으로서 제시된 경제사회질서(經濟社會秩序)의 확립(確立), 사회적(社會的) 보상체계(報償體系)의 합리화(合理化), 수용능력(受容能力)의 순화(淳化)와 배양(培養), 도의문화(道義文化)의 함양(涵養) 등은 결코 새로운 것은 아니지만 문화경제학(文化經濟學)의 시각이 도입되어야 이러한 대응(對應)이 경제학(經濟學)의 틀에 수용(收容)될 수 있으며 이러한 시각(視角)의 원용(援用)은 우리 경제(經濟)가 당면한 경제적(經濟的) 난제(難題)들을 근본적(根本的)으로 해결하는 데 새로운 접근(接近)의 모색을 가능케 할 것으로 생각된다.

A Study on Injury Severity Prediction for Car-to-Car Traffic Accidents (차대차 교통사고에 대한 상해 심각도 예측 연구)

  • Automobiles have long been an essential part of daily life, but the social costs of car traffic accidents exceed 9% of the national budget of Korea. Hence, it is necessary to establish prevention and response system for car traffic accidents. In order to present a model that can classify and predict the degree of injury in car traffic accidents, we used big data analysis techniques of K-nearest neighbor, logistic regression analysis, naive bayes classifier, decision tree, and ensemble algorithm. The performances of the models were analyzed by using the data on the nationwide traffic accidents over the past three years. In particular, considering the difference in the number of data among the respective injury severity levels, we used down-sampling methods for the group with a large number of samples to enhance the accuracy of the classification of the models and then verified the statistical significance of the models using ANOVA.

  • Today, our country is experiencing serious graying without parallel. The government is executing various services and welfare policies to solve this problem using ubiquitous technology. But the old and disabled people are not good for using the u-service and system, because it is made for ordinary people. The purpose of this study is to solve the graying society-problem and improve the eldery as well as disabled's quality of life by integrating each information centers based on ESB(Enterprise Service Bus). The results of this study can be divided by system architecture and communication system for the eldery and disabled. The research development results of this study can be used to build the integrated information center for u-service of the old people and disabled. It will contribute to realizing the Ubiquitous-society by promotion of young people's quality of life as well as the eldery and disabled.

Technical Study on Possibility of an Express Service Wide Area Railway (광역철도 노선의 급행화 가능성에 대한 기술적 검토)

  • As the existing metropolitan area metropolitan railway operates on a one-to-one basis, which leads to long travel times, its competitiveness with other means of transportation is deteriorating. Since there is a limit to attracting road traffic by rail, there is a continuing societal demand to expand express train service. Especially in the northern and the southwestern parts of the metropolitan area, a public transportation network system with express function, connecting to the city center of Seoul, is needed because of the social cost of the increase of traffic congestion and the increase of the travel time. The most efficient express service in Korea is Seoul Subway Line 9, which runs in 27 minutes from Gimpo Airport to the high speed terminal; this is a 40% shorter time compared to 44 minutes by car; the congestion in this area is up to 240%, so the preference for this train is quite high. The technical results of this study are expected to contribute to the implementation of an express service metropolitan railway.

  • The rapid change of industrial structure causes to increase distribution cost and requires necessity of physical distribution system urgently. Traffic situation is getting extremely worse and traffic jam has led to increasing expense of physical distribution delivery which dominates 20% of distribution cost. In this situation, the shortest and most suitable path search system is required by modern people who must waste a lot of time for moving with a car or on the street as well as many companies. for these reasons, we developed the shortest-path-searching system applying the dijkstra algorithm which is one of the effective shortest path algorithm to GIS, and it was constructed by considering realistic urban traffic and the pattern of street in a physical situation. Also, this system was developed to be updated weight data automatically, considering the dynamic change of traffic situation such as a traffic information service which will be served in real time. Finally, we designed this system to serve on web by using MapObjects IMS.

A Study on Design Requirements for Smart Parking Services Considering User'S Stated Preferences (사용자 잠재선호특성을 고려한 스마트 주차서비스 설계요건 연구)

  • This study suggests the user's needs for a smart parking service that enables parking lot search and advance reservation service, and is a study on the user's preference selection model related to fees (reservation fee, penalty fee), etc. Two types of user preference models in the form of logit models were constructed by composing a response questionnaire for smart parking service. The first is a model for selecting a smart parking lot, which suggests a situation in which the probability of selection is higher than that of a general parking lot in the relationship between usage fee and cost. The second is a parking ticket reservation discount selection model, and the smart parking service selection probability was analyzed through the relationship model between the reservation amount and the penalty. It can be used as a design requirement that enables sophisticated and various types of smart parking service considering users' preferences.

  • The objective of bridge construction cost allocation is to distribute in a fair and rational manner the bridge construction costs among those vehicles using the bridge. In most bridge construction cost allocation studies, bridge construction costs are mainly distributed according to traffic load(gross vehicle weight), without any consideration of bridge capacity requirements(the number of lanes). In this paper, a bridge cost allocation method for considering both traffic capacity and traffic loads is developed. The proposed method is based on cooperative game theory, particularly two concepts known as the Aumann-Shapley (A-S) value and Shapley value. This method can help to analyze the impact of traffic capacity costs. By applying the proposed method to an example, traffic capacity cost is found to be high so that traffic capacity should be considered to allocate the bridge construction costs to vehicle classes in a more equitable manner.

  • 우리나라 지형의 특성은 약 70%가 산으로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 지형적 여건은 교통과 관련된 사회간접 자본의 증가로 이어지며, 최근에는 산업의 발전에 힘입어 교통량의 증가와 물류비용의 절감을 목적으로 철도 및 도로의 건설시 터널의 계획 및 시공이 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 터널의 환경개선과 화재시 제연을 목적으로 설치되는 제트팬(Jet Fan)의 용량이 차지하는 전기적 비중이 높아지고, 전압강하에 대한 손실율이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 제트팬의 설치시 배치방법과 터널의 길이에 따른 전기실 배치를 Case 별로 분류하여 전압강하를 계산하고 분석하여 가장 효율적이며 경제적인 방안을 연구하고 정리하여 향후 설계시 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

  • VLCC에 의한 SK에너지 울산CLX와 인천CLX의 일원화된 효율적 원유 수급체계에 따른 물류비용의 절감, 이에 따른 국가 산업 경쟁력확보 및 항만경쟁력 강화를 위한 고도화 사업의 일환으로 고부가가치 선박인 VLCC가 인천항에 처녀입항하게 되었다. 이로 인한 해상교통관제센터(VTS)의 안전대책이 요구되어 비교적 통항량이 많고 항로길이가 긴 인천항의 VLCC운항 계획에 따른 해상교통 혼잡도 등, 다각적인 통항 안전성 및 VLCC 입출항에 따른 타 통항선과의 항행안전 관계등을 점검하여, 계속적인 VLCC 입항에 따른 항행 위험성을 파악하고, 앞으로의 인천항만 안전을 위한 통항안전관리대책을 모색하고자 한다.

AN EMPIRICAL TEST OF THE BLENDING LOGIT MODEL (혼성 "로-짓" 모형의 검정)

  • 본 연구는 1980년 Moses-Anas에 의해 제안된 $\ulcorner혼성로-짓모형\lrcorner$의 유효성을 서울 시의 출근통행실태 자료를 이용하여 검증하기 위한 것으로, $\ulcorner혼성로-짓모형\lrcorner$에 의한 추정 결과와 $\ulcorner전통적로-짓모형\lrcorner$에 의한 추정결과를 통계적 시점에서 상호 비교하였다. 이용된 자료는 1981년6월10일부터 6월16일까지 일주일간의 출근통행실태자료이며 조사표본수는 약 2000여 표본이었다. $\ulcorner혼성로-짓모형\lrcorner$에 의한 추정결과는 $\ulcorner전통적로-짓모형\lrcorner$ 에 의한 경 우보다 통계적으로 우월한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 통행시간 및 통행비용에 대한 선택확률 의 탄력성은 $\ulcorner혼성모형\lrcorner$에 의해 추정된 결과가 더욱 합리적인 것으로 판명되었다.
