Design of on Adaptive Current Controller for a PMSM AC Servo Motor (PMSM 교류 서보모터의 적응형 전류 제어기 설계)

  • To improve the capability of instantaneous torque control, a design method of an MRAC-based adaptive current controller for a PMSM servo motor is proposed. In the synchronous frame current controller, a new control inputs can be obtained through the decoupling compensation. Using this, a desired controller bandwidth can be assigned However, the control performance may be degraded due to disturbances caused by the parameter variations or dead time of the switch. To improve these drawbacks, an adaptive current controller is proposed and the design method is obtained using the hyperstability theory. The asymptotic stability is proved and the effectiveness is verified through simulations and experiments using DSP TMS320C31.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 능동질량 장치를 이용하여 지진하중을 받는 건물모델의 응답을 제어하는 것으로서 실험에 사용된 능동질량 장치는 교류형 서보 모터에 의해 관성력이 건물모델의 응답에 반작용하여 제어를 하게 되는 원리를 이용한 것이다 소형 진동대에 의한 외부하중 묘사 신호처리와 제어력 발생을 위한 장비들이 구축된 실험 모델로써 능동 질량 추진기가 1층 전단형 건물모델 상부에 설치된 해석 모델을 실현하였으며 제어력 산정을 위한 선형 2차 제어 알고리듬은 LabVIEW 프로그램을 사용해서 구현하였다. 건물의 응답과 제어력을 고려해서 제어성능을 검증하였으며 능동 질량 장치를 설치함으러써 공진하중과 지진하중에 대한 건물의 응답이 감소하고 또한 속도피드백 알고리듬이 그 외의 피드백 알고리듬 보다 제어력이 가장 적게 소용되면서 건물의 응답을 감소시키는 것을 실험적으로 파악하였다.

  • An effort for motion control of multi-axis in robot have been continued recently. In this paper, we propose implementation method for AC servo driver that can be easily motion control of multi-axis in robot. This proposed method implement EtherCAT communication technologies of bi-directional optical communication based on single optical core method that applied WDM for communication between control stage which is upper and AC servo drive stage.

  • This paper deals with the position control of an AC servo motor using linear hall-effect sensors. The price of these is very low, but it is possible to make position control of motor similar to a control using an encoder. This paper introduces the design of motor using linear hall-effect sensors and shows the results of control.

  • In this study, a neuro-fuzzy controller based on the characteristics of fuzzy controlling and structure of artificial neural networks(ANN). This neuro-fuzzy controller has each advantage from fuzzy and ANN, respectively. Plus, it can handle their own shortcomings and parameters in the controller can be tuned by on-line. To verify the proposed controller, it has applied to the AC servo motor which is popular item in robot control field. General PID and fuzzy controller are also applied to the same motor so stability and good characteristic of the proposed controller are compared and proved. Especially, the experiment for variable load is investigated and performance result is proved also.

  • The advanced space vector PWM is Implemented for the control system using high arithmetic performance microprocessor such as DSP. It is difficult to realize the complicate SLIM which is applied to SVPWM system, but widely used in vector control system or servo control system for AC motor because of its high performance in current control. In this paper, we use the dynamic characteristic analyzing method that can calculate efficiently the end effect by using equivalent circuit methode in the operating SLIM system modeling and examine the dynamic characteristics of SVPWM with PI controller.

  • This paper describes the controller for the improving speed control the AC servo motor. The microprocessor provides an output to the difference in command. The servo system improves the characteristics of speed control. When the motor is running at the same speed as set by the reference signal, the speed encoder also provides a signal of the same frequency. Thus, the microprocessor controlled digital techniques enable to realize the flexible performance and control which was possible with time constant. We can know that optimal speed of machining center is 75msec in 30000mm/min and actually, 75msec is using on machining center. Finally experimental results prove excellent performance of this control system. This can be reduced error with more exact measure of actual speed. The system can be adaptable to CNC machine.

  • The current from the feed motor of a machine tool contains substantial information about the machining state. There have been many researches that investigated the current as a measure for the cutting farces. However it has been reported that this indirect measurement of the cutting farces from the feed motor current is only feasible in low frequency. In this research, it was presented that the bandwidth of the current monitoring can be expanded to 130 Hz. And the unusual behavior of the current was examined in this bandwidth. The cross-feed directional cutting force influences the machined surface of the workpiece, which makes it necessary to estimate this force to control the roughness of the machined sulfate. The current exists in the stationary feed motor, and it can give the useful information on the quality of the machined surface. But the unpredictable behavior of the current prevents applying the current to prediction of the cutting state. Empirical approach was conducted to resolve the problem. As a result, the current was shown to be related to the accumulation of the accumulation of the infinitesimal rotation of the motor. rotation of the motor. Subsequently the relationship between the current and the cutting force was identified.
