89년 설립된 서강대 산업기술연구소는 전자ㆍ화학ㆍ전산ㆍ기계 등 4개학과 교수 40명과 3백여명의 석ㆍ박사과정 대학원생 등 막강한 연구군단으로 활발한 연구활동을 계속하고 있다. 연구비는 지난해 40억원으로 교수 1인당 1억원씩 지원한 셈이며 8개 연구센터를 두고 독창적으로 실체적인 연구를 추진해가고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a data curation service to support teaching and learning activities of university libraries. To this end, the concept of data curation has been summarized, and how to understand information services and teaching-learning information data curation of university libraries. As a traditional extension of library information services, the use of university library data curation services has been proposed. As a result of research, data curation suggests that it is appropriate to understand the data by focusing more on the utilization of data. The university library emphasized that the data curation service is needed through the establishment of an institutional repository of teaching-learning activity materials for the visible effects that contribute to the educational service of the parent university. Finally, the research was completed by presenting five levels of teaching and learning information data curation framework.

정보화사회가 도래함에 따라 교육분야에서도 다양한 교수와 학습활동을 실현할 수 있는 방법으로 컴퓨터의 활용이 중요성을 지니게 되었는데 그 중 중요한 방법 중의 하나가 강의실 수업의 연장으로써, 보조학습수단으로써 인터넷 서비스 중 웹(WWW)상의 교사 홈페 이지를 이용한 학습은 전통적 교수-학습 형태에서 볼 수 있었던 폐해를 극복하고 정보화시 대가 요구하는 창조적이고 능동적인 인간성을 길러내는데 일조하게 될 인터넷에 올려진 교 사 홈페이지를 이용한 교수-학습시스템인 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 몇몇 학교에서 실 시하고 있는 인터넷을 통한 교사 홈페이지를 이용한 교수-학습시스템의 구체적인 성과를 알아보고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들과의 관계를 밝혀 교사 홈페이지를 이용한 교수-학습 시스템의 좀 더 적극적으로 활용되었으면 하는 것이다. 시스템활용의 편이성과 시스템의 활 용도 그리고 학생의 학습 태도 등을 성과변수로 설정하고 학생의 시스템 활용능력과 교사의 홈페이지 구성내용 그리고 학교측의 지원 등을 주요 요인으로 설정하여 설문조사를 통하여 분석한 결과, 설정된 성과인 시스템활용의 편이성과 시스템의 활용도 그리고 학생의 학습 태도에는 긍정적인 측면을 나타냈고 이들에 영향을 미치는 요인들로는 공히 학생의 시스템 활용능력과 학교측의 지원으로 나타난 바, 이러한 시스템의 도입은 상당히 긍정적이며 앞으 로도 다각적인 연구의 필요가 충분히 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies for application of e-portfolio for improving teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers. 35 pre-service teachers wrote reflection papers and uploaded their data to their personal e-portfolio during 10 weeks. They participated in two teaching efficacy surveys which were conducted before and after using e-portfolio. Twelve participants were interviewed regarding their experience and perceptions of e-portfolio. As the result of compared-sample tests, teaching efficacy increased statistically significantly. According to the students' interview, the pros and cons of e-portfolio were identified and the strategies for application of e-portfolio were suggested for improving teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers.

Children should have opportunities to experience problem solving individually with strategies for developing their problem solving abilities. To make an instructional design for individual teaming, problem solving activities were classified into categories like individual activities, individual activities within a group, and team teaching. A flow of teaching and teaming process was designed before, and concrete and semi-concrete materials were used in an experimental teaching, which was analysed in this research.

The purpose of this study is to explore teachers' responsive moves that affect students' argumentation practices, and to propose responsive teaching strategies in argumentation-based science classroom. Two teachers, who have not implemented argumentation in their classes, and 57 students, participated in this study. We recorded and transcribed their classes and interviews for the analysis. According to grounded theory approach, we categorized the teachers' responsive moves as focused on either structural or dialogical aspects of argumentation, and qualitatively analyzed their responsive teaching practices in classes. We discovered that the teachers mostly responded to structural rather than dialogical aspects of argumentation, particularly during the students' small-group discussions. This was mainly due to their instructional goals, which focused on the structural aspect of argumentation, and the limited time available for supporting small-groups. Regarding the structural aspects, those responsive moves that explored the students' thinking or facilitated their reasoning helped them to share their thinking and justify their arguments further with recognition of learning goals in the argumentation activities. Regarding the dialogical aspects, which were seen mostly in whole-class discussions, the moves that underlined similarities and differences between arguments, facilitated the sharing of a small-group's arguments with the entire class, or asked a specific student to evaluate the arguments were notable. These moves supported clarification of various small-groups' arguments, which led to reconstruction of coherent argument through evaluation and rebuttal of these arguments, consequentially facilitating dialogical interactions. Based on these results, we proposed responsive teaching strategies in an argumentation-based science classroom.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 네트워크의 급속한 확산으로 사회전반에 걸쳐 특허, 기업뿐 아니라 교육 현장의 효율화를 지원하기 위한 분야에서도 웹이 응용되고 있다. 교육 현장에서 작성되어지고 있는 문서 중 학습 지도안 작성은 교육 정보의 체계적인 제공이 미흡하고, 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되는 활동이므로 교수 개인이 모든 교수 활동에 필요한 지도안을 작성하는데는 어려움이 있다. 이를 위해, 웹에서 정보를 공유하여 문서의 재사용성을 높일 수 있는 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 웹에서 표준화된 XML을 이용하여 문서의 생성과 검색, 그리고 재사용이 가능하도록 제공함으로써 교수자의 다양한 요구사항을 융통성 있게 수용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습지도안 시스템을 분석하여 공통DTD(Document Type Definition)를 생성하고 공통 DTD를 통해 표준화된 XML 문서를 제공한다. 좀더 효율적인 수업을 위해 학습지도안 작성이 용이하도록 학습지도안 작성용 에디터를 제공하며, 또한 XML DOM(Document Object Model)을 이용하여 검색기에서는 구조기반, 패싯, 키워드 검색 방법을 제시하고, 등록기에서는 DOM을 이용하여 해당 데이터를 추출하고 DB에 등록한다. 이는 문서의 재사용성을 높일 수 있다. 따라서, XML을 학교 현장에서 이용함으로써 웹에서 정보의 공유를 원활히 하고, 문서 작성의 효율성을 높이고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 학교 본연의 업무인 교수학습 활동을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 교육정보화 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해, 기업에서 적용되고 있는 학습조직의 지향점과 제7차 교육과정을 지향점을 비교하였다. 이를 토대로, 학교의 본원적 활동을 정보기술로써 어떻게 지원할 것인가를 제시하였다.

지난해부터 인터넷 분야에서 가장 확실한 수익 모델을 갖춘 사업 분야로 e-Learning 분야가 손꼽히면서 많은 온라인 교육 서비스가 우후죽순처럼 등장해 이미 1,000여 개의 서비스가 각축을 벌이고 있다. 그러나 e-Learning은 무엇보다도 학습용 컨텐츠의 품질이 그 성패를 좌우한다 할 때 한국의 온라인 학습 컨텐츠의 품질은 부실하기 이를 데 없다는 게 중론이다. 이는 S/W 공학에서 S/W 품질 보장을 위해 개발 방법론이 중요한 것으로 인식되는 것과 이를 지원하기 위한 Method II등 여러 도구들이 보급되고 있는데 비해 학습 컨텐츠는 그 중요도와 개발이 복잡하고 정교함이 요구됨에도 불구하고 개발 방법론에 대한 인식과 개발방법론을 지원하기 위한 도구가 없음에 기인하는바 크다 할 수 있겠다. 아직까지 국내에서는 MacroMedia Director나 ToolBook, Authorware등 일반적인 저작 도구나 웹 기반의 컨텐츠를 제작하는 Dreamweaver등의 HTML Editor만 있으면 컨텐츠가 만들어 질 수 있는 것으로 착각하고 있는 경우가 많다. 교육 학습용 컨텐츠의 개발 주기를 살펴보면 요구 분석->교수 설계->저작->평가->배포의 단계를 거치게 되는데 이때 학습 컨텐츠의 품질은 사실 요구 분석과 교수 설계 단계에서 결정되게 되며 이 학습 컨텐츠의 품질을 결정하는 단계에서는 IT 분야 지식보다는 오히려 교육 공학적 지식이 더욱 요구된다. 그러나 현실적으로 이 단계의 절차적 복잡성과 전문성으로 인해 거의 대부분의 학습 컨텐츠들이 제대로 개발 주기를 거치지 못하고 검증되지 않은 스토리 보드에 의한 저작 단계로 바로 돌입하고 있는 것이 한국의 실정이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 프로젝트에 의해 개발 된 교수 설계 도구는 교육/학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증을 위한 방법론인 교육 공학의 체제적 교수 설계 이론 Model (Instructional System Design Model), 특히 그 중에서도 이 분야의 사실상의 표준 이론(de facto standard)인 Dick & Carey 교수와 Gagne 교수의 인지주의 ISD Model을 기반으로 정교한 교수 설계와 코스 맵 설계를 가능하게 함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증 활동을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로 개발하였다. 특히 Linux 기반에서 PHP로 개발 함으로써 Platform에 구애받지 않은 사용 환경을 구현 하였으며 향후 많은 e-Learning Platform에 교수 설계 모듈로 장착 함으로써 기존의 e-Learning Platform들의 가치를 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.
