본 논문은 학생중심 수학교실문화를 구현하려고 노력하는 3명의 초등학교 교사들이 공동으로 1년간의 프로젝트에 참여하면서 경험하게 되는 교수법 개발 과정에 관한 사례를 소개한다. 이를 바탕으로, 수학 교사 학습 및 교수법 개발에 있어서의 성공과 난제가 무엇인지 살펴보고, 본 프로젝트에서 새롭게 적용해 본 교사 중심의 정기적인 수업 논의 모임을 통한 탐구 공동체 형성과정과 이를 통한 교사 학습에 관한 쟁점을 논의한다.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the students' learning motive through the application of the learner-centered program Creative Teaching Technique(CTT) conducted by undergraduate school of Medical Record Information Management(MRIM), and to improve learning from the results. A questionnaire survey was carried out that started March to June 2013 among the sixty freshmen college students from the Health Administration Department who participated in the CTT during the 12 weeks training. The main results are as follows. The subjects' cognitive results form CTT were relativiely higher in 'increased voluntary participation(4.03)', 'improved concentration(4.00)', 'increased understanding(3.97)' in order. The effects of the tools used in CTT were higher as well in 'two members in a tem(4.08)', 'three-dimensional tools(4.03)' and 'quiz cards(3.95)' in order. While undergoing CTT, the learners considered reviewing repeatedly the content before starting and finishing as mostly helpful. Concludingly, this learner-centered CTT program identified having positive effects on their participation, concentration and understanding. To maximize the learning effects, development and activating a systematic, continuous and supportive program like this CTT is highly recommended.

The purpose of this study attempted to investigate academic achievement and cooperative ability as problem-based learning to strengthen communication in Spanish courses. 70 learners taking Spanish at A University from September to December, 2021 were divided into an experimental and a control class to examine their academic achievement and cooperate ability. Academic achievement was not statistically significant, but the sub-area of communication was significant as 0.031 (*p<.05) and the cooperative ability of the experimental group, the average was increased, but it was not statistically significant. Based on this study, continuous follow-up research to develop teaching methods and teaching and learning models suitable for strengthening Spanish communication through various learner-centered convergence teaching methods will contribute to fostering talent desired by the 21st century.

The purpose of this study is to understand in-depth the effect of self-directed practice in for core fundamental nursing skills applying reciprocal peer tutoring on the learning of nursing college students. The study participants were 15 students in the 4th grade of the department of nursing, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results of analysis resulted in four themes: 'motivation of learning', 'self-directed learning', 'improving achievement', and 'insufficient learning requirements'. The core fundamental nursing skills applying reciprocal peer tutoring has a positive experience of inducing motivation of learning for participants through a comfortable environment and improving self-confidence, and gaining opportunities to lead prior learning and learn in the learner's language. However, there have been experiences where additional knowledge expansion is difficult and feelings of insecurity is felt due to insufficient learning requirements. Therefore, when applying the reciprocal peer tutoring method to self-directed practice, it is considered to be effective if the professor applies a method that can sufficiently satisfy the learner's learning needs.

본 연구에서는 '23년 8월부터 9월 까지 'H'안전보건교육 기관에서 실시한 안전교육에 참여한 교육생을 대상으로 교수-학습방법을 변경하여 오프라인 설문조사 실시 후 설문결과에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 강의 및 프로그램 학습법으로 진행한 교육보다 토의 및 실연법으로 실시한 교육에서 추천도는 0.5점 현업적용도는 0.3점 높은 점수를 보였다. 이론 위주의 강의식 교육방법 보다는 성인학습자들의 특성을 고려한 토의 및 실연법 중심의 교수-학습방법을 적용한 교육기회의 확대가 필요하다.

This study aims to explore the effects of deductive FFI and inductive FFI in L2 learners' grammatical achievement and their reaction to the grammar instruction. 84 students were placed into three groups: 29 given deductive FFI(DG), 28 receiving inductive FFI(IG), and 27 with traditional instruction(CG). All students completed pre/post tests and questionnaires, and took a delayed post test 9 weeks after the treatment. For statistical anlayses of all the quantitative data, a one-way ANOVA, paired samples T-test, and repeated measures ANOVA were performed. The results indicated that both deductive and inductive FFI affected learners' grammatical achievement and their achievement was sustained over time. Deductive FFI was more effective than inductive FFI, whereas the IG students more positively changed their attitudes and perceptions to the grammar instruction. These findings of the study imply that FFI should be valued in an Korean EFL classroom, which would contribute to further longitudinal research for its sustainability.

컴퓨터 소양 교육은 학교가 안게 된 하나의 새로운 과제가 되었다. 이러한 컴퓨터 소양 교육은 그 교과 내용 자체의 특수성으로 인하여 학습자간의 준비도의 편차가 심하다. 준비도 격차가 큰 학습 내용에 대한 교사와 학습자의 부담감을 줄이기 위해 동료 교수법을 적용해 보았다. 동료 교수법이란 선행 학습자가 후행 학습자를 도와주고, 후행 학습자 역시 선수 학습자를 조력하는 역할을 하는 방법이다. 동료 교수 학습의 기본적인 과정은 '짝 정하기', '역할 정하기', '과제 제시 및 수행', '역할 바꾸기', '피드백'의 순이다. 동료 교수에 적합한 단원을 선정하여 학교재량활동 시간에 지도함으로써 컴퓨터 소양 능력 이외에도 사회성과 책임감, 의사 소통능력, 목표 의식 등에 전반적인 향상이 있을 것으로 기대한다.

교수학습 성과지표의 측정을 위해서 봉 연구 통해 개발한 도구를 기관이나 개인의 교수학습 상황 진단에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 교수 학습의 측정지표를 개발하고 이를 활용하고자 하는 목적은 사회변화에 부합되는 교수학습을 통해 교수학습의 질적 제고를 꾀하고 고객만족을 통해 대학의 위상을 제고하기 위함이다. 측정결과는 대학의 교수학습의 성과를 시대변화에 부합되도록 업그레이드시키고, 교수학습의 동기부여 차원에서 측정결과가 우수한 교수를 발굴하여 적절한 보상을 하여 창의적 교수법이 확산될 수 있도록 유도할 수도 있을 것이다. 이울러 구성원의 업적평가에 반영할 수도 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 메타버스 교수법 적용을 통해 문제점을 파악하고 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 교수법을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 각각 전공이 다른 교수자가 참여하여 학습법을 공유하였다. 대부분 메타버스 활용으로 흥미로운 학습법이 이루어진 반면에 다양한 문제점도 나타났다. 활용방안으로 게임, 토론, 대화 등을 통해 사전에 충분히 숙달될 수 있도록 하고, 정규수업이 아닌 비정규 교과목에서 우선 적용, 아바타 꾸미기 활용으로 보다 즐겁게 수업 참여 유도, 가상현실속에서 예의범절 지키기 등 학습 환경 이해, 학생들의 가상공간을 통해 자신들의 언어로 수업을 이끌어 흥미 유발, 젭 스페이스에서 나만의 강의실 만들기, 친구와 대화 및 상호작용 시행, 이론 교과목 수업 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용, 모의토론 및 발표 자유롭게 유도, 자신만의 케릭터 꾸미기, 진로코칭 및 상담 적용, 수업 종료후 학생만의 추가 활동 유도 등 활용방안이 제시되었다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect on the grit, learning reality, and learning satisfaction for nursing students using the flipped learning teaching method. We developed a flipped learning educational program using ADDIE model for nursing students and evaluated the program effect. As a result of this study, the grit (t=-3.07, p=.003), the learning presence (t=-4.87, p<.001) and the learning satisfaction (t=-5.18, p<.001) significantly increased after flip learning method application. The Grit shown to have a significant positive correlation with learning presence (r = .47, p<.001), and learning satisfaction (r = .26, p<.005). The learning presence shown to have a significant positive correlation with learning satisfaction (r = .548, p<.001). The flipped learning teaching method may improve the grit, learning reality, and learning satisfaction. Various efforts will be needed to lay the foundation for flipped learning teaching methods in the field of nursing education in the future.
