In this paper, We analyze the effect of professionality of franchise education program on the satisfaction, work efficiency and business performance, to find how to develop education program which is considered as important in franchise management and to propose ways of sustainable operation of franchise education program. In this study, we carried out survey for 224 users who have competed franchise education programs. We divided the professionality of franchise education program into education instructors, education contents, education environment and education methods through precedent study. For the verification of study hypothesis, we used single regression and multiple regression analysis to verify the relationship between variables. The core study results are as follows. First, professionality of franchise education program is positively related to the satisfaction. Second, professionality of franchise education is positively related to work efficiency. Third, satisfaction affects work efficiency. Fourth, satisfaction and work efficiency have positive effect on business performance. Based on these study results, we found that if education program suitable for the industry and subjects from instructors to education method is developed to improve the professionality of franchise program and continuous communication and improvement is made to increase satisfaction and work efficiency, the franchise education program will create good results.

MPEG-I(Immersive) 그룹에서는 몰입형 미디어 영상처리 표준화의 일환으로 마이크로렌즈를 통한 다시점 영상 처리 기술인 Dense Light Field에 대한 성능 탐색을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-I에서 정의된 라이트 필드 시퀀스에 대해 versatile video codec(VVC)에 대한 압축 성능 분석을 시행하였으며, 또한 렌즈렛(Lenslet) 형태의 특정적인 이미지 정보를 효율적으로 압축하기 위한 스크린 콘텐츠 코딩 툴의 효율 비교를 진행하였다. 또한 렌즈렛 영상에서의 화면 내 블록 카피(intra block copy) 기법이 선택되는 비율을 확인하고, 화면 내 블록 카피 기법을 통해 렌즈렛 영상이 효율적으로 압축될 수 있음을 보였다.

고등교육개혁에 대한 강한 요구는 세계 각국에서 공통적으로 나타나는 추세이며, 미국 또한 고등교육 이수자 공급의 부족, 높은 등록금으로 인한 계층 간 격차 심화 및 비효율성의 문제, 대학의 사회적 책무성 약화 등과 관련하여 개혁의 목소리가 높다. 여기에서는 미국 고등교육의 이러한 문제점들과 미국 사회가 고등교육의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 연방정부나 주정부차원에서 어떤 노력을 행하고 있는지, 또 이와 관련하여 우리나라에 주는 시사점은 무엇인지 등을 살펴보기로 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find the economic effect of educational investment. In order to finding this. I have investigated to historical background of educational investment and as the method of analysis I examined the rate of return approach such as the residual approach. and the simple correlations approach. Historically, economics of education has concentrated on surrounding the relationship between education and economy, which the implicit assumption that investment in education contributed to increase the quality and productivity of the labor force and thus raise future individual and national income levels. First of all, at this paper I found to need boldness to increasing the amount of education budget annually and also positively studying about economics of education in Korea for high and good quality analysis of expansion economy and education.

The advantages of Web Based Training(WBT) are flexible delivery of training, easy distribution, security through registration and ease of content update. And WBT also provide a powerful instructional environment. An obvious instructional advantage of WBT is the ability to provide for the delivery rich multimedia to learners. In this paper, we have proposed the curricula for the Subjects of Computer Education in University. And We implemented the Web Based Training System for the Subjects of Computer Education including the proposed curricula. The Proposed system are composed of student's learning part, lecture's teaching part, and operator's management part. And we show the Effectiveness and Weakness of proposed system, based on the students answering about various questions related proposed system's effectiveness.

교육 환경의 변화와 정보 기술의 변화에 따라 정보 교육을 효율적으로 실시하기 위하여 정보 교육 시설의 설치에 대한 필요성과 이를 활용한 정보 교육의 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 고에서는 정보 교육의 목표와 오늘의 현상 및 문제점을 분석하고 동시에 "정보소양능력"을 배양하기 위한 '정보 교육"을 위한 정보교육 시설의 구비 요건, 구축 모델 제시, 바람직한 운영방법을 제시하고자한다. 운영방법을 제시하고자한다.

As the world is rapidly changing into a knowledge-based information society, there is surprisingly increasing a great deal of knowledge. For this reason, various information systems have been constructed and operated to manage efficiently toward educational information resources. However, many different code systems are generally used for the lack of a standard management system. These different code systems have become significant factors hindering the efficiency of information co-ownership and practicability between each system. In this study, the author designed the Standard Data Code Management System and explored an efficient management program toward educational information resources.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.

본 논문은 '컴퓨터를 이용한 교육방안의 홍수 속에서, 그 효과성은 어느 정도 인지되고 있는가？' '컴퓨터에 대한 일반적 기대치만큼이나 그 효율성은 신뢰도가 있는가？'라는 멀티미디어 교육자재들의 효과성에 대한 근본적인 의문점을 제기하고 학습자들이 쉽게 접할 수 있는 게임형 도형 맞추기를 수업에 접목함으로써 CAI의 효과성을 검증하였다. 실험 후 CAI로 수업을 실시한 집단에게 학습효과가 높고, 멀티미디어 CAI를 도입하여 진행된 수업은 학습자의 학습효과를 높여준다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 멀티미디어의 효과성검증은 컴퓨터가 기존의 학습방법을 완전히 배제하는 혁신적 기제임을 주장하지는 않는다. 컴퓨터의 교육적 활용은 전통학습방법을 보완하여 학습자의 능동적, 창의적 능력을 개발, 육성하고 변화의 흐름을 주도하는 바람직한 인간형 실현에 목표를 두고 있다. 급격한 정보 변혁의 시대에 학교교육의 효율성을 최대화하기 위한 다양한 컴퓨터 보조 수업물이 연구, 제작되고 있는 실정에서, 그 기제들의 효과성을 검증하는 것은 멀티미디어의 잠재적 가능성을 지속적으로 개발, 발전시키는데 우선적인 조건이라 할 수 있을 것이다.

The present study aims at theoretically reviewing studies en the need of alignments among assessment, curriculum and instruction in order to implement the goals of mathematics education. This paper discusses about issues and models fer alignment between instruction and curriculum, and then mainly focuses on alignment of assessment with instruction and curriculum at two levels, classroom and large-scale assessment. It was pointed out that both many published standardized tests for large-scale assessment and classroom assessments failed to meet curricular goals and contents, and instructional methods. The findings imply that reform in mathematics education should not be driven by assessment, but be embedded in instructional practices.
