효율적인 학습 방법들을 도입한 교육용 시스템에 대한 연구가 활성화되어 있는 가운데, 사람의 뇌의 장기기억 메커니즘을 이용하여 교육용 시스템과 다양한 방향에서 적용하고 그 유효성을 밝히는 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 학생들에게 학습에 용이한 교육 시스템을 적용함에 있어 시간과 장소에 상관없이 접근이 용이하도록 인터넷과 연계된 시스템의 유용성은 이미 입증된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹기반 교육 시스템에서 장기기억이 용이하도록 학습 내용의 구성과 에빙하우스 망각 곡선에 기반한 효율적인 반복학습 시스템을 설계한다.

정보화 연수가 ICT활용수업과 맞물려 많은 예산을 들여 교사들의 방학을 차지하고 있지만 정작 일선현장에서는 연수 이수 후에 수료증 말고는 크게 기여를 못하고 있다. 영어연수처럼 분명 수준차가 있는데도 이를 무시하고, 교사가 원하는 연수 내용보다는 개설한 연수에 학교별 인원을 할당하는 식으로는 절대로 연수의 효율성을 기대할 수 없고, 교실의 ICT활용수업도 기대할 수 없다. 본 연구는 연수의 효율성 극대화를 위한 방안의 하나로 컴퓨터관련 자격증과 정보화 연수의 내용을 연계하여 가능한 정보화 연수를 컴퓨터관련 자격증 수강, 응시, 취득으로 유인하여 효율성을 기하고자 하였다. 정보화 연수의 문제점을 지적하고 그 해결책에 대해서도 설문결과를 통하여 제시하였다.

항만컨테이너터미널에서는 컨테이너 생산성뿐만 아니라 하역작업 안전성도 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 생산성 증대를 위해서 도입되는 대형 하역장비의 운영 효율성과 더불어 하역장비를 운영하는 장비기사들의 작업안전성 향상도 중요함에 따라 하역장비기사를 대상으로 하역장비 교육훈련 실시가 필요하게 되었다. 그러나 실제 하역장비운영을 통한 교육훈련은 장비운영비용과 위험성이 수반되기 때문에 경제적으로 장비 운영 시 발생되는 문제점을 최소화시키는 방법 가운데 하나가 항만크레인시뮬레이터를 이용한 하역장비 교육훈련이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교육기관에서 보유하고 있는 실제 항만의 운영환경을 고려하여 개발된 최첨단 장비인 항만크레인시뮬레이터를 이용한 부산항 신항만을 중심으로 하역장비기사 교육현황과 그 성과를 통한 항만크레인시뮬레이터 장비 효율성을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was processed to improve educational efficiency of the specialized fishing education program, which is conducted for safety of fishermen and protection of marine resources by analyzing the problems. The research method was carried out as a case study, which is one of the qualitative research methods. Participants selected recipient and related experts for the education. As a result three problems and six improvement plans are deduced; renewal of educational system, improvement upon quality of education, and systemization of training expert instructor were the problems, followed by improvements which are increase in instruction time, expansion of budget, diversification of education program, enlargement on practical training, systemized instructor training, and specialized education according to region. These results will play a key role in enhancing the educational efficiency of specialized fishing education and suppressing social problems caused by the expansion of the fishing industry.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the educational gap between 250 local governments, by their location and size, in terms of the efficiency of education. For the analysis, this paper employed the data envelopment analysis(DEA), which can consider input and output factors simultaneously, as a research method. Input factor included student number per teacher, student number per class, student number per staff, and donation fund per student, whereas college entrance rate and employment rate were used as output factor. The data were collected through 'the school information' website. Research target was confined to high schools, taking into consideration the variables used for output factor. As a result of analysis, while the high schools in local governments around the capital area showed the high density of students in terms of input factor, college entrance rate and employment rate were higher in the high schools of non-capital area. An efficiency score was also higher in the schools of the non-capital area in both aspects of BCC and CCR models. By the size of local governments, high schools in agricultural-type and small-sized local governments were higher in the efficiency of education, compared to those in populated local governments.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze cost-effectiveness of a train simulator. The cost-effectiveness of training program is assessed by multiplying transfer effectiveness ratio (TER) by training cost ratio (TCR). If their product is less than one, the program is not cost effective. Even if a program is not cost effective, however, safety considerations may be important to consider. Findings indicated that each type of train simulators might be used with each type of training programs appropriately for improving cost-effectiveness of a train simulator.

본 연구의 의의는 웹을 기반으로 한 이용자교육 시스템을 구축하여 웹 기반 대학도서관 이용자교육의 효율성을 검증해 보고자 함에 있다. 효율성 검증을 위해서 이용자교육시스템을 구축한 뒤 웹 기반 이용자교육의 참여유무를 독립변인으로 하고 피실험자들의 전반적인 서비스에 대한 인식도 및 도서관 자료활용능력을 종속변인으로 하여 이들의 차이를 서로 비교, 평가해 보자 한다.

급격한 차량 수요의 증가로 인한 주차공간의 부족으로 인력기반 주차관리의 한계점을 이용한 여러 위법 행위가 발생함에 따라 관리자의 정기적인 순찰 및 관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 기존 인력기반 주차관리 시스템은 관리자에게 전적으로 의존하고 있어 관리의 정확도 및 효율성이 비교적 낮다. 본 논문에서는 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반의 클라우드 주차관리 시스템을 제안하며, 이는 효율적인 주차관리를 통한 시간과 노동력 절감에 기여한다. 본 시스템이 제공하는 주요 기능은 다음과 같다. 1) 주차구역 및 주차 차량 정보를 분석하여 입·출차를 관리하고 관리자에게 실시간 주차 현황 정보를 제공한다. 2) 추출된 차량 정보를 바탕으로 부정주차 여부를 감지하여 지정주차 구역 관리를 자동화한다. 3) 관리자에게 시간대별 주차구역 점유율 정보를 제공하여 거주자의 가용 주차공간을 확보한다. 4) 거주자의 선호 주차구역 및 시간대를 파악하여 거주자의 주차 편의성을 제공한다. 위 기능을 통해 기존 주차관리의 비효율성을 개선하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore vocational high school students' understanding levels and misconceptions regarding the time-efficiency of algorithms. In this study, a questionnaire with nine questions was developed. The questionnaire is base on three misconceptions about the time-efficiency of algorithms that are examined through prior studies. The questionnaire was applied to 51 students who completed a programming course. The result shows that the students didn't sufficiently understand the concept of time-efficiency of algorithms and several common misconceptions appeared repeatedly. Finally, teaching strategies using simulation and assesment framework for algorithm's time-efficiency were presented and some recommendations were suggested for refining the curriculum relating computer programming and algorithms.

As the Programming education is organized in Elementary Education Curriculum by the 2015 Revised Curriculum, The study of teaching and learning methods are needed. In this study, we applied the Pair Programming in programming teaching and learning methods that can be applied at Elementary school level. The result of applying creative problem solving ability of the proposed teaching strategy appeared significant difference. Also it showed that a significant difference in the effectiveness of the completed programs and The Gap between Men and Women.
