This study is to verify hypotheses about the efficacy and success factors of the IT Mentor project(in which 524 students participated) which is one of the most best practices in Korea. The empirical results found that all the aspects of students, industrial experts, professors, support programs and other infrastructure have certain influences on the industry-academia cooperation. In addition, logit regression model was employed to investigate the efficacy factors of industry and university's satisfaction to IT mentor system. It showed that industry's satisfaction depends on students' participation in company's projects and students' improvements of major competence.

한국인쇄학회(회장 신종순)는 지난 11월 1일 충남 금산에 위치한 중부대학교에서 2002년도 추계 학술대회 및 창립 20주년 기념식을 개최했다. 제1발표장에서는 CTP. CTF 스캐너의 대응전략과 이해(마이크로큐닉스 정해성 부장), 러시아의 인쇄산업 현황(러시아 국립 모스크바 화상출판대학 알렉산더 총장), 디자인과 인쇄(우정디자인기획 정민교 실장), 잡지광고의 레이아웃요소와 제품 범주에 관한 연구(중부대학교 이광숙 교수)에 대한 발표와 질의시간을 가졌다. 제2발표장에서는 플렉소 제판공정에서의 노광 및 수세시간에 따른 판의 변화에 관한 연구(중부대학교 태종필), 탄산칼슘 함량에 따른 잉크의 구조 회복성 변화에 관한 연구(인천알림방 이규일), 안료 함량에 따른 잉크의 레올로지 성질의 변화(광명잉크 박정민), 오존처리에 의한 수용성 폐 잉크 색도 분해 연구(한국기계연구원 손영수), 후막인쇄물의 잉크층 두께와 스크린 인쇄조건에 관한 연구(한국기계연구원 임규진), 집약형(C1 Type) 플렉소 인쇄기 설계 기술(한국기계연구원 최찬호)에 대한 발표와 질의시간을 가졌다. 본지에서는 이날 학술발표회에서 발표된 'CTP. CTF 스캐너의 대응전략과 이해'와 자료로서 공개된 '러시아 내에서 디지털 인쇄의 적용분야 연구', 최근 한국인쇄학회지에 발표된 '21세기 인쇄 정보산업의 발전 전략과 연구'에 대한 자료를 요약, 정리했다.

Understanding the concept of definite integral is based on understanding the concept of mensuration by parts. However, several previous studies pointed out the difficulty on teaching the concept of mensuration by parts. The paper provides some didactic strategies which help teaching the concept of mensuration by part. To teach the concept of definite integral, in the high school curriculum, the relation between definite integral and series is dealt with. However, the paper suggests that importing the concept of series is not indispensable to teach the concept of definite integral. It is proper that definite integral is taught as limit of particular sequence not series.

This study analyzed the lesson analysis reports and survey of pre-service teachers who have practiced the microteaching in order to identify the reflection of mathematics pre-service teachers. The professors who are teaching pre-service teachers need to propose the examples of an instructional model that can induce the opened reaction and the effective usage of time through interesting topics. In addition, pre-service teachers who have practiced the first microteaching have shown a lot of reflection more than expected. Therefore, to improve the quality of lectures, it is important for pre-service teachers to have experiences of microteaching and reflection.

The purpose of the study was to examine teachers' gender difference in teachers' perceptions of the affective domain in teaching practice. This study was conducted with 327 secondary mathematics teachers in Gyeonggi-do by survey method. According to the results, female teachers showed more positive responses in perceptions of the affective domain and teaching practices in the aspect of affective domain at the stage of planning lessons, assessing students, and reflecting lessons. Especially, female group showed higher mean scores than male group in the perception of the value of mathematics at the all stages of teaching.

The survey was carried out for the student sin colleges of SangJi University for analyzing the parameters affecting the selection of ones cultural studies and major subjects. The number of respondents was 204, and the responses were computer-processed utilizing Excel and statistical software SPSS. The attributes of main factors were composed of House of Quality(HOQ) that is basic matrix of Quality Function Development. From the survey analysis, selection criteria for ones cultural studies and major subjects are as follows. In selecting ones cultural studies, teaching methodology is the most important factor than assignment, the percentage of attendance and academic credit. And in case of major subjects, no other factors than the recommendation by seniors were significantly affected ones subject selection.

Exercise is still an important method for mathematics learning and teaching, but there is only a few researches which involve the effectiveness of exercise in mathematics learning. This study is designed for giving some implications to researchers who are interested in developing mathematics exercise books for low achievers with respect to effectiveness. For this, 'Suhak-Ikhimchaek', the Korean elementary mathematics workbook, is chosen and in particular, 'multiplication number fact', one of the units of the book, is analyzed with the following respects: achievement levels of learners, arrays of exercise, the amounts and period of exercise, exercise type. Finally, this study proposes composing principles for developing exercise books for low achievers in mathematics.

We think that it is important to develop the metadata for educational game. Because they are applicable to game contents, separate learning sources and studying components in the game-based LCMS. But markets of eduainment and educational games are newborn field, so systematic development of metadata is not advanced yet. Therefore in this paper, we first established the design process of educational game metadata, and then according to the rule, we suggested this as a prototype. And we defined the extracted data as metadata for educational game through inspection of an expert group. If these metadata prototype are operated by adopting through standardization stage of public institutes, we can provide the convenience of searching, managing and recycling these metadata to learner, instructor and the developing institute. And we can also expect the prevention of overlapping investment.

The skin barrier is an important part of an ostomy product, holding the ostomy bag in place and protecting the peristomal skin. Skin barriers help protecting the peristomal skin from excrements and secretion, thus keeping the skin physiology intact by absorbing or permeating sweat. The vocabulary for the skin barrier has been standardized by ISO 24214, but there is no standard related to the skin barrier in Korea. We investigated the academic and commercial documents related to the skin barrier, and conducted a survey for appropriate korean vocabulary for standard. We propose Korean standard vocabulary for skin barrier terms defined in ISO 24214:2006.
