DTN(Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networks)은 노드의 불규칙적인 움직임으로 인한 연결단절과 불안정한 연결 상태를 극복하기 위해 효율적인 포워딩 전략이 필요하다. 제시하는 알고리즘은 노드의 속도, 방향 등의 상황정보를 활용하며 이를 통해 이후의 이동성을 예측하여 포워딩할 중계노드를 선택하기 위한 방법을 고려한다. 본 논문에서는 중계노드들의 상관관계를 분석하여 안정된 경로를 제공하기 위해 노드의 상황정보를 예측하는 EPCM(Efficient Prediction-based Context-awareness Matrix) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해 상황 매트릭스라는 상황 분석 도구를 사용하여 시간에 따라 상황정보를 저장하고, 변화의 추이를 분석하여 노드의 속도, 방향 등의 정보를 예측하는데 활용된다. EPCM 알고리즘은 예측된 상황정보를 활용하여 노드 간 미래의 연결성을 분석하고 중계노드를 선택함으로써 안정된 포워딩 경로를 제공할 수 있고, 불필요한 포워딩으로 인한 자원 낭비를 방지할 수 있다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 시뮬레이션 해본 결과 예측된 상황정보의 값이 실제의 값에 대하여 약 2%내의 오차율을 나타내어 예측의 정확도를 확인하였다.

The education of 21st century is developed to the closely connected and integrated education, and the ICT applied education is suggested as an approach to teaching-learning method. In this paper, we suggest an teaching-learning pattern and strategy of Technology course as an example of the ICT applied education, and provide an implementation for the efficient XML document creation and storage system of teacher's subject data. And we have confirmed the utilization of this system which it improves the efficient management and preservation of educational data and also it raises the value of educational data by decreasing the burden of re-editing the educational documents for similar business.

The number of internet users rapidly increases, it has development of various learning method and education-contents. Currently, it has increasing of management, maintenance and reusing of education-contents through CMS (Content Management System) and SCORM(Shareable Content Object Reference Model) standard but actually, it has not more service for customer, In this paper, we propose CMS(Content Management System) using the supporting self learning method for increasing teaming effective of customer.

각 초등학교에서는 학년말이 되면 신학년도의 교육활동을 위해 진급학년의 학급편성을 새롭게 한다. 학급은 학교의 가장 기본적인 구성단위이며, 교육적 목적에 맞는 학급편성은 효율적인 학교 학급경영의 출발점이다. 그러나 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 학급편성 업무수행 실태는 해마다 반복적으로 이루어지는 업무이지만 정보처리과정이 수작업으로 이루어지고 있어 업무의 효율성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 교육행정정보시스템에서 제공되는 진급반편성 관리 기능을 분석하여 개선점을 찾아보고, 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 업무수행 실태를 분석하여 교사의 반복적인 업무수행의 부담을 경감시키고, 학급편성 절차를 최적화할 수 있는 초등학교 학급편성 지원 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

The World-Wide Web provides new opportunities for cyber education over the internet. The web, when combined with other network tools, can be used to provide useful educational information to learners. Thus, the objective of this paper is to develop Java applets for understanding the principles of electronic circuits on the internet. Some sample Java applets are illustrated as an example. The results of this paper can be widely used to improve the efficiency of cyberlectures in the cyber university.

지금까지의 어린이교육은 책을 읽거나 책의 그림을 보거나 단순 영상물을 통한 지식습득에 국한되어있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 교육콘텐츠의 학습 효율성을 높이기위해 사용자가 눈으로 보는 현실세계에 가상 물체를 겹쳐 보여주는 증강현실 기술을 응용하여 기존의 교육콘텐츠보다 학습 효율을 높인 어린이 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하게 되었다.

인터넷 환경 아래에서 멀티미디어 매체 및 컴퓨터 통신 기술의 발전은 사회전반의 변혁을 가속화하게 되었다. 교육에 있어서도 수동적인 자료 중심으로 상호작용하고 시간과 공간을 초월하는 새로운 구조에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 새로운 교수-학습 활동의 형태로 웹을 기반으로 한 교육(WBI : Web-Based Instruction)이라는 모형이 제시되고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 필요에 응하는 코스웨어의 제공이 요구되고 있으며 이에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자가 원하는 코스를 적절히 제공하지 못하고, 계속적인 피드백과 부족한 부분을 적절히 반복 학습할 수 있도록 인도하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 성취도 생성 알고리즘을 이용한 코스 스케줄링 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 보다 효율적인 학습을 유도한다. 제안한 시스템은 학습자의 학습활동을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 평가하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도를 에이전트의 스케줄에 적용하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스를 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 코스에 따라 능력에 맞는 반복된 학습을 통하여 적극적인 완전학습을 수행하게 된다.

방송 서비스상의 교육용 어학 컨텐츠의 증가와 더불어 비디오 컨텐츠의 효율적인 제공, 이용 및 관리를 위한 내용 기반 요약에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교육용 어학 비디오의 내용 기반 요약을 위한 방법을 제안한다. 디지털 비디오로부터 샷 경계를 추출한 후 각 샷을 대표하는 키프레임으로부터 MPEG-7 비주얼 특징 값들을 추출한다. 추출된 특징 값들의 다중 조합을 통해 교육용 어학 비디오의 내용 정보를 세분화하여 요약 결과를 생성한다. 외국어 회화 컨텐츠에 대해 실험하여 알고리즘의 효용성을 검증하였으며. 제안한 방법은 교육용 방송 컨텐츠의 다양한 서비스 제공 및 관리론 위한 비디오 요약 시스템에 효율적으로 이용될 것이다.

KEPCO(Korean Electric Power Corporation) is now operating an incorporated system for designing and maintenance of electric power facilities called NDIS (New Distribution Information System). Given the structure of the nation which exclusively permits establishment of new electric facilities and maintenance, expertise (skilled knowledge) about the related system on the part of electric engineers is very important. But in the view of education and training, it is a reality that current offline ways of education based on application for educational courses at the KEPCO Academy, an education organization under KEPCO, are unsatisfactory in efficiency and availability to related engineers. Therefore, We realize that a simulation design education system which guarantees an easy access is required to make the best of the existing system NDIS. For this purpose the present work is a study on the development of a simulation education system to make local based NDIS real on the web, which enables related engineers to practice designing and get feedback of the result.

This study aimed to clarify the effect of information technology (IT) education on the efficiency and effectiveness of working processes among agriculture corporations. Survey data on information levels from 222 agriculture corporations were collected from the Korean Agency of Education, Promotion, and Information Service in Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (EPIS) for a governmental white paper. Structural equation modeling was used for analysis. This study found that IT education increases the ratio of the use of information systems in working processes, especially given the use of data accumulated through information and communications technologies (ICT). The findings of this study suggest that the use of ICT data as an aspect of IT education is beneficial for the agricultural sector.
