In recent years, "Korean Wave" has entered the life of college students with the carrier of popular culture such as popular music, TV plays and novels, which is unique to South Korea, and has been widely pursued by college students. The Korean wave culture inevitably exerts an important influence on their values. Based on this, on the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper takes Chinese college students as the research object. After understanding the attitude and contact status of contemporary college students towards Korean Wave culture, this paper explores the reasons for the prevalence of Korean Wave culture in China, and then specifically analyzes the influence of Korean Wave culture on Chinese college students from both positive and negative aspects. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to correctly guide college students to face the Korean Wave culture from the four aspects of society, colleges, families and individuals. I hope to guide college students to rationally cope with the Korean wave culture, establish a correct outlook on life, and better integrate into the trend of The Times.

웹 기반 교육은 전통적인 수업방식과 달리 시간 및 공간적 제약으로부터 많은 자유를 허용함으로써 교사와 학습자간의 교류를 증가시키고 학습자료를 폭 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 등 많은 이점을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터가 설치된 한정된 장소에서만 사용 가능하기 때문에 시간과 공간의 제약으로부터 완전한 해방이 어려우며 이로 인하여 교육 구성원간의 상호 작용을 위한 시간적 지연과 불필요한 통신 접속 횟수의 증가 등이 초래되므로 새로운 개선책이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육 구성원간의 능동적인 커뮤니케이션을 증대 시킬 뿐 아니라 사용상의 편의성 측면 등을 고려하여 기존의 유선 교육 사이트를 무선과 연동 시킴으로써 기존 시스템의 단점을 보완한 학습 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 북한에서 발행된 출판물을 통해서 북한의 천문학 교육과 연구 현황을 조사 분석하고 이를 남한의 실상과 비교하였다. 북한에는 국가 천문대로서 과학원 소속의 평양천문대가 있다. 이 천문대의 시설은 연구보라는 주로 실용성의 천문 관측을 위한 것들이다. 북한에는 교육용천문대로서 김일성종합대학 천문대, 평양학생소년궁전 천문대, 만경대소년궁전 천문대가 있다. 북한에서는 천문학 교육이 초등학교에서 대학까지 광범위하게 이루어지고 있지만 천체현상의 원리를 이해시키기보다는 현상의 설명에 치우치고 있다. 김일성 종합대학에서 천문학자가 양성되고 있으나 독립된 학과는 없고 물리학과에서 천문학 교육을 담당하고 있다. 남북한의 용어에는 상당한 차이가 나타나고 있다. 북한 용어의 특징은 우리말로 풀어서 만든 용어가 맡은 것이다. 북한에는 천문학의 단독학술지는 없고 단행본의 수도 극히 적다. 북한에서 발표되는 연구논문의 수는 매년 수편에 불과하다. 북한의 역서는 천문력과 항해력을 합친 것으로 방대한 분량을 수록하고 있다. 출판물에 나타난 북한의 천문학자수는 42명이고 그들 중 21명이 국채전문연맹 회원으로 등록되어 있다. 북한학자들은 천문학의 기초 분야보다는 태양 관련 분야나 위치천문, 인공위성 등 실생활과 관련 있는 연구를 주로 하고 있다. 앞으로 남북 교류가 이루어진다면 남한의 기초와 북한의 응용 분야가 결합해서 상호 보완적으로 천문학 수준 향상을 이룩할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

한국천문학회는 한국천문올림피아드를 통해 영재를 발굴하고, 교육을 통해 천문학의 의미있는 성장을 기대하고 있다. 천문학은 우리 문명의 중요한 문화의 한 부분이며, 우리의 삶과 사고를 형성케하는 근본적인 학문으로 인식되고 있어, 천문올림피아드를 통한 영재 교육은 청소년들의 천문학과 천체물리학의 학교 교육 분야는 물론, 서로 다른 나라간의 국제 교류의 증진을 통해 괄목한 성장을 이루고 있다. 또한, 이를 통한 영재 교육은 우리 삶의 모든 부분과 관련된 주제와 특히 과학기술의 발달이 국가 경쟁력의 원천이 될 것 이라는 신념 때문에, 국내는 물론 국제적인 관심이 되었다. 천문올림피아드 3개의 국제대회, 국제천문올림피아드, 아시아 태평양 천문올림피아드, 국제 천문 및 천체물리올림피아드 참가자 24명을 대상으로 추적연구를 실시하였다. 천문올림피아드 참가 학생들의 개인변인, 가정변인, 학교변인을 알아보고, 천문올림피아드가 학생들에게 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지, 그들의 진로에 어떤 영향을 주었는지, 한국천문올림피아드가 과학영재 교육에 기여하고 있는지 추적연구를 수행하였다.

본 논문에서는 창의인성을 계발하기 위한 프로그래밍 교육 과정의 필요 요소를 논의하고자 한다. 프로그래밍 학습은 일반적인 상태에서 목적 상태로 변화하기 위한 방안을 구상하여 실행하는 전형적인 문제해결학습의 형태를 띤다. 이러한 프로그래밍 학습이 창의성을 길러주기 위해서는 학습자가 확산적으로 사고할 수 있는 교육내용이 포함되어야 한다. 또한 학습자의 인성을 향상 시키기 위해서는 학습자간의 의사소통과 교류를 강화하는 교수학습방법을 사용하고, 도덕적 논의를 교육 내용에 포함해야 한다.

컴퓨터를 이용한 인터넷의 발전으로 웹 코스웨어의 교육에 응용하려는 많은 사람들이 지속적으로 증가되어가고 있다. 이는 인터넷 이용자들이 쉰 상에서의 원격교육에 관한 필요성이 커지고 있으며, 이를 실세계에 다양한 방법 이용하여 보다 효율적인 교육을 위해 다양한 교육 툴들이 연구되어지고 있다 인터넷을 이용한 웹 코스웨어의 교육은 시공간을 초월하여 여러 곳에 떨어져 있는 학습자들의 자기 주도적인 학습목표를 달성시키기 위한 목적으로 개발 및 구현되었다. 그러나 이를 사용하기 위해서는 사용자의 시스템이 정보를 제공하는 서버와의 정보 교환을 위해 통신이 항상 서로 교류하고 있는 상태를 유지해야하고, 사용자가 새로이 갱신된 학습정보를 접속하기 위해서는 서버에 항상 찾아가 정보를 찾아 접속해야만 갱신된 정보를 확인할 수가 있었다. 본 연구는 이를 반영하여 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 기반으로 한 웹 캐스팅기법으로 웹 코스웨어를 구연하였으며, 이를 적용하기 위해 CDF(Channel Definition Format)형식을 사용하였다. 채널을 사용하여 학습자의 자율적으로 채널을 선택하면 새로이 갱신된 정보가 자동적으로 학습자의 시스템에 저장되도록 구현하였다.

With the increase of double-income families, parents are not free in terms of time and space in communicating with teachers. Also for teachers, with many students and heavy load of work, communication with parents has been poor. As a means for overcoming this kind of situation, this research examined the current status of communication between teachers and parents using SMS and problems to solve. The investigation of the actual conditions of SMS use showed that there was a high number of answers pointing out that SMS is needed for the exchange of information regarding children and educational activities, and teachers pointed out that the communication was effective for exchanging educational information regarding children whereas parents pointed out that it was effective in improving the children's attitudes. Based on the results of the analysis, the following was found as tasks to be solved: preparing a plan for revitalizing SMS use, solving the burden that parents have in communicating with teachers, becoming more friendly with teachers, investigation of the reason why there is no response regarding SMS and preparing countermeasures, providing information appropriate to what parents want, increasing the reply rate of parents, expansion of text capacity, and trouble with getting online with a computer.

This study aims to investigate and compare with each other the global scholarship policy of Korea, China, and Japan, which is supported by government, and to suggest the improvement plan of the Global Korea Scholarship(GKS) program in Korea. Based on the results of comparison study with Chinese and Japanese policies, the implications for GKS program are as follows. First, GKS program needs to be redesigned according to the boundaries of in-bound and out-bound countries. Especially, the GKS program for 'neighboring countries' focusing on East Asian countries, could be developed as the Union of East Asian Nations. Second, to maximize the performance of GKS, the government needs to cooperate more actively and systematically among related departments through all the steps as a national foreign policy, that is, from establishing goals to evaluating performance. Third, the perspectives on GKS must be expanded, not just as a kind of scholarship, but as a policy for developing Korean culture and language. Fourth, out-bound GKS programs must be greatly expanded in relation to short-term programs as well as the quality of in-bound GKS programs. Finally, out-bound GKS programs for the Asian developing countries need to be redesigned and operated under the focus of ODA, to support the invited Parties beyond the foreign resource policy.

This study intends to examine the indicators of Korean medicine education that are directly required in the field, in the process of developing and rationalizing the second cycle of evaluation and accreditation standards for the Colleges of Korean medicine and present indicators to the Korean medicine education community. To this end, we conducted the Delphi survey on six Korean medicine education experts, and the second cycle evaluation and accreditation standards were developed after verifying the validity of the contents and through a public hearing on three experts. Based on the research results of this study, we make the following suggestions: First, the support of Korean medical education institutions should be considered. The Korean medical education institution operates the Korean medicine hospital under each institution's name. Thus, criteria for evaluation shall be considered according to the number of beds and the support of schools. Second, for the second cycle of evaluation, all six members of the evaluation committee were professors of Korean medicine; however, in the future, each group of the evaluation committee needs to be composed of an external curriculum and evaluation experts to seek the evaluation focusing on education. Third, it is necessary to include curriculum and evaluation experts in the development stage of education programs and institutional evaluation and accreditation standards. Fourth, the experts of the curriculum should be included as the members of the curriculum development team of the College of Korean Medicine. This study is meaningful as a study to improve the quality of Korean medicine education.

This study is a study on the applicability of the medical humanities curriculum through a narrative study on international treatment of foreign patients. Korea's medical system and standards are world-class, and it can be seen that the knowledge and skills for patient care are sufficient, which shows that the competence for patient care emphasized by Korean doctors is sufficient. In terms of social responsibility for doctors in Korea, the importance of volunteering is learned from medical school education, and through medical field experiences in various cultures, it can be seen that volunteering is important to lead to lifelong work as a doctor. In the field of professionalism, professionalism could be expressed as a doctor, and in all processes, the medical staff understood and empathized with the pain of the patient, and it was found that the sincerity was conveyed to the patient. Professionalism is an area that is being emphasized more recently, and it is necessary to provide educational opportunities for professionalism to doctors as well as medical school education. This international medical experience can be applied to the medical humanities curriculum of the medical school, and a harmonized and integrated medical humanities curriculum can be operated throughout the six-year curriculum.
