This paper is a study on the design and implementation of cooperative monitoring agent using mobile agent for educational portal site. Generally educational portal sites have many addresses of teachers homepage. Therefore, portal site has a very difficult task with maintaining a consistent address of site and administration of portal is impossible while to be on the search for all dead sites. In order to overcome this problem, we designed and implemented a mutual cooperative monitoring agent in order to filter off dead site using mobile agent. The monitoring agent applies at Korean educational portal site (KEPS) for elementary student and makes an experiment efficient. Finally a cooperative mobile agent is compared with a stationary monitoring agent.

최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부, 공공기관, 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 웹 접근성 표준 지침에 패하여 알아보고, 표준 지침별 평가 항목에 대하여 비교 분석한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 인증 기준에 의한 중요도에 대해서도 분석한다. 그리고 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라 지침별 준수율을 비교 분석한다.

스마트 기기의 보급 활성화로 최근 주목받고 있는 스마트교육은 다양한 영역을 포함하고 있지만 주로 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 학습방법과 교육콘텐츠 개발 등 학습역량을 높이는데 집중되어 있다. 그러나 성공적인 교육을 위해서는 무엇보다도 학교생활 전반에 걸쳐 학습자와의 소통과 교감이 우선되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 대학과 일선 학과에서는 학생들과 소통을 위해 오프라인 기반 게시판이나 홈페이지를 활용해왔지만 더 이상 스마트 기기에 익숙해져 있는 학생들과 효과적으로 소통을 할 수 있는 수단이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 모바일 웹앱기반 학생용 스마트 플래너 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 학과의 프로그램 공지와 같은 단순 정보 전달에 국한되지 않고 학생이 스스로 학사일정을 체크하면서 자기 관리를 할 수 있는 수단을 제공해준다. 또한 다양한 학과 프로그램에 학생들이 자발적으로 참여할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 인센티브 시스템 운영, SNS를 활용한 상호 커뮤니케이션을 포함하고 있다.

Internet, a world wide network of computers, is considered as a sea of information because it allows people to share information beyond the barriors of time and space. However, in spite of the unmeasurable potential applications of the internet, its use in the field of biology education has been extremely limited mainly due to the scarcity of good biology-related sites. In order to provide useful guidelines for constructing user-friendly study sites, which can help high school students with different intellectual levels to study biology, comparative studies were performed on selected educational sites. Initially, hundreds of related sites were examined, and, subsequently, four distinct sites were selected not only because they are well organized, but also because each is unique in its contents. Also, a survey was carried out against the users of each site. The survey results indicated that the high school students regard the web-based biology study tools as effective teaching methods although there might be some bias in criteria for selecting target sites. In addition to the detailed biology topics and the related biology informations, multimedia data including pictures, animations and movies are found to be one of the important ingredients for desirable biology study sites. Thus, the inclusion of multimedia components should also be considered when developing a systematic biology study site. Overall, the role of the cyber space is expected to become more and more important. Since the development of the user-satisfied and self-guided sites require interdisciplinary collaborational efforts which should be made to promote extensive communication among teachers, education professionals, and computer engineers. Furthermore, the introduction of good biology study sites to the students by their teachers is also important factor for the successful web-based education.

인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 교육분야에서도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있고 특히, 웹을 활용하는 수업들이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 가상대학에서 홈페이지를 토해 교수자들이 교과학습과 관련 있는 웹 문서들을 제공함으로써 강의가 진행되고 있으나, 웹의 속성과 자원을 효과적으로 이용하여 유의미한 학습 환경을 제공하고 있는가를 고려해 볼 때, 웹 문서들의 질적인 차이가 많을 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 교육용 웹 문서들을 평가하여 등급을 매기고 이를 다시 문서에 반영함으로써 보다 양질의 교육이 될 수 있도록 하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 본 논문에서는 최근 웹을 활용한 수업에 대해 평가할 수 있는 평가 항목을 제시하고, 이들을 실제로 한 가상대학에서 이루어지는 강의에 대해 적용시켜 평가한다. 이를 통해 점차 확산되어지고 있는 가상대학의 양질의 강의를 위한 평가의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

Computer based industry is activated and IT education for student has developed quickly. Variety of related IT education has performed. Especially interest of Gifted of Information Science is increased, and programming education for Gifted of Information Science is carrying out in Office of Education and college. But most student are tired of learning tedious algorithm, language centered programming, and test focused learning. In this paper we offer opportunity to learn programming for students through implementing programming curriculum using Visual Basic more easily learning than other programming language, actually apply it in their homepage. and prepare ground of programming.

This study was attempted to identify the current status of education of gerontological nursing at nursing colleges across the country and to check whether 19 senior nursing competencies suggested by the American Association of Nursing Colleges are reflected in the courses. The subjects of this study were 198 nursing education institutions accredited by KABONE, and each university's website, department homepage, university handbook, admission-related information, curriculum table, and syllabus were collected and analyzed through an internet search engine. The collected syllabus and the most recent curriculum table of the elderly nursing course were checked and analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The current status of gerontological nursing management was presented by calculating the frequency and percentage, and the educational contents presented in the syllabus were analyzed based on 19 geriatric nursing competencies presented by AACN. 185 institutions (93.43%) operated the geriatric nursing subjects, 98 institutions (49.49%) offered theory subject, and 84 institutions (42.42%) offered both theory and practice. In the case of compulsory majors, 52.92% had the most, 27.84% for the first semester of the 4th year, and 53.54% for 2 credits. As a result of analyzing the lesson plan, communication-related educational competency was included in 40% of cases. As AACN gerontological nursing competency 'effective information provision ability for the elderly', 'ethical and non-coercive decision-making', 'care without restraint', 'safe and effective transition across levels of care' was not included in the education content. In conclusion, gerontological nursing education has been focused on disease, and effective information provision capabilities including communication with the elderly need to be reflected.

This study analyzed the recognition and utilization regarding teacher's guidebook for middle school technology-home economics class in the 7th Educational Curriculum. The data were collected via e-mail to teachers teaching home economics in middle schools. These e-mail addresses were acquired from middle school web pages registered on the Educational Board. The 355 data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results were as follows: First, teachers recognized highly the necessity of teacher's guidebook. However, as the actual guidebook was not adequately helpful, the overall degree of satisfaction was relatively low. Teachers utilizing guidebook had more positive recognition on teacher's guidebook than teachers who did not. And teachers majored in technology education thought teacher's guidebook more helpful compared with teachers majored in home economics education. Second, teachers referenced teacher's guidebook mostly for field practice guidance. Third, teachers who did not utilize teacher's guidebook used other reference materials such as Internet Web sites and audiovisual materials. They were most commonly used for the reason that the contents were ample and easy to access. Fourth, the followings were suggested to improve teacher's guidebook. The provision of learning contents that can be practically used in class, the various samples of teaching-learning method, the specified methods of planning and criteria for performance assessment, the adequate supplementations regarding textbook contents, and the improvement of the outward layout format of the guidebook.

이 연구의 목적은 온라인 상에서 수행된 실습 수업 방식을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 예비 교사를 대상으로 '전기 자동차 만들기'수업 주제로 실습 수업을 설계하였으며, 온라인 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 3편을 제작하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠 제작을 위해 교수용 홈페이지 제작, 수업에서 사용할 동영상 제작, 과거 촬영하거나 제작해 두었던 동영상 준비, 실습 재료 준비, 실습 활동 관련 교과서 준비 등 다양한 교수학습자료를 사전에 준비하였다. 동영상 강의 컨텐츠는 CODTRA 분석 방법을 이용 하였으며, 분석 코드는 '동영상에서 제시된 교수학습자료'와 '교수자가 행하고 있는 상태'이었다. 분석 결과는 CODTRA 다이어그램에 의해 분석 코드를 시간에 따라 도식화하여 도시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 중등학교의 기술 교과나 공업계 교과에서 온라인 실습 수업을 위한 동영상 강의 컨텐츠를 제작하고자 하는 교수자에게 참고할 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
