The Effect of Childcare Teachers' Office Stress on Happiness and the Mediation Effect of Teacher Effectiveness (보육교사의 행정 업무 스트레스가 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 교사효능감의 매개효과)

  • study analyzed the relationship between ChildCare Teachers' Office Stress on Happiness with Teacher Effectiveness. A survey was conducted on 243 childcare teachers in J area. The collected data was analyzed using the JAMOVI program to analyze the mediated effects and technical statistics. Results found that office stress, teacher efficacy, and sense of happiness of childcare teachers were found to meet the normality assumption. Second, the analysis of the relationship between office stress, teacher efficacy, and happiness showed a statistically significant negative correlation between administrative stress and teacher efficacy and happiness and teacher efficacy showed a significant positive correlation. Higher office stress led to less teacher effectiveness and happiness, and higher happiness led to higher teacher effectiveness. Third, office stress is a significant predictor of happiness and teacher's efficacy. In conclusion, office stress should be considered important in terms of happiness and teacher effectiveness and the direction of improvement in the treatment of child care teachers was suggested.

Tendency of Kindergarten Teachers' Work Performance and the Reality and Efficiency of their Working Hours (유치원 교사의 업무수행 경향성과 업무시간 운영의 실제 및 효율성에 대한 인식)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine a tendency of kindergarten teachers' daily work performance and to explore their perceptions on the reality and efficiency of working hours. 273 public and private kindergarten teachers completed questionnaires. The findings of the study are as follows. First, kindergarten teachers carried out an average of 1.41 duties per a 30-minute segment, and there were some differences in their duties between public and private teachers. Second, as a key reason of their lack of preparation time for class, public teachers indicated much administrative work, whereas private teachers indicated many events and common work. In addition, for the work duties that require supporting staff, public teachers pointed out clerical work, whereas private teachers named event-related duties. Third, in terms of efficiency of their working hours, both public and private teachers highlighted excessive workload as a key obstacle; public teachers also indicated the shortage of supporting staff, while private teachers indicated many event-related duties and lack of directors' leadership. These findings imply that it is important to maintain an optimum level of workload for kindergarten teachers, to secure preparation time for class, to increase work efficiency, and to provide support specific to kindergarten types.

  • 기존의 수행평가는 교사 본연의 업무인 교육과 연구 활동에 지장을 초래할 만큼 과중한 업무부담이 발행하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 보다 효율적인 수행평가를 처리하기 위하여 교무업무지원시스템과 연계한 수행평가시스템을 구현한다. 세부적으로 수행평가 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 중복 입력 작업을 데이터베이스를 연계하여 최소화하고, 수행평가 계획에서부터 최종 출력물까지 일괄처리하여 오류 발생 가능성이나 중간입력 확인 과정을 생략함으로써 교사의 업무 부담을 경감시켜 교사 본연의 가르치는 업무에 보다 충실할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다.

  • 현대 사회의 교육은 교사 중심의 단순한 지식 전달 교육에서 학습자 중심 교육으로 전환하고있다. 교육 평가도 이러한 추세에 따라 암기 위주의 지필 평가에서 학습자의 수행과정과 산출물을 평가하는 수행평가로 전환하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 수행평가에서는 교사 본연의 업무인 교육과 연구 활동에 지장을 초래할 만큼 과중한 업무부담이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문은 지금까지 수작업으로 이루어지던 수행평가 업무를 기존의 교무업무지원시스템과 연계하여 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 중복 입력 작업 등의 노력을 최소화할 수 있는 수행평가시스템을 설계한다. 설계시 주요 고려사항으로 수행평가 계획에서부터 최종 출력물까지 일괄처리 및 중간 입력 확인 과정을 생략하여 수행평가와 관련한 교사의 업무 부담을 경감, 교사 본연의 가르치는 업무에 보다 충실할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 학생들에게 영역별 성취 결과를 서술적으로 기술하여 제공함으로써 학생 스스로 문제점을 이해하고 개선하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

A Study on Information Need and Use Behavior of Elementary Teachers According to Their Task (초등학교 교사의 정보 요구 및 이용 행태에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to obtain implications for educational information services for elementary school teachers by analyzing their information seeking behavior. The in-depth interview was carried out in-depth interviews with 11 elementary school teachers and it analyzed of the core roles and tasks of elementary school teachers, the required information and usage behavior of information sources. The study result showed that elementary school teachers perceived homeroom duties, teaching/learning activities, school duties, and other as their works and tasks, and the response to the importance of task performance was homeroom teacher, teaching-learning activities, school works, and other tasks. Also, elementary school teachers needed information in order of teaching-learning activities, homeroom teacher, school works and they used various information sources including web, interpersonal sources and book. Moreover, this study observed some factors that elementary school teacher mainly used web information source which other elementary school teacher developed and that they got teaching-learning materials from fellow teachers. Based on these findings, the author proposed teacher librarian share library based instruction materia in web resource, provide cooperative educational information service through learning community, and provide homeroom work material for elementary school teachers.

  • 본 논문에서는 유아교육기관에서 유치원 교사들이 행정 업무 및 교육에서 활용하는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 알알아보고 이에 대한 활동 내용을 제시하고자 한다. 일반적으로 유치원 교사들은 컴퓨터를 전공하지 않았고 많은 업무로 인하여 컴퓨터의 고급 기능을 섭렵하기가 어려운 실정이다. 그러나 새로운 소프트웨어들의 등장이나 업무에서 활용이 높은 소프트웨어에 대해서 필수 기능 및 업무 위주로 교육과정을 편성할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 유치원 교사들의 업무를 분류하고 이에 대한 소프트웨어를 활용할 수 있도록 NCS 기반 교육목표 및 수행준거를 제시하고자한다.

  • 학교 업무의 효율화를 위해 조직한 교무분장업무가 담당교사의 전문성 부족과 업무관련 정보의 비체계적인 생산, 활용, 관리로 인해 많은 교사들이 업무처리에 어려움을 느낀다. 그리고 이러한 어려움으로 학습지도와 학급관리에 충분한 시간을 투자하지 못하는 경우도 생긴다. 하지만 지금까지 갖추어진 학교의 정보화 기반을 활용한다면 정보의 생산, 활용, 관리가 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교무분장 부서에서 다루고 있는 업무를 세분화하여 멀티미디어의 어떤 유형이 사용되는지 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 멀티미디어 데이터 중 이미지, 사운드, 동영상 데이터 제작방법을 제시하여 교사들이 학교업무에서 처리하는 정보들을 멀티미디어 데이터 제작의 기본방법에 맞게 제작하여 학교업무의 효율성을 높이도록 하였다.

The Influence of Work Environment, Job-related Environment and Burnout on the Satisfaction with Life among Nursery School Teachers (사회지지와 근무환경이 어린이집 교사의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 업무요인과 소진을 매개로)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore factors associated with life satisfaction among nursery school teachers. To accomplish the study purpose, this study first classified several variables into three broad categories including work environment (social support & work environment), job-related environment (work-related stress & job satisfaction), and burnout. And then, 302 nursery school teachers across the country were surveyed in order to explore whether those factors were associated with life satisfaction. The overall results were as follows. First, social support and work environment had a direct impact on the satisfaction with life. Second, social support and job satisfaction had a direct influence on job satisfaction. Third, social support, work-related stress and job satisfaction directly influenced burnout. Fourth, job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct impact on life satisfaction. Overall, it was found that job-related environment, job satisfaction, and burnout had a direct influence on life satisfaction among nursery school teachers and social support and work-related stress had an indirect effect on life satisfaction via burnout.

Its research topics are: characteristics and current status of school network, and major structural characteristics and problems with operation of school network at N Elementary School; the works of elementary school teachers belonging to the educational information division (hereinafter referred to as "the Teachers"); the Teachers' recognition of education information and any problems with their works; and finally, countermeasures to reduce the Teachers' work load.

전북지역 양호교사의 업무수행과 관련요인 분석

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 지역내 양호교사의 업무수행 실태를 파악하고 이에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석함으로써 학교 간호업무수행상의 개선점을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 조사 대상은 전라북도내 양호교사 143명 중 설문에 답한 87명으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 spss를 이용하여 평균, 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient를 적용하였다. 분석된 주요 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다.
