An important factor in education is ensuring reliable quality of education. There are a variety of ways based on criteria to ensure the quality of education. To ensure quality management, attendance is important which is highly reliable rating at the account education of Ministry of Employment and Labor and sevice training of Health Care. In contrast, the service training of health care professionals was consisting of formal attendance management, quality of education has been raised as a problem. Recently developed USN-based attendance management system is effective. But if education is proceed at a large number of small scale in the area of education, cost, portability, systeme management, the reliability of the Trainee's attendance remained as problems to solve. To address these needs, this paper quoted low-cost attendance management system which was desighned and implemented by barcode and PC camera. As a result the actual maintenance training system showed a 98% satisfaction in terms of administrator and 95% satisfaction in terms of Trainee.

본 연구는 사용자 특성 중 조직에서 통제 가능한 요인의 사용자의 태도 및 교육· 훈련이 정보시스템이 실행 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구 에서는 최근 신정보시스템으로 전환한 D사의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련은 각각 독립적으로 정보시스템의 실행 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련이 결합한 상 호작용 효과는 시스템 사용도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러 한 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 조직에서 정보시스템의 실행 성과를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 태도를 호의적으로 변화시키고, 사용자에 대한 교육·훈련을 많이 시켜야 하며, 특히 사용자 에 대한 교육·훈련은 차별화하여 실시하여야 한다는 것이다.

In recent years, several technologies have brought many changes in the field of education. Nonetheless, it is difficult to get freely medical and professional knowledge in the educational environment. In this paper, we study a free medical education system for medical education through service to the Mashup offers a meta-search system. Received permission to use the system API to retrieve the content API, data retrieval systems and video content via the API to design a system, based on this medical education, meta-search system is implemented.

WBES(Web-Based Education System for Programming Language)는 웹을 기반으로 한 프로그래밍 학습 시스템이다. 학습자와 교수자가 시스템적 공간적 제약에 구애 받지 않도록 하여 학습자에게는 자율적이고 효율적인 학습이 가능하도록 하고 교수자에게는 과제제출이나 성적부여에 편의성을 극대화 한다는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 WBES의 구현으로 가상학습시스템의 실습교육환경 미 구축 문제를 해결하여 이론교육과 그에 따른 실습이 병행되도록 한다. 또한 교수자 일인당 많은 학습자가 존재하는 현재의 교육환경에서 과제제출과 채점, 성적부여에서 학습자를 개인단위로 관리해야 하는 어려움을 별도의 과정이나 번거로움 없이 해결한다. 향후 본 시스템은 사이버대학, 방송대학, IT교육기관 등의 가상교육 학습시스템의 컨텐츠로 활용 가능할 뿐만 아니라 점차 확대되고 있는 공학인증시스템에 도입되어 발전가능하다.

Simulator is being utilized usefully in industrial education. Especially, it is the best method to use for the higher value-added business or hazardous system to train. Also, it is needed to effect in forward-looking industrial education changing from theoretical education to hands-on training. Therefore, the development of equipment that can be used in both theory and experience class and its application to education help you to maximize the training effect on LPG transportation method when you work in the field. As a result of its applying to the education, the understanding of transportation system of educational equipment came out 4.86 points of 5 points, the utilization on site had 4.47 points/5 points, and the satisfaction has 0.5 points/4.48 points. The LPG transporting system(simulator) is considered effective when it is utilized in the education.

고등학교 이하 학력을 가진 820만명의 저학력 성인에게 초 중등교육 기회를 확대하기 위해서는 사이버 교육을 통하여 교육을 원하는 사람이라면 누구나, 언제, 어디서나, 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 교육체제를 마련해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지난 30여 년 동안 단방향 라디오 방송 중심의 교육체제를 유지해 온 방송통신고등학교를 쌍방향 인터넷 강의 중심의 교육체제로 전환하고자 방송통신고등학교의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 콘텐츠의 개발 방안과 시스템이 갖추어야 할 기능 등을 연구하였으며, 그 결과를 토대로 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 사이버 학사 운영에 필요한 사이버학교운영시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 2년간 3개 시범학교를 지정 운영하여 개발된 시스템이 학교 현장에 안정적으로 적용될 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.

초고속정보통신망 환경에서 웹을 통하여 난청자가 언제, 어디서든지 멀티미디어 데이터를 제공받아 난청 교정 교육을 받을 수 있는 원격교육시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 난청자들의 청각장애 극복의 방법을 보면 수술, 보청기 사용, 재활훈련이 있는데 재활훈련의 내용이 반복청취라는 것에 착안하였다. 본 시스템에서 난청과 관련된 풍부하고 다양한 내용을 웹게시판을 통해서 제공하고 난청자는 듣기 교육을 위해 멀티미디어를 통한 반복교육을 다양한 형태로 받는다. 난청자는 그 교육의 결과를 바로 확인하고 교육 결과를 저장 나중에 결과에 따른 경과상황을 확인 찬 수 있으며, 교육 경과를 통해 전문 의견을 들을 수 있다. 또한 화상회의를 통해 상담뿐만 아니라 발음 및 입모양을 확인하는 교육이 병행되어 말하기 교육이 포함된다. 본 시스템은 난청자의 청각장애를 극복하는데 그 활용 목적이 있다.

사이버 교육은 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 각종 멀티미디어 자원을 이용함으로써 기존 교육 방식을 보조하거나 대체하게 되었다. 온라인 학습자들을 평가하고 교육과정을 개선할 수 있는 평가 시스템에 대한 연구는 다양한 교육 컨텐츠에 비하여 부족한 편이다. 본 논문에서는 JSP 와 JDBC 기술을 이용하여 문제 은행 시스템을 설계하였다. 기존의 학습 평가 시스템과는 달리, 데이터 표현을 위하여 XML 언어를 사용하였으며, 객관식 문제의 난이도 조절을 위한 피드백 및 단답형 주관식 문제에 대한 채점방식에 대한 고려를 평가 시스템 설계에 포함하였다. 문제은행은 문항의 형태, 내용, 난이도 등을 포함한 문항의 특성과 관련된 정보들을 체계적으로 저장하여, 보다 정확한 학습 평가 시스템이 되도록 설계하였다.

Modern times are called 'the system and fusion era'. One system has been compounded with the other system repeatedly, and the new systems form a great mixed system again and again. Discrete electronic devices have been integrated as one semiconductor system and have been unified as a great mixed system frequently. This study proposes a module based 2-year college electronic engineering curriculum focused on system and integrated circuit design. This curriculum is devised to be suitable for the industrial environment, especially in the school-industry cooperation, and is recomposed to promote the organic union of interdisciplinary courses. The newly designed course has been developed as a multi semester module model which enables a practical field training and in-depth study.

현대 사회는 정보화 사회이다. 이러한 흐름은 사회 모든 분야에 응용되어 사용되고 있다. 특히 컴퓨터를 이용한 교육분야에 있어서는 Text 에 의존된 교육에서 멀티미디어를 이용, 실제 상황에 근접한 상황학습을 통한 시스템이 개발 사용되고 있다. 장애인 재활 교육에 있어서도 멀티미디어를 이용한 상황학습은 장애인의 교육에 많은 도움을 줄 것이다. 이 논문은 장애인의 사회 적응을 위한 재활 교육 시스템에서 장애인들에게 어떠한 교육을 할 것인지를 결정하고 실행하는 Tutoring Module이다.
