유럽은 역내 국가간의 정보통신 제품에 대한 기술장벽 제거를 통한 무역교류 확대를 위해, 유럽표준화위원회인 CEN(Comite European de Normalisation)과 유럽 정보통신 시험인증 위원회인 ECITC(European Committee for IT&T Testing and Certification)와의 협력관계하에 "CEN-ECITC Project Team 1"을 만들어 유럽의 체계적인 정보통신표준의 시험인증제도 정립을 위해 많은 노력을 해왔다. 본 고는 이 "CEN-ECITC Project Team 1"의 시험인증제도 정립에 대한 활동결과를 분석한 것이다.

Many new electronic products are required to have a near unity power factor and a distortion free current input waveform. In this paper, single phase AC to DC Boost-Converter which is controlled with continuous conduction mode(CCM) is analyzed. Each parameter is determined for variable hysteresis current mode and real time simulation results showed high power factor possible. l(kW] boost converter was designed and constructed accordingly. Experimental results to load and parameter variations are well similar to the simulation results.

본 논문에서는 독립 3상 구조 이중공극 영구자석형 동기 전동기 구동 시스템의 Y 및 ${\Delta}$결선에 따른 운전특성을 비교 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에 사용된 전동기의 경우, 일반적인 3상 교류 전동기의 형태와는 달리 양측 회전자와 고정가 대칭인 이중공극형 구조를 가진다. 또한 고정자측은 링 형태의 독립 단상 권선 기반의 모듈 형태로 구성되어있기 때문에 Y결선 또는 ${\Delta}$결선이 가능한 구조를 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 두 가지의 결선방식에 대한 속도제어 특성을 분석하기 위해서 Y 및 ${\Delta}$결선의 수학적인 모델링을 수립하였고 실험을 통하여 각 결선에 따른 운전특성을 비교 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 직류송전 적용을 위해 전력계통과 연계된 모듈형 멀터레벨 컨버터(Modular Multi-level Converter)의 유 무효 전력제어에 대해 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 분석에 고려한 모듈형 멀티레벨 컨버터는 한 암당 12개의 서브모듈로 구성되어 있고 모듈레이션은 NLC (Nearest Level Control) 방식을 사용한다. 또한 DC 커패시터의 밸런싱은 버블소팅 방식을 적용하였고 순환전류를 억제하는 알고리즘을 고려하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석한 유 무효전류제어를 실험적으로 검증하기 위해 10kVA DC 1000V 하드웨어 축소모형을 제작하고 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과는 시뮬레이션 결과와 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후에는 교류전압 불평형 보상과 순환전류 제어, 컨버터 보호에 대한 다양한 알고리즘을 도출할 예정이다.

최근 FTA 체결은 국내의 농식품 소비자들을 값싼 외국산 농식품으로 소비 패턴을 변화시킬 수 있다. 또한 유통시장의 변화 즉, 소비자-생산자 간의 직거래 형태는 개인이 프로슈머로서 농식품 관련 컨텐츠의 제작과 생산이 더욱 활발해지도록 하며 소비자들이 구매의사 결정에 중요하게 작용하고 있다. 따라서 농식품의 효과적인 마케팅 전략읠 수립 및 실행을 위하여 소비자가 무엇을 원하고 인식하지 못한 욕구가 있는지 소비자 유형을 분석 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 농식품 소비자 구매의도를 통한 제품이나 서비스의 이용의도로서 종속변수로 설정하여 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 또한 연구 모형을 위해 교류빈도, 친밀감, 호혜성, 감정의 강도라는 SNS 특성을 도출하여 분석하였다.

1980년 후반. MIT에 버너스 리 교수가 인터넷 상에 웹(WWW)을 창시하면서부터 우리의 일상생활은 엄청난 변화를 가져왔다. 시 공간을 초월할 수 있는 인터넷이라는 가상 세계에서는 개인뿐만 아니라 정치 경제 사회등 모든 분야에 걸쳐 인터넷을 통한 쉽고 간편하며 빠른 교류가 이루어짐으로써 이제 더 이상 네트워크를 이용하지 않는 분야는 찾아 볼 수 없을 것이다. 그러나 이러한 현실 속에서 인터넷은 항상 순기능만을 수행하지는 않는다. 특히 악성코드를 이용한 사이버 침해 행위 기술이 인터넷의 발전과 함께 동시에 발전함으로써 이제는 악성코드를 이용한 사이버 침해 행위를 방지하고자하는 노력을 해야할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 악성코드를 탐지하기 위해 실시간 시스템 모니터링 도구를 이용하여 악성코드가 시스템에 어떠한 침해행위를 행하고, 해당 침해 행위 모니터링 로그 분석을 통해 기존의 알려진 악성코드뿐만 아니라 알려지지 않은 악성코드를 탐지할 수 있는 악성 패턴 분석 및 추출에 초점을 두어 기술하였다.

Web 2.0 이 도래한 이후 SNS(Social Network Service)에 대한 관심이 널리 퍼짐에 따라 인터넷 사용자들은 SNS 를 통하여 수 많은 정보를 교류하고 있다. SNS 에서는 사용자들을 중심으로 수많은 메시지가 생성되고 있으며, 그러한 메시지에는 사람들의 성향이 그대로 묻어 있다. 수많은 사람들이 만들어내는 메시지들은 매우 방대하며 의미 있고 실속 있는 다양한 개인 정보를 담고 있다. 본 논문에서는 트위터를 이용하여 특정 사용자 중심의 네트워크에서 생성되는 메시지들을 집단지성의 측면에서 수집, 분석하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자 주변에서 오가는 키워드들을 찾아내고, 그런 키워드를 생성하고 있는 사람들이 누구인지를 알아본다. 그 결과 한 사용자 주변에 분포되어 있는 집단들의 특성을 알아볼 수 있다. 특정 사용자 주변에는 어떠한 집단이 있는지 알 수 있고, 그 집단들의 연관성을 분석한다면 이는 마케팅, 서비스 차원의 사회 여러 분야에서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것이다.

For a library to be run more efficiently, its internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats must be determined for forecasting on the basis of the diagnosis of the internal and external environment and situations, and optimum strategies and measures responsively deducted and utilized. Therefore, I had analyzed the strategic competition of university A's library using SWOT analysis, which has recently been spotlighted as an effective strategic competition analysis method. The conclusions thus obtained are as explained below. Firstly. the strengths of university A's library are the professional qualifications of the employees. work efficiency based on systematic operative plans and division of work load, and provision of high quality service following the establishment of the digital library. Secondly, its weaknesses are the insufficiency and limits of the usable resources, the lack of progressive future operation plans and systems, and the deficiency of a positive service mind. Thirdly, the opportunities are the possibility for new developments in accordance with the digital information environment. reinforcement of the operative efficiency throughout expanding its cooperation with external organizations and other libraries, and its transformation as the local library hub by opening up to the public. Fourthly, the threats are the lack of the school authorities' acknowledgement. and the degradation of the library's status in accordance, the users' various requests for information and advanced professional service according to the rapidly changing information environment. and the restriction of the library service based on the copyright law. Fifthly, as a result of analyzing the strategic competition of university A's library, measures such as the reinforcement of digital service by acquiring digital specialists. provision of extended service through active cooperation with external institutes and libraries. development and provision of differentiated service in accordance with the reinforced copyright law were proposed to improve the library's future competitiveness.

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of seniors living in Cheonan City downtown as to their residential environment. Also, this study intends to identify which factors should be improved first to make downtown a favorable residential area. To that end, 'social indicators of Chungnam' was used. The collected data was analyzed through a statistical analysis method using ANOVA (analysis of variance) and a cluster analysis. It led to the following findings. First, 6.9% of the elderly residents expressed their wish to move from their downtown residence. Thus, the majority of the residents do not want to move. Second, the satisfaction of the elderly residents in their downtown residence scored 6.09. The score is higher than those of other regions. Thus, it is highly possible to develop downtown into a senior-friendly area. Third, as for satisfaction in downtown residence, it was higher among the following groups: men; those with high school or higher level of education; those earning at least a million won a month; family of one generation. Fourth, satisfaction in the following factors was relatively low: culture and education; interaction with neighbors and trust in them; car accidents. Thus, those factors should be improved for downtown residents. Above all, community-faced facilities should be expanded to increase exchanges with neighbors and trust in them. To attract women dissatisfied with downtown residence. it is imperative to increase daily safety by reducing car accidents and crime.

For a public library. which is a regional information service agency. to acquire high competitiveness, preparation for uncertainties of future through understanding its own internal strengths and weaknesses. and external opportunities and threats based on assessments regarding knowledge information environment and characteristics of regional community. current status of the library, etc. Therefore. in this study, through SWOT analysis. one of competitive strategy analysis methods, the status of competitive strategy of C library was analyzed. In order to carry out the study interview and survey were performed with professional librarians, then through final consultations from management consulting experts, a plan to strengthen competitiveness for C library was devised. Conclusions from this study were as below. In order to strengthen competitiveness of C library offering distinguished high quality services through active cooperations with external institutions, efforts to improve library's position and stand following being selected as a library to visit for 2006 World Library and Information Congress, and revitalization of library usage through providing user oriented differentiated services are needed.
