조명 ESCO사업 3차에 걸쳐 김포공항 착륙

  • 단순한 공항 역할을 벗어나 복합문화위락단지로 거듭나고 있는 김포공항에 3차에 걸친 조명분야 ESCO사업이 착륙했다. 한국공항공사 전기통신처는 국내선 청사의 2만5천개에 달하는 조명기기를 지난 99년 1월 고효율에너지기자재로 교체하는 ESCO사업을 실시한 데 이어 다른곳에도 두 차례 추가ESCO사업을 추진할 정도로 효율적이고도 적극적인 에너지절감활동을 전개해나가고 있다.

An Weather Analysis for Selection of the Aircraft Category F's Alternative Airport (F급 항공기 교체공항 선정을 위한 기상분석)

  • This paper is part of the research about the selection and justification of Jeju international airport as an aircraft category 'F' alternative airport, which is the results of an weather analysis based on meteorological statistics. As the results of the study, it has been only 1 day per year (58minutes) that weather conditions of Incheon and Jeju international airports, from January 2006 to June 2011, are below landing weather minimums of each airport at the same times. This means that these airports are not within the same meteorological region, which is against the current orthodoxy. In addition, it is very rare that weather conditions of Jeju international airports are below landing weather minimums when Incheon international airport is below landing weather minima. It shows that the meteorological characteristics of these regions differ widely and the designation of Jeju international airport as an alternative airport is scientifically reasonable.

  • This study theoretically analyzes the cost allocation of replacement costs that occur when existing operators have to replace circuit breakers due to the entry of new generators. We adopt the sequential equal contributions rule as the cost allocation rule, which is widely used in cost allocation problems in cooperative game theory. We derive various cost allocation plans based on several criteria and examine to what extent each alternative meets various desirable axioms. According to the analysis, (i) the alternative that excludes the cost of the new operator, residual value, and network operator and (ii) the alternative that excludes the cost of the new operator, residual value, and includes network operator are relatively superior to other schemes. We also identify a realistic plan by taking into account practical factors and analyze its axiomatic characteristics.

  • An airline should consider the number of seats or size of aircraft, when it composes fleet or selects a type of aircraft for some routes. There are two major factors considered for this choice problem under the assumption that the objectives of an airline is a profit maximization: the operating cost and revenue from the aircraft operated. This research tries to solve the problem of aircraft size selection by airline. The study applies four steps to get optimal choice of aircraft size: (1) cost analysis for the relationship between airline operation cost and aircraft size: (2) market share and revenue analysis: (3) flight segment-level analysis, based on the derived cost, demand and revenue functions: and (4) network-level analysis to see how airlines make choice of aircraft size systematically at a network level. An airline can accommodate the increasing air travel demand by either increasing operation frequency, or increasing aircraft size that is represented by seat capacity, or both. Airport runway capacity and productivity depend on the size of aircraft used at airport. This paper presents the understanding of how airlines make decisions on the size of aircraft to operate, how they will adjust their choices when airport capacity is constrained, and how public regulation such as policy for landing fees could influence airlines' aircraft choice.

Examination of Method of an Aircraft Noise Reduction -Mainly the Window Installation Conditions- (항공기소음 저감방안에 대한 검토 -창호설치조건을 중심으로-)

  • 공항에 인접한 주거지역에서 항공기 소음문제로 인하여 거주자들에게 소음피해가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 항공기소음을 저감하기 위한 방법 중 건물외피를 차음성능이 높은 구조로 변경하여 건축물의 차음량을 개선시키는 수음원 대책이 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 특히 건축물 방음시설 설치는 건물외피 중 외부소음에 가장 취약한 창호의 차음량을 증가시키는 것이 효과적인데, 본 연구에서는 기존 창호에 비하여 차음성능이 높은 창호를 교체 설치하여 건축물의 차음량 개선치를 $L_{max}$, SEL, $L_{eq}$로 각각 검토 비교함과 동시에 창호의 기밀성능을 위한 기밀재 및 추가 모헤어의 설치조건에 따른 차음성능을 검토해 보았다. 측정결과 방음시설 설치 후 항공기소음을 $L_{max}$, SEL, $L_{eq}$로 차음량 개선치를 각각 평가한 결과 1.8dB 이내의 편차를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 창의 차음성능 개선치는 기밀재 설치 후 $R'45^{\circ}$,w가 5dB, 기밀재 및 추가 모헤어 설치 후 8dB로 나타났다.
