이 대담 시리즈는 학교도서관에 대한 도서관계 안팎의 관심을 높이고 현단계 학교도서관 운동이 나아갈 길을 모색해보려는 취지에서 시도된 것이다. 과거 학교도서관 운동을 주도하였거나 오랫동안 학교도서관 현장을 지켜온 인물들을 찾아 그들의 경험과 의식속에 쌓여 있는 역사를 끌어내어 오늘을 비추어 보고 내일을 전망하는 계기로 삼을 것이다. 이번 대담에서 만난 사람은 도서관에 기반을 둔 하교 교육의 실현을 위해 40여 년의 세월을 교육 현장에 바쳐온 박태신 선생이다. 선생은 일찍이 1950년대부터 학교도서관과 인연을 맺어 부산 경남 지역을 중심으로 학교도서관 운동을 선도하였으며, 교감(1966-1972), 부산시교육위원회 장학사(1973-1975), 교장(1976-1990) 등의 역할을 통하여 학교도서관이 있는 인간교육의 실천을 몸으로 보여왔다. 그리고 지금도 변함없이 도서관과 교육 문제에 대한 깊은 열정과 왕성한 활동을 지속하는 젋은 도서관인이다. 대담 일시 : 1998년 2월 13일 오후 2시-4시 30분 대담 장소 : 부산교육대학 앞 [늘노래선교단] 사무실

Yifangleiju is a collection of medical books that consists of 266 volumes. It is a very important set of data in studying ancient Asian medicine because it systematically organized the many medicine-related data of Eastern Asia. But it was never published again after its 30th volume was published in 1477, and only a single copy remains in Japan today. Because this book is valuable it has been republished in China based on the copy in Japan. This study is a study of the many problems that occurred in the process of republishing Yifangleiju in China.

스마트 기기의 보급 활성화로 최근 주목받고 있는 스마트교육은 다양한 영역을 포함하고 있지만 주로 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 학습방법과 교육콘텐츠 개발 등 학습역량을 높이는데 집중되어 있다. 그러나 성공적인 교육을 위해서는 무엇보다도 학교생활 전반에 걸쳐 학습자와의 소통과 교감이 우선되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 대학과 일선 학과에서는 학생들과 소통을 위해 오프라인 기반 게시판이나 홈페이지를 활용해왔지만 더 이상 스마트 기기에 익숙해져 있는 학생들과 효과적으로 소통을 할 수 있는 수단이 되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 모바일 웹앱기반 학생용 스마트 플래너 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 학과의 프로그램 공지와 같은 단순 정보 전달에 국한되지 않고 학생이 스스로 학사일정을 체크하면서 자기 관리를 할 수 있는 수단을 제공해준다. 또한 다양한 학과 프로그램에 학생들이 자발적으로 참여할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 인센티브 시스템 운영, SNS를 활용한 상호 커뮤니케이션을 포함하고 있다.

We treated a patient who experienced motor weakness and sensory change on left lower extremity after thoracic sympathetic ganglion block with pure alcohol. The following factors were suspected of contributing to neurologic complication: (1) ischemia of spinal cord, (2) infection, (3) re-expression and aggravation of pre-existing neurologic disease, (4) improper position. Patient spontaneously recovered from neurologic complication with conservative therapy.

Thoracic sympathetic nerve block has a wide range of therapeutic applications which clinicians utilize neurolytics or perform operative sympathectomy. All methods have advantages and disadvantages. We performed "thoracic sympathetic ganglion cauterization" using resectoscope as it is less invasive and more effective than traditional operative methods. Successful procedures were performed involving 2 cases of idiopathic hyperhidrosis and 1 case of sympathetically maintained pain on chest and upper extremity. We experienced failure with one case of idiopathic hyperhidrosis due to severe pleural adhesion. There was also a case of complication of periganglional hemorrhage and parenchymal lung perforation which we successfully treated.

Pain arising from disorders of the viscera and somatic structures within the pelvis and perineum is a frequent cause of discomfort and disability, especially among women. Recently, blockade of the ganglion impar(ganglion of Walther) has been introduced as an alternative means of managing intractable perineal pain of sympathetic origin. The first report of interruption of the ganglion impar for relief of perineal pain appeared in 1990. We successfully treated a patient who had suffered from intermittent severe coccygodynia with ganglion impar block.

This report describes a case of spinal cord infarction after acupuncture. The patient was treated with lumbar sympathetic block with using C-arm fluoroscopy. A 66-year-old patient with chronic low back pain and radiating pain in the lower limb was treated with acupuncture and he suddenly had a loss of motor and sensory of both lower extremities. His clinical presentaion and neuroimaging studies were consistent with spinal cord infarction. He was treated with steroid megatherapy and he showed improved in motor function, but there was no pain relief despite the phamacological treatments that were combined with caudal blockade. He visited to our hospital and had lumbar sympathetic blockade performed. The pain was relieved without any related complication after 1 month (VAS $9/10{\rightarrow}2/10$), and he has been content with the results of treatment.

Idazoxan, $\alpha$$_2$-adrenergic antagonist, produced antidiuretic action by administration into the vein and diuretic action only in ipsilateral kidney by injection into a renal artery in dog. These studies were performed for investigation of mechanism on the renal action induced by idazoxan. Antiduretic action by idazoxan given into vein and diuretic action only in ipsilateral kidney by idazoxan injected into a renal artery were blocked entirely by renal denervation. Antidiuretic action of idazoxan given into the vein was weakened by UK 14,304, $\alpha$$_2$-adrenergic agonist, pretreated into the vein. Above results suggest that antidiuretic action of idazoxan given into the vein is caused by blocking of $\alpha$$_2$-adrenergic receptor, diuretic action only in ipsilateral kidney of idazoxan injected into a renal artery by blocking of $\alpha$$_2$-adrenergic receptor in the kidney.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the effect of work load on heart rate variability (HRV) which is widely used marker of the autonomic nervous system activity. Average heart rate, rating of perceived exertion, and the power spectrum of heart rate variability were investigated in seven healthy males during exercise at various work loads. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the average heart rate during exercise, group 1 with lower heart rate and group 2 with higher heart rate. HF component showed decrease followed by increase with workload. Accordingly, the LF/HF ratio showed increase followed by decrease with workload. The peak in LF/HF ratio of group 1 was at the lower workload than that of group 2.

The perineum is comprised of diverse anatomic structures with mixed sympathetic and somatic innervation. The coccyx is innervated by the coccygeal nerves and branches of the fifth sacral root. Recently, ganglion impar block has been introduced as an alternative means of managing intractable pain of sympathetic origin, coccygodynia by trauma, tenesmus and perineal hyperhydrosis. We managed a 59-year-old female patient who had suffered from perineal pain by metastasis of cervical cancer. Approach to impar ganglion through the anococcygeal ligament was impossible because her coccyx was hyperflexed anteriorly by old fracture. But we could perform ganglion impar block successfully by approach through the separation of sacrum and coccyx.
