Academic libraries presently are confronting the issues of organizational viability and relevance. Academic libraries are not the sole owners of the information gateway. The purpose of this study is modeling of university library's information service for effective implication of its role in order to ensure organizational viability and relevance in internet environment. New information service model of university library needs to be design according to four Principles. Firstly, building of web based library petals. Secondly, provision of web front-end with hybrid functions. Thirdly, provision of information literacy program Fourthly, extension resource sharing.

21st century is a knowledge and information society. Keeping pace with this global environment change. people demand various roles from a library First, they demand to play a role of an 'Information Connector' rather than a traditional role of a 'Book Container'. Second, they demand to be the place of the social integration for a solution to the information and learning gap and the place for a life-long learning for HRD(Human Resources Development) by the community unit. In addition, not only introducing a system of 'Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education & HRD' for national HRD and 'Five-Day Week' but the advent of 'an Aging Society' demand a change of a library. This study researches roles of a library inseparably related to such new paradigms in the life-long learning society as the knowledge. information, five-day week. aging and HRD, and shows the right direction of a library to pursue in the future.

The National Department of Education approved the 'Information and Library' 'Curriculum which contained the educational role of school libraries. This curriculum contained and integrated the library guidance, reading education and cooperative instruction that teacher-librarians have taught. The school education has basically been led, based on curriculum. Therefore, it is important to have all kinds of educational activities related to the school library approved as school curriculum. This study is to introduce Base Connectionism, Base Integrationism, Top 456 Approach, and Curriculum-Based Approach, based on 'Information and Library' curriculum.

웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 교육 컨텐츠의 재사용을 높이기 위해 국제적 학습 표준인 SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 하나의 플랫폼에 있어서 시스템 개발 중 다른 플랫폼으로의 재사용이 가능한 핵심자산을 이용하여 조립, 생산할 수 있는 방안으로 체계적인 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템 개발에 초점을 둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서의 교육적 도메인으로 접근하여 MDA(Model Driven Architecture)상의 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의한다. 또한 학습컨텐츠 표준 메타데이터를 이용하여 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 하고 MDA 자동화 툴을 이용한 핵심자산을 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 교수-학습지원 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The aim of this study was to search conditions activating the regional consortium for regional culture education in schools. Results of this study are follows: the regional consortium consists of parents of students, communities, schools, school boards, public institutes, and NGO groups. The consortium contribute the educational support and development for student activities in schools. Furthermore the consortium make an offer to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of information, resources, and services to students, educators, employers, and the community. Therefore, the consortium might be best described as "matchmakers" that help ensure that our customers are able to easily connect with providers of the services they need. The consortium will be made up of a network of service providers from across its region that all collaborate in helping to connect the local education and school communities.

(1) 21세기 우리나라가 선진국에 진입하여 초일류 국가로 발돋움하기 위해서 반드시 해결해야 할 과제는 지식기반사회로의 성공적인 이행과 디지털 경제 시대에의 능동적인 대응임. (2) 지식기반사회 그리고 디지털 경제시대는 정보와 지식이 가치 창출과 경쟁력의 핵심 원천인 동시에 경제활동의 중심이 되며, 이러한 지식과 정보를 창출 획득, 활용 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 인적자원개발 관리가 국가 발전의 핵심 전략임. (3) 대다수 OECD 회원국에서는 이미 지난 세기말부터 지식기반사회로 이행하기 위한 국가 발전의 핵심 전략으로 인적자원개발 관리에 관심과 정책을 총집결하여 왔으며, 국가 차원의 교육개혁추진과 관련부처의 통폐합 등 인적자원개발 관리체제를 재구축 하였음. (4) 부존자원이 전무하여 사람에 의존할 수밖에 없는 우리나라도 다각적으로 인적자원개발 관리에 관심을 보이고, 정책을 펼쳐왔지만 아직 국가 차원의 인적자원개발 관리체제가 미흡하여 정책의 일관성이 결여되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 곳곳에 인적자원개발 관리의 비효율 비능률이 초래되고 있음.

현재 초등학교에서는 각 학년에 재량활동 시간을 활웅하여 매주 1시간씩 34시간이상을 정보통신기술교육 시간으로 배정하고 있다. 그러나 시대의 변화에 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성과 문제해결력을 키워줄 수 있는 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않아 서 시대에 맞는 정보통신기술교육을 하고 있지 못하다. 그리하여 교육인적자원부가 발표한 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 창의성과 문제해결력을 증진시킬 수 있고 현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 5,6학년용 교재를 개발해 보았다.

Libraries' functions include not only being a treasure house for cultural heritage and cultural development but also comprehensive functions such as lifelong learning and human resources development. At the present time, the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development(MOE) has legal infrastructure and leadership which can develop and manage the nation's overall human and intellectual resources unlike previous Ministry of Education. For library to evolve as a stronghold for developing human resources and lifelong education, library policies must be unified into MOE which can provide the needed leadership. With direct management of libraries by MOE, which is currently overseeing and coordinating the nation's human resources development policies, library policies can be implemented systematically, mutual cooperation between libraries will be easier, and the link between library policies and the national and regional human resources development policies can be made.

In this paper, we studied the elementary computer education curriculum comparatively with some of OECD countries. We have found some problems in our curriculum and suggested the effective elementary computer education curriculum.

The utilization of robot application is growing up in recent years, but there is a constraint to execute various application on the robot because of difference of robot resource. This paper presents the framework in order to solve the resource constraint by sharing resources with other devices near by robot. The framework defines common factors that are needed to collaboration work. Furthermore, We show the working flow of framework with an example consisted of robot and some devices in same network.
