  • With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, it is particularly important to strengthen the development of start-up innovation among Chinese university students, that is, public innovation is no longer a slogan.College student start-ups can promote the constant development of society, provide more jobs to society, diversify college students' experiences, and help college students gain experience.However, currently, there are problems such as an imbalance in economic and educational development in China, which affects the aggressiveness of college student start-ups. This study aims to contribute to the development of innovative start-ups in Chinese university students by analyzing the influencing factors of innovative start-ups for college students and presenting solutions.

  • Higher vocational education in China has already achieved commendable results as a transition from rudimentary development to high-quality development after more than 40 years of development. After reform and opening up, our country's Institute of Higher Vocational Education has transported a large amount of high-quality technical and technical talents to each field. Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China's education system, and is an important competency for cultivating "high quality", "practical" and "functional" talents, making a huge contribution to the economic and social development. At the same time, the employment stress of workers with relatively low skills, such as peasant workers, domestic veterans, and retired workers, is increasing. Against this background, higher education is essential to guide and support national policies in order to solve the unemployment problem and provide strong human resource guarantees to society. Higher vocational education policy not only highlights the characteristics of the times unique to the development of higher vocational education in China, but also reflects the trajectory of changes in higher vocational education. Not only is it related to the scientific development of higher vocational education, but it also deals with whether higher vocational education can foster high-quality human resources. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the change process of higher vocational education policy.

Analysis of Research Trends in Social Responsibility Education of Chinese University Students (중국 대학생 사회적책임 교육 연구동향 분석)

  • College students' perception of social responsibility is directly related to the development of the country. With the development of society, the social responsibility of university students is becoming more important, so research on it is being actively conducted in China. In order to understand the current research status of social responsibility education for Chinese university students, this study analyzed the research trends of the top 22 language networks among the key words that appeared in related studies from January 2015 to December 2021. As a result, many key words such as college student social responsibility (563), social responsibility education (340 times), college students (191), social responsibility (197 times), and responsibility (133 times) appeared a lot. In the case of connection centrality, the connection centrality of social responsibility education, college student social responsibility, college students, and social responsibility was high. In the case of proximity centrality, the proximity centrality of college students' social responsibility, social responsibility education, college students, and social responsibility was high.

통계로 보는 남북한 경제 ${\cdot}$ 사회 ${\cdot}$ 산업의 비교

  • 최근 남북 관계는 경제협력, 사회문화교류, 체육교류 등 양적 질적으로 많은 변화가 일어나고 있으며, 향후에도 지속적인 변화가 전망된다. 따라서 우리는 북한의 현실을 객관적인 자료에 의하여 남한과 비교하여 분석할 필요가 있다. 우선적으로 남북한 주요지표 (인구, 경제성장률, 주요 제품 생산량, 사회간접자본 등)를 비교하여 본다. 다음으로 좀 더 구체적으로 석탄, 철광석, 비료, 철강, 직물 등의 광공업의 현황과 산업 발전에 주요 장애 요소가 무엇인지 알아보기로 한다. 그리고 현재 북한에서 채택하고 있는 산업중흥 프로그램이 무엇인지도 조사하기로 한다. 다음으로 북한에서 6자 회담에서도 강력히 요구하고 있는 에너지의 현황과 발전량에 대하여 상세히 알아보며, 북한 산업을 일으키기 위한 인프라의 문제점에 대하여 기술하기로 한다. 다음으로 북한의 교육체계에 대하여 조사하여 보고, 교육체계의 발전방향에 대하여도 검토하기로 한다. 마지막으로 궁극적으로 남북한 통일에 대비한 우리의 준비가 나아가야할 방향에 대하여 기술하기로 한다.

The Shaping and Communication of National Image by Korean Film and Television

  • Korean movies and TV shows have been widely distributed in the international market and have played an important role in shaping the national image of Korea. In this paper, we found that the factors of "actor's image" and "background music and images" among the popular factors of Korean dramas have a positive influence on shaping the national image of Korea through questionnaires and spss tools. At the same time, the study also hopes to analyze the reasons for the success of Korean film and television productions to explore their useful value for the international communication of Chinese film and television productions.

  • The Gifted need the constructivist loaming environments that reflect his or her cognitive and affective characteristics and needs to exert their potential fully. 'Structural Communication'was designed to encourage creative thinking in learners, allowing them to create an understanding of a topic, not simply memorize facts. It is considered in line with constructivist philosophy and cognitive paradigms. The major purpose of this study is to explore 'Web-Based Structural Communication'program to embody the collaborative loaming based on constructivism. It was applied on high school $2\times2$ matrix teaming for the gifted students. Recently developed computer technology, emerging network facilities, and internet enable us to extend the usefulness and efficiency of 'Structural Communication’Especially web provides not only the discussion environment that is free from space and time constraints and characteristics of leasers, but also the experiences of knowledge construction through the collaborative learning. Through the 'Web-based Structural Communication', the gifted will be able to argue, persuade and share their unique ideas and gradually elaborated ill-structured ideas. The gifted will escape from the tunnel vision of the early time and have multiple perspectives that are more objective and logical. As the result, the gifted are expected to acquire the effect of 'the Zone of Proximal Development'that Vygotsky advocated.

Research on the utilizing the history materials of east-west exchanges in history class (동서 교류 역사 자료를 활용한 역사 수업)

  • The purpose of this study is to know how to utilize foreigners such as Weltevree and Hamel who visited Korea in the pre-modern period, during history class. Both Weltevree and Hamel were Dutch men, and the first person who visited the Joseon Dynasty was Weltevree. He was a sailor of the Dutch East India Company, landed on Jeju Island in 1627, and since then, he did not return to his country. He played a major role in the execution of weapons. Hammel, the merchant catcher of the Dutch East India Company, traveled to Joseon in 1653 and contacted several kinds of people in various parts of the country for 13 years, and was able to survey the scenery and customs of Joseon. It can be difficult for students to understand the overall trends of the world history and the views of the East and the West because students learn from Western history, East Asian history, and Korean history, separately. Learning characteristics associated with East-West exchanges will enable students to understand the Western and Eastern history of the West, and understand the history of the world.

Urban-Rural Exchange through Rural-studying Programs in Japan and its Possibility of Application in Korea (일본의 산촌유학을 통한 도농교류의 실태 및 국내적용 가능성 모색)

  • In recent time, rural-studying programs have emerged as an alternative to promoting exchange between urban and rural areas. The purpose of this research will be to take a look at such exchange activities through the study of cases involving rural areas using its human and material resources. The research will also consider the implications resulting from the possibility of its application in Korea. According to a Japan's rural-studying program, there was a whole family participation and there was cooperation between the school, village and the local government. There are some domestic places that applied this program, but only a few are successfully being implemented. To increase the possibility of successful application, building network systems between rural-studying schools will be vital. So will be the building of critical infrastructure to induce the return to farming and the establishment of assistance institutions. Also, visible assistance towards farms in rural area and conversion of recognition upon exchange activities between urban and rural will be necessary. Legislation of rural-studying program, establishment of local government assistance ordinance and continual education to local inhabitants will be central to the role of central and local government.

  • It is needed to advance into the global market at the present time, which has the best educational contents along with the Korean Wave. In this study, an analysis was conducted to emphasize the necessity of entering educational contents into the global market, and in the necessity of disseminating educational contents and branding educational contents were approached. The strategies to enter the global market for educational contents are as follows; First, the government established a strategy for disseminating and using educational contents to expand overall cultural exchange with developing countries. Second, localization strategy for continuous growth of educational contents. Third, localization of contents and formation of partnership for local resistance, which is a response to unilateral propagation. Through the advancement of educational contents to the global market, it will be possible to sustain not only the positive effect on the national image, but also the economic effect that Korean Wave originally has.
