Influence of Flip Chip Bonding Conditions Using Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive(ACA) in the Fabrication of RFID Tag (RFID tag의 제작 공정에서 비등방 전도성 접착제를 사용한 flip chip bonding 조건의 영향)

  • 본 연구에서는 Ag anisotropic conductive adhesive(ACA)의 종류, 경화 조건 및 안테나 패턴의 재질에 따른 flip chip bonding된 RFID die의 접합부 신뢰성이 조사되었다. 접합강도 측정에 의하여 접합강도가 최적화되는 공정 시간을 결정할 수 있었으며, 그러한 최적의 공정조건에서는 paste-type Ag ink로 인쇄된 안테나 상에서의 RFID die의 접합강도가 Cu 재질 안테나에 비해 상대적으로 높게 측정됨을 알 수 있었다. RFID tag의 인식거리 측정 시험을 통하여 적절한 경화 조건이 적용된다면 안테나의 재질이 인식거리 변화에 가장 주요한 영향을 미치는 인자임을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 Cu 안테나 패턴은 RFID die의 접합 과정에서 곡률을 가지며 휘어지면서 인식거리와 관련된 long-tem reliability를 악화시킬 수 있음을 관찰할 수 있었다.

  • 유도결합플라즈마 장비의 공정에서 안테나의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 유도결합플라즈마의 식각 공정에서도 충분한 식각과 균등한 식각 결과를 얻기 위해 안테나의 역할은 중요한 요인 중 하나이다. 안테나와 공정 웨이퍼간의 거리에 따라 발생하는 플라즈마 밀도나 전자 온도 등이 변화하고 그에 따른 식각정도나 균등성도 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 플라즈마 특성 변화를 관찰하기 위해 기존 유도결합플라즈마 식각 장비의 안테나와 웨이퍼간 거리와 내부 안테나를 웨이퍼와 가깝게 하였을 때의 플라즈마 밀도, 안테나의 전류와 식각률 등을 측정하였다.

  • The accidential errors of horizontal angles are influenced by sighting, reading and eccentric errors etc. This paper deals with the influence of eccentric error by the formula of theory and evaluation, and actually testing measurement. The results show that the eccentric error is calculated through the sighting distance, observed angle, eccentric distance and angle. And then, three repeating method is of practical use, and also, eccentric error is able to evaluate through the sighting distance and observed angle in according to performance of each instrument.

  • This study starts form the inequity of the spatial accessibility in social services. This study has purpose to descript and analyze the spatial accessibility of social service agencies. While analysing the spatial accessibility, this paper uses comparative method of distance and space-time measures. The results of research are as follows; It needs (1) to enhance the spatial accessibility of the aged and the disabled. (2) to facilitate the spatial accessibility of marginal area or community like rural community. (3) to recognize utilities of distance and space-time measures in the spatial accessibility.

  • This paper proposes an observation probability smoothing technique for the robustness of a discrete hidden Markov(DHMM) model based speech recognizer. Also, an appropriate noise robust processing in car environment is suggested from experimental results. The noisy speech is often mislabeled during the vector quantization process. To reduce the effects of such mislabelings, the proposed technique increases the observation probability of similar codewords. For the noise robust processing in car environment, the liftering on the distance measure of feature vectors, the high pass filtering, and the spectral subtraction methods are examined. Recognition experiments on the 14-isolated words consists of the Korean digits and command words were performed. The database was recorded in a stopping car and a running car environments. The recognition rates of the baseline recognizer were 97.4% in a stopping situation and 59.1% in a running situation. Using the proposed observation probability smoothing technique, the liftering, the high pass filtering, and the spectral subtraction the recognition rates were enhanced to 98.3% in a stopping situation and to 88.6% in a running situation.

Punch Properties of Some Vegetables (몇가지 채소류의 펀치특성)

  • In order to investigate the punch properties of some vegetables-cucumber, radish, garlic, ginger and potato-force, distance, and time were measured with a texturometer, and the correlations between compositions and cell characteristics of samples were characterized. Many reflection and rupture points on the force-distance and distance-time curve were observed, and these points appeared when the cells of sample were resisted and yielded against the applied force. They were big and clear at the slow crosshead speed. The regression analysis for force-time and distance-time to the rupture point showed $R^{2}>0.95$. The rupture time and rupure force were 5.63 sec, 4.88 N in ginger and 4.15 sec, 2.00 N in cucumber. The rupture forces become large values at the fast crosshead speed. As cell sizes were increased, the moisture content and rupture distance were increased, while the viscosity of juice, density, regularity of cell, and slope of force-time were decreased. Rupture force, time and distance were decreased at the large specific gravity of samples. The slopes of distance-time curve were inversely proportional to slope of force-time curve.

  • Personal distance is one of the basic and important concepts in the field of Environmental Psychology in influencing personal space, visible or invisible territoriality and psychological carrying capacity of contemporary urban dwellers. This study aims to analyze the bench users' behaviour and personal distances in urban parks for the first time in Korea, one of the representative landscape spaces in urban areas. For these purposes, this study has adopted a blind observation and pictorial analysis for bench users in Yeouido Park in Seoul. The main results of this study show that the average interpersonal distance between female and male(intimate relationship) is 47.5cm, the distance between female and female is 53.2cm, and the distance between male and male is 70.3cm. These results mostly support the previous western study results, but the interpersonal space and territoriality of Koreans in urban parks may be smaller than that for western societies.

  • 세 군 매칭을 수행하여 관찰 데이터를 구축하고 통계분석에 기반한 연구를 수행하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 매칭작업은 각 군에 속한 개체의 성향점수를 서로 비교해 거리가 가까운 짝을 찾아야 하므로 카테시안 곱 만큼의 경우의 수를 따져야 하는 문제이고, 메모리 소요가 크다. 특히 세 군 매칭은 세 쌍의 거리가 가까운 triplet을 찾는 문제로, 세 개체 사이에 존재하는 세 개의 거리를 따져야 하기 때문에 메모리 소요가 두 군 매칭에 비해 훨씬 크다. 각 군에 속한 개체가 늘어나면 메모리소요가 기하 급수적으로 늘어나게 된다. R패키지에 포함된 TriMatch함수는 세 군 매칭 수행을 위해 가장 널리 사용되는 프로그램이다. 이 프로그램은 세 개체 사이의 세 개 거리가 가장 짧은 triplet을 찾는 방식으로 구현 되었다. 이 프로그램은 메모리 소요가 매우 커 각 군에 속한 개체의 수가 많아지면 메모리 부족 에러가 발생하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 세 군 매칭에 소요되는 메모리 소요를 줄일 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 이 알고리즘의 구현을 통해 각 군에 속한 개체가 늘어나도 안정적인 세 군 매칭 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

SHEAR BOND STRENGTH AND FAILURE PATTERNS ACCORDING TO THE THICKNESS OF RESIN BASE IN BRACKET BONDING (브라켓 부착시 레진 베이스의 두께에 따른 전단결합강도와 파절양상에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possibility of the decrease of bond strength due to increased thickness of resin base in indirect bracket bonding technique. Metal brackets were bonded to the resin blocks involving bovine lower incisors and the thickness of resin bases was increased by increments of 0.5 mm from 0.0 mm to 2.0 mm. They were divided into two groups, one group is that the thickness of resin base was increased but the loading point from the tooth surface was maintained constantly, the other group is that the loading point from the tooth surface and the resin base thickness were increased concomitantly. The shear bond strength was tested on universal testing machine and the failure patterns were assessed with the adhesive remnant index(ARI). The results were as follows: 1. When the distance from the tooth surface to the loading point was maintained constantly, shear bond strength was increased significantly according to the decrease of distance from the bracket base to the loading point and the increase of resin base thickness. 2. When the distance from the tooth surface to the loading point and the resin base thickness were increased concomitantly, shear bond strength was decreased according to the increase of resin base thickness but significant differences were ignorable. 3. There were no significant differences in ARI scores according to the change in the thickness of resin base. The results of the present study indicated that shear bond strength was not much affected by the thickness of resin base, whereas was decreased according to the increase of distance from bracket base to the loading point.

A Fast Flight-path Generation Algorithm for Virtual Colonoscopy System (가상 대장 내시경 시스템을 위한 고속 경로 생성 알고리즘)

  • Virtual colonoscopy is a non-invasive computerized procedure to detect polyps by examining the colon from a CT data set. To fly through the inside of colons. the extraction of a suitable flight-path is necessary to Provide the viewpoint and view direction of a virtual camera. However. manual path extraction by Picking Points is a very time-consuming and difficult task due 1,c, the long and complex shape of colon. Also, existing automatic methods are computationally complex. and tend to generate an improper and/or discontinuous path for complicated regions. In this paper, we propose a fast flight-path generation algorithm using the distance and order maps. The order map Provides all Possible directions of a path. The distance map assigns the Euclidean distance value from each inside voxel to the nearest background voxel. By jointly using these two maps. we can obtain a proper centerline regardless of thickness and curvature of an object. Also, we Propose a simple smoothing technique that guarantees not to collide with the surface of an object. The phantom and real colon data are used for experiments. Experimental results show that for a set of human colon data, the proposed algorithm can provide a smoothened and connected flight-path within a minute on an 800MHz PC. And it is proved that the obtained flight-Path provides successive volume-rendered images satisfactory for virtual navigation.
