급속한 지식정보화 시대의 도래로 인해 GIS(Geographic Information System)는 토지관리, 환경, 국토계획, 해양, 재해 등과 관련된 정보를 통합하고 교류하는데 있어 핵심기술로 인식되어가고 있으며 GIS의 이용이 생활 속에서 일반화되어 가고 있다. 이에 따라 GIS의 기초데이터인 수치지도는 국가지리정보체계(NGIS)사업의 일환인 공간정보 기반인프라 기술개발을 통하여 지속적으로 발전해 나가는 단계에 있으며 현실세계의 모형에 가장 적합하고 최신성의 확보가 용이한 차세대 수치지도의 제작이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 수치지도의 개념과 구축 방안을 정립하기 위하여 국내 외의 수치지도 제작 및 활용 사례 조사를 통하여 현재 수치지도의 문제점을 분석하고, 차세대 수치지도가 갖추어야 할 특성을 정의하였다.

현재 우리나라 건설 사업에는 BIM의 관심과 사용이 급증하고 있다. BIM의 현주소는 실무에 적용하기 어려운 단점이 많고 IFC를 이용한 정보호환에 어려움이 많다. 결과적으로 Architectural BIM Tool에서 모델링한 프로젝트를 Structural BIM Tool에서 다시 모델링을 하고 MEP단계에서도 다시 한 번 더 BIM 모델링을 하는 반복 작업과 반복 작업으로 인한 인력손실과 프로그램간의 유통과 호환에 문제가 많은 것이 현 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 타 분야와의 정보 공유를 설계단계에 따라 상세 수준별로 분류하여 설계/설비 분야와 정보를 공유하고 물리적 모델과 해석적 모델의 상이로 인하여 현 정보 교류에 많은 문제점이 있어 두 모델간의 정보변환을 위한 알고리즘을 개발하고 구현하였다.

실내에서 대부분의 시간을 보내는 현대인들에게 있어 쾌적한 실내환경은 작업의 효율성을 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라, 건강의 유지나 에너지 절약 차원에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 국가에서도 감성공학 기반기술 개발 사업에서 쾌적한 실내 환경을 구현하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구의 결과들을 이용하여 쾌적한 실내환경을 구현하기 위한 요소를 지표화하였고, 결과 및 관련 내용을 비교ㆍ분석하였다. 그러나 지표화 과정에서 각 과제별 연구의 진행이 상호 독립적으로 이루어져 연구의 일관성이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개별 과제의 연구 진행과정에서 상호연관성을 가진 부분이 실험계획이나 방법이 미흡해 결과에 대한 신뢰성 저하는 물론이고, 데이터 베이스 구축을 위한 자료통합에도 상당한 문제가 있을 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 관련 연구과제 수행자들간의 적극적인 정보교류는 물론이고 지표의 타당성을 검증하는 실험도 필요할 것으로 보인다.

공공도서관은 지역주민의 지대한 관심과 적극적 이용을 전제로 변화 발전해 왔다는 사실에 주목해야 한다. 영종 지역은 도서관에 대한 접근성 부족, 책을 매개로 한 특색 있는 문화 프로그램 개발의 필요성, 운영 인력 부족, 장애인 노인 다문화 가정 등 영종 지역 내 정보취약계층에 대한 적극적인 서비스 수요 증가 등 몇 가지 현안에 대한 개선책이 필요하였다. 이에, 지역사회와 지역주민의 변화를 살펴보고 이를 해결하기 위해 Y도서관은 지역 내 다양한 유관 공공기관 및 유관기관들과의 긴밀한 협력체계를 구축하여 상호 교류 및 사업연계를 활성화 필요성을 사례로써 설명하였다.

최근 몇 년간 드론 시장 규모 및 산업적 중요성이 증가하고 있으며, 농업, 산림, 건설, 환경 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 다양한 발주처에서 여러 가지 목적으로 드론 서비스 기업과 협력하여 드론 이미지 데이터를 획득하는 사업을 진행하고 있다. 이 과정에서 발주처와 기업 간에 촬영 계획 협의 및 촬영 데이터 검수 등과 같은 상호 교류가 필요하며 원활한 정보 공유를 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 드론을 활용한 데이터 획득 과정에 필요한 촬영 계획 수립 및 검토, 촬영 데이터의 검수 등을 위한 웹 기반 드론 이미지 관리 시스템을 개발하고 이에 대하여 설명한다. 본 고에서 개발된 시스템을 활용하면 드론 서비스 기업은 다양한 발주처와 협업시에 효과적인 정보 공유를 할 수 있을 것이다.

The advance of communication and networking technology enables high bandwidth multimedia data transmission. The development of high performance compression technology such as H.264 also encourages high quality video and audio data transmission. The trend requires efficient protection system for digital media rights. We propose an efficient digital media protection system using elliptic curve cryptography. Only key parameters are encrypted to reduce the burden of complex encryption and decryption in the proposed system, and the digital media are not played back or the quality is degraded if the encrypted information is missing. We need a playback system with an ECC processor to implement the proposed system. We implement an H.264 decoding system with a configurable ECC processor to verify the proposed protection system We verify that the H.264 movie is not decoded without the decrypted information.

In this study, the structure and management of social group with each town, leadership with self-action and network with external organizations will be the main topic. Especially, the condition which make a communication with external organizations for localization is examined as an example of Mori village. As rice productivity has more serious problems than 1990s, many farming systems changed from rice productions to different kinds, like grapes. Particularly, this market and field started with the exchange system between local farms and cities because of the complex structure of grape circulation and increasing import for extra income. Extra income of farming is started to increase because of exchange program between local towns and cities. But, those works are concentrated on one or two leaders. It could be a burden for them. So. we need to change this into new system which the work is not concentrated to few leaders but distribute to everyone.

As R&D cooperation activities with various partners are becoming huge in scale and scope, to achieve successful R&D performance, we need to systematically divide by its characteristics and to stratagemically carry out R&D cooperation activities. In this paper we propose R&D cooperation system between the university and the R&D institute in the geoscience field. The cooperation system can include activities of joint R&D program execution, R&D researcher exchange, R&D infrastructure use, technology commercialization and business exchange. Its system seems to positively affect on R&D performance and when considering the level of innovation as a moderating variable, in the situation of high innovation environment its system is able to positively affect on the R&D performance. For different effects of R&D cooperation activities on individual cooperation performance we can choose proper cooperation activities for R&D cooperation purposes.
