인터넷에 대한 많은 관심만큼 교육용 웹 사이트를 신뢰성 있고 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가모델의 개발이 활발히 연구되어 지고 있다. 본 논문은 지금까지 여러 분야에서 제시되어 사용되고 있는 다양한 웹 문서 평가기준 기준에 관한 기존 연구를 바탕으로 평가 항목을 제시하였다. 그리고, 교육용 웹 사이트 평가 수준을 계량적으로 표현할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 교육용 웹 사이트 평가 모델의 평가단계 평가 영역별 가증치를 설정하여 평가 모형이 교육용 웹 사이트에서 고유의 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있도록 하였다.

Educational web sites are proliferating at an astonishing rate, however many of those web sites are of poor or unknown quality. Educators are in need of instruments to assist in evaluating educational web sites for authenticity, applicability, authorship, bias, and usability, etc. The ability to critically evaluate educational content form numerous web sites is an important skill in this information age. In this paper, indicators of educational web site quality have been identified from literature review and our own research, and classified within 8 categories. To test the relative contribution of each indicator to the satisfaction level from using educational web sites, a questionnaire survey was administered. Subjects were asked to visit the educational web site of his or her choice and rate the quality level of each indicator. 255 completed questionnaires were turned in for analysis. Cronbach's Alpha test and factor analysis were applied to test the reliability and validity of the data. Stepwise regression analysis was applied to test the relationship between the satisfaction level and 14 independent factors. Implications from the statistical analysis as well as the guidelines for evaluating educational web sites were provided.

웹 기반 프로젝트 학습의 유용성 및 그 효과에 대한 긍정적 연구 결과로 인하여 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하여 적용하려는 노력이 많이 시도되고 있다. 그러나, 기반 프로젝트 시스템의 평가 기준이 부족하며 이에 대한 평가가 제대로 이루어지지 않아 어떤 것이 양질의 웹기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템인지에 대한 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 양질의 웹 기반 프로젝트를 선정하는 평가기준을 제시함으로써 효과적인 시스템을 구축하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템은 매체적으로 교육용사이트에 기반하고, 전략적으로 교육용 코스웨어의 범주에 포함할 수 있으므로, 교육용사이트 선정 기준 및 교육용 코스웨어의 선정 기준에 의거하여 평가기준을 교육전략적 차원, 운용적 차원, 매체적 차원의 세 차원으로 분류한 후 24개의 평가 요소와 24개이 평가 기준을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템의 평가 기준을 제공하여, 교수자, 교육관리자, 시스템 설계자, 학습자에게 효과적인 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 선정, 활용하는데 편리함을 제공할 수 있다는 것을 보였다.

Navigability refers to how easy a user can find desired information in a web site and is influenced by the structure of a web site. In this paper, we created three types of Web sites, that is a Web site whose structure forms a small world, a Web site whose structure forms a semi-matroid, and a Web site based on an ontology and measured the navigability of each Web site based on two criteria (the number of hyperlinks clicked by users to find the desired information and the elapsed time for finding the desired information). The reason that we selected three structures is because hyperlinks can be created in a way that helps a user find desired information in each site. From the experiments, we found that the average number of hyperlinks which a user clicked to find out the desired information was as follows: a Web site that had semi-matroid property (100.37 hyperlinks) < a Web site that was created based on an ontology (117.63 hyperlinks) < a Web site that had small-world property (236.17 hyperlinks). In addition, we found that the average elapsed time during which a user found out the desired information was as follows: a Web site that was created based on an ontology (20 min 26 sec) < a Web site that had semi-matroid property (23 min 6 sec) < a Web site that had small-world property (30 min 47 sec). Therefore, we can consider a Web site that is created based on a semi-matroid or an ontology is relatively more navigable than a Web site that has small-world property. In this paper, we also propose a way by which our experimental results can be reflected in designing an educational Web site.

The objective of this study is to analyze educational web-sites and digital contents for elementary music class according to the 2015 revised music curriculum. First, the current status of educational web-sites that are most actively used in music class were reviewed. And the characteristics of the digital contents included in the web-sites for music education were analyzed. the primary analysis was about the service of the web-sites, and the secondary analysis was about the type of digital contents and the contents of music education. The most actively used web-sites in music classes were Edunet T-Clear, T-Sherpa, i-scream, Indischool, which differed slightly from the web-site's services and the type of digital content and contents. Specifically, the main functions for supporting music classes, the reflection of the curriculum contents, the systematicity of the materials, the objectivity and the on-site nature, and the connection with other subjects appeared differently. In order to effectively utilize digital contents in elementary music class, first, expertise of teachers for timely use of web-sitesand digital contents is required. Second, the development and utilization of various digital contents for the nature of music education is required.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인과 오프라인 공간에 다양하게 존재하는 지리 관련 학습 자료를 매쉬업하여 지리교육사이트를 구현해 봄으로써 지도를 기반으로 한 지리교육용 웹 사이트 구축 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 그동안 교육 분야에서 API를 활용한 대부분의 연구가 사이트 구현을 제안하는 단계에 머무르고 있었다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 교과서 분석을 통하여 지리교육과 관련된 사진, 영상, 개념도, 모식도 등 다양한 자료를 매쉬업해 봄으로써, 정보 제공 방식의 변화를 추구하고, 직접 구현하여 API를 활용한 지리교육사이트의 구현 가능성을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

This paper is a study on the design and implementation of cooperative monitoring agent using mobile agent for educational portal site. Generally educational portal sites have many addresses of teachers homepage. Therefore, portal site has a very difficult task with maintaining a consistent address of site and administration of portal is impossible while to be on the search for all dead sites. In order to overcome this problem, we designed and implemented a mutual cooperative monitoring agent in order to filter off dead site using mobile agent. The monitoring agent applies at Korean educational portal site (KEPS) for elementary student and makes an experiment efficient. Finally a cooperative mobile agent is compared with a stationary monitoring agent.

현대 사회에서 개발되는 제품이나 시스템, 소프트웨어는 개발자 중심을 벗어나 사용자 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 개발 단계에서 사용자의 사용성이 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 교육용 소프트웨어에 대한 평가는 교수전략, 내용, 기술적 특성 둥을 중심으로 이루어지고 있는데 이는 개발자나 평가주체의 관점으로 실시되고 있으며, 실제 교육용 소프트웨어를 최종 사용하게 될 학생 중심의 사용성 평가는 미비한 실정이다. 교육용 소프트웨어를 사용할 학습자에게 가장 편리하고 쉬운 사용성을 확보해 준다는 것은 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어의 사용성 평가 기준, 웹 사이트의 평가 기준, 교육용 소프트웨어의 평가 기준을 분석하고 사용성의 평가요소를 추출하여 웹 기반 교육용 소프트웨어의 사용성 평가 기준을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper presents ENIG Agent can gather distributed educational newspaper information in the web as well as provide teachers and student those information for the NIE. ENIG Agent gleans newspaper headline of appropriate educational news portal site for real-time provision of those information. The optimized extraction of headline is performed through the pre-process of educational news site, information noise filtering, pattern matching. The educational newspaper headline information that is gotten through previous process will be shown to students by web-browser. To increase the usage of those information, intelligent education methods and visualized classification techniques are used. By experiment, the performance of this ENIG Agent was evaluated.
