농촌진흥청(청장 박현출)은 최근 배 검은별무늬병 방제와 관련하여 농약안전사용기준을 철저히 준수해 줄 것을 당부하며 주의사항을 마련, 행정기관 및 관련 단체에 배포했다. 이는 최근 일부지역 배 재배농기에서 배 검은별무늬병 방제를 위하여 안전사용기준이 정해지지 않은 수도용 살균제 등을 오남용한다는 언론보도에 따른 것으로써, 관련기관 및 단체에 각종 농약안전산용 교육 홍보를 강화해 줄 것을 요청한 것이다.

This study examined the process of admission selection of vocational high schools and meister high schools and how the process have been utilized by schools to select appropriate students and by students to make decisions for application in consideration of their interests, aptitudes, and career paths. To address the purpose of this study, Focus Group Interviews(FGI) were conducted with three groups of participants: vocational high schools and meister high schools teachers, high school freshmen' parents, and middle school teachers who had many students advanced to vocational and meister high schools. The findings indicated that during the promotion process, schools made efforts to attract students with higher GAP and provided information mainly regarding employment rate instead of curriculum or program of majors. Since schools usually visited middle schools where higher GPA students were, not all students had balanced opportunities of high school promotions and enough information about majors. For the application process, the schools placed a high value on scholastic performance while students applied high schools considering their interests, aptitudes, and career paths. In terms of admission type and criteria, the high school teachers reported no big differences between special admission and general admission while students took advantage from the special admission process which was less competitive than general admission. Based on the findings, a number of suggestions were made in order to improve the process of admission selection of vocational high schools and meister high schools.

Disaster management standard has not been invigorated because it usually has documented qualities. Since its enactment and notification, there has been a lack of continual education and publicity that lead to poor awareness on disaster management. The purpose of this study investigates on activating the use of disaster management standards by disaster related agencies and organization during their work. It proposes details on how to distribute and promote disaster management standards, develop textbook, evaluation and feedback. Furthermore, it also developed an organizational structure and legal framework as measure for disaster management.

우리나라는 최근 기후변화로 인하여 가뭄의 빈도와 강도가 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 이에 따른 농업가뭄 현상은 매년 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 2000년 이후부터 무상으로 공급되고 있는 농업용수에 대해 농민 물이용 손실을 저감하고, 물부족에 대비한 선제적인 가뭄대응의 일환으로 물절약 교육 및 홍보를 통한 농민 물절약의 중요성 인식으로 2015년에 "농업농촌부문 가뭄대응 종합대책"에 농민 절수교육 및 홍보를 통한 물절약 추진 과제가 포함되었다. 농민 물절약 교육을 통한 농민의 가뭄에 대한 경각심과 물절약 실천의 중요성을 인식시키고, 농업인의 자발적인 물절약 실천을 통한 효율적 수자원 이용을 도모하는데 그 의의가 있다. 이에 따라 2016년 농민 물절약교육 모델이 개발되었으며, 2017년에는 물절약 교육 모델의 현장적용을 위한 시범교육이 실시되었다. 또한 "2018년 정부 가뭄종합대책" 중 가뭄대책 실천의 일환으로 물절약 교육 및 홍보실시 확대 추진을 위해 2018년도에는 2016년과 2017년에 실시한 농민 물절약 시범교육을 바탕으로 물절약 교육 모델의 실용화를 위한 농민 물절약 교육 전문인력 양성을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 진행한 물절약 교육 전문인력 양성 프로그램은 농업용수의 물공급 및 관리기관인 한국농어촌공사 지사단위 유지관리 직원을 대상으로 하였으며, 전국적으로 경기 강원권, 충청권, 호남권, 경상 제주권의 4개 권역으로 나누어 상 하반기 교육을 실시하여 총 322명의 교육인력을 양성하였다. 전문인력양성 교육은 물절약 교육에 대한 전반적인 이해와 현장적용을 위해 농민 물절약 교육 이수단계별교육 내용 및 교육 방법을 이해하고, 각 단계별 교육을 직접 실습해 보는 시간으로 구성하였다. 교육 이수 후에는 교육생의 학습에 대한 이해도 및 교육 만족도를 조사하고 기타 교육에 대한 의견수렴을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 교육생의 대부분이 농민 대상 물절약 교육의 필요성을 매우 공감하는 것으로 나타났으며, 물절약 교육의 지속적인 실천 및 전국적인 확대를 위해 별도의 예산 및 인력지원의 필요성을 강조하였다. 교육과정을 완료 후에는 수료증을 수여하였으며, 본 연구에서 개발한 물절약 교육의 현장적용을 위한 물절약 교육 강사용 교재를 배포함으로 본 교육을 이수한 전문인력의 농민 물절약 교육에 활용하도록 하였다.

There are many investment budget drafts in the filed of a road traffic safety. The traffic safety budget is spitted into following three major areas: 1) traffic safety facility (Engineering), 2) traffic enforcement (Enforcement), and 3) traffic safety education & public relation (Education). The three area are known as so-called 3E policy. This study investigates the effect of the investment in the 3E policy on the reduction of traffic accidents analyzing the data annually collected from the 15 local governments during 1992 to 2007. The analysis employing the traffic accidents as the dependent variable reveals that the effect of the investment is higher if same amount of investment is made on areas of the traffic safety education and public relation than the area of facility improvement. The similar conclusions are resulted from the separate investigation of traffic accidents data by 6 different types. All the results consistently indicate that the current traffic safety investment being primarily made on traffic safety facility needs to shift to the areas of traffic safety education and public relation budget.

본 연구에서는 어린이들이 따분하고 어렵게 느낄 수 있는 재활용 교육 방식을 지양하고, 재활용품의 수집 및 분류 그리고 재활용 공정을 자연스럽게 체험할 수 있도록 하기 위해 어린이들의 흥미를 유발시키고 과학적인 호기심을 충족시키는 방식으로 3DMax와 DirectX를 이용하여 3차원 재활용 레이싱 게임을 개발한다. 결과적으로, 재활용 관련 전시관에서 어린이들이 직접 사용해 볼 수 있는 자료로 활용되거나 교육기관 및 관련 관공서에서 홍보 및 교육용 매체로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

각종행사를 통해 소비자를 대상으로 한 우유 및 육우요리가 선보이는 활동들이 활발하다. 우유요리의 경우 다년간 우유소비홍보활동을 이끌어온 협회 여성분과위원회 위원들의 노고와 낙농자조금사업을 통해 이뤄진 레시피 개발이 바탕이 되어왔다. 월간 낙농육우는 올해로 여성분과위원회 홍보요원화 교육을 통해 소개된 요리들을 소개하여 우리 농가들이 생산자로서 우리 우유의 맛과 가치를 자랑스럽게 알릴 수 있도록 하였다. 회원 농가들의 많은 관심과 활용을 바란다.
