A Study on the Development of Facility Model for Safety Training Class in School (학교 내 안전체험교실의 시설모형 개발 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive education programs for safety training class, create unit spaces and present components and methods of utilizing the spaces for the development of facilities models closely related to various policy, operation plan and facility construction projects promoted by related institutions such as the Ministry of Education, schools, architects and companies. This study is divided into five steps. First, we reviewed the literature related basic directions for safety education and facility plan, second, field survey included both field conditions such as spatial size and facility configuration and analysis of operating conditions like hours of operation and personnel. Base on literature review and field survey, it were used to analyze strengths and weaknesses of existing safety training classes, and five facility models was developed based on the Delphi method and expert participatory design. The result show that the facility models (drafts) of safety training class were developed as follows: (1)the facility model for traffic safety(pedestrian safety, vehicle safety, subway safety) (2)the facility model for first aid(emergency rescue, how to report) (3)the facility model for disaster safety(fire evacuation safety, life earthquake safety) (4)the facility model for elevator safety(elevator safety, escalator safety) (5)the facility model for drugs and violence safety (smoking drinking, sexual harassment safety, food safety) The safety training class can be composed by combining or separating each module according to affordable space size of each school.

  • The downsizing of schools is accelerating due to a rapid decline in the school-age population, and as the crisis over regional and school disappearance increases, the need for smaller schools to respond to future educational needs is increasing. Through flexible curricula and digital/artificial intelligence-based classroom teaching improvements, students' satisfaction with school life, student creativity and character development, improved academic achievement, and strengthened cooperative communication capabilities will be observed, and teachers' teaching and learning methods will change. Educational effects such as these are important, and transforming school facilities into future-oriented spaces, including school space innovation, is required to accomplish them. This study examined the future of education systems in small schools, focusing on analyzing the educational effects and awareness of the sustainability of spatial innovation, in terms of school space changes, school education correlation, and smart environment, to develop innovation projects in small schools. A desirable direction for implementation is presented.

  • This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.

정책보고서 - 2017년 석유관련 세입·세출 예산(안)과 정책적 시사점

  • ∎ 2017년 에너지 관련 조세 수입(교통에너지환경세, 개별소비세, 교육세, 주행세 등 합계)은 약 26조 7천억원으로 전망됨. 이는 총 국세 수입의 약 11%를 차지하며, 부가가치세 총수입의 43.3% 수준으로 큰 규모 - 교통에너지환경세는 교통시설특별회계 80%, 환경개선특별회계 15%, 에너지및자원사업특별회계 3%, 지역발전특별회계 2%로 배분 ∎ 2017년 에너지및자원사업특별회계 예산(약 5조 7천억원) 중 석유관련 세출은 약 2,765억원(약 4.8%)로, 자원개발융자, 석유비축사업, 유전개 발출자, 석유품질관리사업 등에 소요 - 수송용 석유(휘발유 및 경유)가 국세 세입에 기여하는 비중 대비 직접적인 석유 관련 세출은 극히 미미한 실정 ∎ 조세 및 부과금의 비율은 석유제품이 상대적으로 높고 전기와 지역난방, 열(가열 및 건조)의 경우 상대적으로 낮음 - 낮은 전기 요금으로 전기소비가 급증하여 온실가스와 미세먼지가 증가하고, 발전소 및 전력망 건설에 따른 사회적 갈등이 발생 - 에너지 세제가 환경보호, 에너지시설투자에 대한 갈등해소 비용 등 사회적비용이 반영되지 않은 과세정책으로 유연탄 및 원자력 발전소가 지속 증가 추세 ∎ 바람직한 에너지 세제개편을 위해서는 에너지원간 세금부과의 균형 확보가 필요하며, 중장기적으로 통합 에너지세제 도입이 필요 - 수송용과 발전용 에너지세제를 통합적 관점에서 조율 - 각 에너지원에서 발생하는 오염물질과 온실가스 배출 등 다양한 사회적 비용을 일관된 기준으로 세금에 반영 - 유연탄 과세 강화, 원자력 과세 신설(안전사후처리비용 등 반영)

Multifaceted Aspect of Inclusive Care Experienced by Residential Child Care Staffs (아동양육시설 보육사가 경험한 통합보육 다면성)

  • By examining the experience of residential child care staffs, this study explored the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care and discussed the direction of successful inclusive education implementation in residential child care facilities. Interviews were conducted with 10 care staffs experienced inclusive education at residential child care facilities, and qualitative case study method was used to analyze transcribing data. Care staffs were reluctant to carry out inclusive education. They felt guilty due to not enough care either for disabled or non-disabled children in the process of adapting to inclusive education. They were calling for immediate communication channels to get the necessary support on time. They also recognized needs for professional education for care staffs regarding care of disabled children, and to dispatch special education teachers. It was found that all participants in the study disagreed on three-shift policy. Lastly, the support measures according to the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care in residential child care facilities were discussed.

Analyzing Perceptions of Unused Facilities in Rural Areas Using Big Data Techniques - Focusing on the Utilization of Closed Schools as a Youth Start-up Space - (빅데이터 분석 기법을 활용한 농촌지역 유휴공간 인식 분석 - 청년창업 공간으로써 폐교 활용성을 중심으로 -)

  • This study attempted to find a way to utilize idle spaces in rural areas as a way to respond to rural extinction. Based on the keywords "startup," "youth start-up," and "youth start-up+rural," start-up+rural," the study sought to identify the perception of idle facilities in rural areas through the keywords "Idle facilities" and "closed schools." The study presented basic data for policy direction and plan search by reviewing frequency analysis, major keyword analysis, network analysis, emotional analysis, and domestic and foreign cases. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that idle facilities and school closures are acting importantly as factors for regional regeneration. Second, in the case of youth startups in rural areas, it was found that not only education on agriculture but also problems for residence should be solved together. Third, in the case of young people, it was confirmed that it was necessary to establish digital utilization for agriculture by actively starting a business using digital. Finally, in order to attract young people and revitalize the region through best practices at home and abroad, policy measures that can serve as various platforms such as culture and education as well as startups should be presented in connection with local residents. These results are significant in that they presented implications for youth start-ups in rural areas by reviewing start-up recognition for the influx of young people as one of the alternatives for the use of idle facilities and regional regeneration, and if additional solutions are presented through field surveys, they can be used to set policy goals that fit the reality.

  • 최근 도시화 및 산업화의 발달로 불투수면적이 증가함에 따라 건기 시 토지 표면에 축적된 오염물질이 강우유출수와 함께 하천으로 유출되는 등 수질오염의 가중과 불특정 지역에서 발생하는 비점오염원의 집중관리가 필요한 실정이다. 우리나라는 환경기초시설 등의 건설로 점오염원 관리는 강화되었지만, 비점오염원의 부하량은 점차 증가되고 있는 추세이며, 환경부 및 관계부처에서는 비점오염관리를 위한 여러 정책을 추진 중에 있다. 국내에서 사용하고 있는 비점오염저감장치는 자연형 시설과 장치형 시설로 구분되는데, 이 중 장치형 시설은 필터를 사용하여 비점오염저감의 효율성을 증가시키지만, 필터를 사용함으로써 유지관리 및 경제적인 측면에서 매우 불리하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 필터가 없는 장치형 시설을 고안하여 자연 순환기능을 최대한 유지하고, 오염물질을 최적으로 제거할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 수리실험을 통해 비점오염원의 제거효율을 분석하였다. 수리학적 상사법칙에 따라 원형대비 1/3축소모형과 2가지의 원형모형에 대해 총 3가지 모형에 대해 환경부에서 고시한 비점오염저감장치 기준을 뛰어넘는 유역면적, 강우강도 및 부유물질의 양으로 실험을 진행하였다. 실험결과는 유입수 농도에 대한 유출수의 농도로 계산하였으며, 장치에서 유출 직후 5분 간격으로 채취한 후, 수질공정시험법을 참고하여 부유물질에 대한 실험 중 하나인 유리섬유여과방법을 이용해 실험 결과를 도출하였다. 실험 결과, 본 연구에서 고안한 장치형 시설은 필터를 사용하지 않음에도 불구하고 환경부 기준인 부유물질 제거효율 80%이상을 만족한 것으로 나타나 현재 사용하고 있는 장치형 시설보다 유지관리 및 경제성 등이 우수할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The knowledge-based society needs creative and active knowledge workers. To meet the need of this modern society, Korea education begins to focus on reading ability of students and project-based school education. The 7th School Education Program requires performance evaluation, optional activites, and extracurricular activites and the school library is a necessary facility for these educational activities. Ministry of Education of Korea made a master plan to rebuild the school library for The 7th School Education Program. The master plan includes the assistance for the school library facility, school library materials, budget, the library staff. And also the master plan includes promotion for school education in the library to develop the school library as the center of school education.

A Study on Improvement of Women's Safety in Public Places (공공장소에서의 여성 안전 개선방안 연구)

  • 본 연구는 여성 안전에 대한 다양한 정책이 시행되었지만, 공공장소에서의 여성의 안전을 위협하는 사건과 사고는 지속해서 발생하고 있다. 최근 여성 대상 범죄, 특히 성폭력 범죄가 매우 높아지면서 공공장소에서의 여성 안전에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 여성 안전사고 발생 원인을 분석하여 그 원인을 해결할 수 있는 전략과 방안들을 개발하는 연구가 필요하며, 이를 통해 여성들이 공공장소에서 안전하게 생활할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 수 있다. 따라서 공공장소에서의 여성 안전 개선방안 연구는 매우 중요하다. 그러기 위해서는 첫째 범죄율을 분석, 공공장소에서 여성 범죄의 유형 및 발생 경로에 대해 분석하여 언제, 어디서, 어떤 유형의 범죄가 발생하는지 파악한다. 둘째 교육 및 정보 제공, 여성들에게 주변 위험 요소와 대처 방법, 보호시설 위치 등을 교육하고 정보를 제공하여 위험 상황으로부터 탈출하거나 대처할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째 시설 개선, 공공장소의 설계나 조명, 치안 등을 개선하여 여성들이 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다. 넷째 적극적인 관리, 공공장소에서 범죄가 발생하거나 이에 대한 우려가 있을 때, 적극적으로 주변 상황을 관찰하고 대처한다. 다섯 번째 커뮤니티 참여, 지역사회와 함께 여성 안전에 대한 캠페인을 전개하고, 지역주민들의 적극적인 참여와 지원을 유도하여 여성 안전의식을 확산시킨다. 이러한 방법들을 적극적으로 활용하여 여성들이 더욱 안전하고 편안한 환경에서 일상생활을 영위할 수 있는 사회적으로 안전한 여성 안전 문제에 대한 개선방안을 제시한다.

Basic Research on the Environment of Oral Health Promotion in the Parent Cooperating Daycare Facilities Based on the Survey for the Nursery Teacher (일부 부모협동보육시설 보육교사 대상의 시설내 구강건강증진 환경에 관한 조사)

  • The purpose of this research was to collect basic data to develop a project of oral health that fits for particularity for parent cooperating daycare facilities for infants and children. For this purpose, we gave out the self administrated surveys to the teachers at parent cooperating daycare facilities, and analyzed surveys made by teachers. The results of this research could be summarized as follows ;1.The snacks and drinks provided by parent cooperating daycare center tend to provide more non-cariogenic snacks and drinks such as fruit, vegetables and fruit juice. 2. Activities related to dental health was done in parents corporative daycare center are: Children participate in the activities and training related to food (87.9%), catering staff receive education about nutrition (78.2%), avoiding sugary food at a birthday party (74.0%), annual dental health check-up by a dentist (33.5%). 3. 88.9% of teachers agreed parents' involvement of developing policies of oral health. 4. The percentages of guiding principles based on documentation in the topic of the oral heath were: Involving parents in the formation of the pre-school group's health policy (47.8%), advising the needs of a child for dental service to parents (44.9%), coping with a situation where a child injured his or her teeth (44.9%).
