모유에 들어 있는 항산화제는 아이에게 세포 손상과 노화를 방지해 주는데 냉장보관시 파괴된다는 보도가 있어 직장에 다니는 어머니들을 놀라게 한 적이 있다. 분유보다 항산화제가 높은 모유를 올바른 보관 방법으로 먹이는 것이 중요하다.

This study aimed to explore process of convergence life experience by horticulture activity of mother of child with disability through qualitative research. The data collection consisted of interview data of two meetings with four participants and transcribed interview data. The collected data analyzed by coding process of conceptualization-subtopic theme-core theme. The result through the phenomenological research of this study appeared as start of connection, care and empathy, understanding about living things, healing, sharing, In conclusion, this study could search the process of relationship building with herself and the world behind her, even though the process of convergence life experience of mother of child with disability started with little connection, as they became to understand the meaning of relationship through care and empathy and sharing.

Thoracic sympathectomy is the radical and definite treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis. From January 1992 to March 1997, 4 patients with recurrent hyperhidrosis underwent resympathectomy via VATS at the Department of General Thoracic and Cardiovacular Surgery, Young Dong Severance Hospital. There were 2 men and 2 women and mean age was 20.0 years. There were moderate to severe adhesions at previous resection site but no thoracotomies were performed. There was no sweating on palms in all cases and all patients were greatly 5,Btisfied with those results postoperatively. In conclusion, recurrent hyperhidrosis was successfully treated with resympathectomy via VATS. In order to prevent recurrence and minimize the postoperative complication, the proper localization of the 2nd sympathetic ganglion and the radical excision of anatomical variation including Kuntz fiber are needed.

A development of the Digital Media through media convergency is creating various contents business. Basically, contentware can be explained as something watching, listening or enjoying. It has been developing to tie a moving image with a sound and a game; something that was in the entertainment business in the past. The good way to get an insight on effectiveness of the multimedia contentware would be though the understanding of the change of communication style in digital medium. Thus, this paper covers the effectiveness problems in the semantic level rather than the accuracy and efficiency in the syntactic level in the digital media mediated communication. As the trends of the media cornsumption is moving toward more an interesting way, it is essential to build up commoness in terms of sympathy between a contentware and user. So this paper introduces the concept of commom fields of experience through the fundamentals of the phatic communication as a way to architect the multimedia content effectively.
