최근 들어 경제 운전 및 친환경 운전 즉 에코 드라이빙에 대한 관심과 필요성이 사회적 이슈로 등장하였다. 에코 드라이빙을 위한 요인 중 가장 중요한 요인은 바로 운전자의 운전 성향이다. 본 논문에서는 에코 드라이빙을 위한 운전자의 운전성향분석을 위한 주요 요소들을 도출하고 이를 이용하여 에코 지수(Eco Index)를 산출하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 에코지수는 주행중인 차량으로부터 실시간으로 주행 정보를 수집한 후 이를 분석하여 계산되고 차량에 장착된 단말기를 통하여 운전자의 경제운전 및 친환경 운전 성향이 제공되며 서버로 전송되어 운전자의 장기적인 운전 성향 분석에도 사용된다.

This study examines how consumer attitudes toward food origin and health concerns influence beef purchasing behavior. Using data from the Korea Rural Economic Institute's food consumption behavior survey, we analyzed the frequency of purchasing domestic and imported beef. Results indicate that when not distinguishing between domestic and imported beef, perceptions of lower origin quality and higher health concerns are associated with an increase in purchasing frequency. However, such influences are statistically insignificant for imported beef. Further analysis reveals that for consumers exclusively purchasing domestic beef, these factors do not significantly impact purchasing frequency, while for consumers simultaneously purchasing both domestic and imported beef, these factors do significantly impact purchasing frequency.

최근 세계경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률의 하락을 경험하고 있는 가운데, 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생시키고 생산방식의 변화와 혁신을 통해 경제적 효율성을 높이는 창업에의 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 중소기업 및 소상공인의 창업은 한 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 크다는 것을 모두 공감하고 있으며, 이러한 중소기업 및 소상공인들이 생계형 창업을 넘어 기업의 성과를 높일 수 있도록 하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업가들의 경험적 특성과 사업성과간의 상관관계를 조사하여 중소기업들의 성과에 미치는 영향변수를 분석 하는데 있다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 창업자의 개인적인 특성 중 사업성공에 필요한 경험적 특성을 중점적으로 고려하여 연구를 진행하였다. 창업자가 사업성공을 위해 가져야 할 특성에는 창업자의 배경적 특성(학력, 창업관련 강좌 수강, 가족이나 지인의 주변창업, 창업자의 과거 창업경험 등) 창업자의 심리적 특성(성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 모호함에 대한 인내력), 창업자의 관리적 역량(창업자의 관리적 능력, 기업가적 능력, 기술적-기능적 능력) 창업자의 전략적 성향(제품-서비스 혁신 차별화 전략 성향, 마케팅 차별화 전략 성향, 비용 우위 전략 성향)이 있다. 이러한 다양한 변수들 중 창업가의 배경적 특성에 속하고 있는 개인의 경험적 특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 연구를 진행하였다.

As the global economic crisis, the Korean foreign exchange market appears unstable with large fluctuations in exchange rate. Inevitably, there is growing attention on price variables such as exchange rate and interest rates and also on corelation between the factors. This is an empirical study on the causality of fluctuation between exchange rate and interest rate in the Korean market under global economic crisis. The fluctuations in won/dollar exchange rate and call rate are described and followed by analysis of lead-lag relationship between the two variables using Cross-correlation function and Granger causality test.

Korean government recently plan to transform Korean economic system into so called "creative economy" in which entrepreneurial activities play major role. Therefore, a large number of new public support program for entrepreneurs have been announced. On the other hand, there has been growing needs for fairness of economy: large companies are regarded to have abused their negotiating power so far. These two very apparent social trend may require active role of large companies to develop sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Korea. In this study, the author tries to review current situation and to find what would drive active participation of large companies as seen in other countries.

최근 베트남의 경제성장은 실로 눈부실 지경이다. 2000년 이후 연평균 7.6%의 성장률이 계속되고 있어 우리나라의 고도 성장기를 연상케 한다. 2007년 1월 150번째 WTO에 가입한 베트남은 마치 중국의 성공을 벤치마킹한 성장패턴을 보이고 있다. 충부한 자본과 노동력을 자원으로 고속성장을 해나가는 베트남 경제의 잠재력은 무궁무진하다 할 수 있다. 이런 베트남 시장에서 자판기 분야 역시 관심을 가질 만하다. 베트남 경제의 거침없는 성장은 자판기 산업의 높은 잠재 성장가능성 역시 예상케 한다. 특히 베트남의 경제인구의 60%이상이 30대 이하인 점은 감안한다면 자판기 문화가 빠른 시간 안에 형성 발전이 가능하다 할 수 있다. 게다가 베트남은 세계 2위의 커피수출 이다. 우리나라에서 가장 많이 인스턴트커피를 수입하는 나라가 베트남이며 자판기 커피에 쓰이는 원료의 대부분이 베트남 커피이다. 저기 커피시장을 꽉 잡고 있다 할 정도로 많은 생산수출을 진행하는 것이 베트남 커피 시장의 특징이다. 생산이 이처럼 많이 이루어지다 보니 자국내 커피음용 문화가 일상화되어 있다. 마치 물마시듯 커피를 마시는 문화가 형성되어 있다. 이런 점에서 본다면 커피자판기 분야의 큰 시장 확대의 여지 역시 크다 할 수 있다. 베트남의 자판기 시장 잠재력을 제대로 파악하기 위해서는 베트남 커피 산업의 현황과 문화를 제대로 아는 일이 중요하다. 국정홍보처 국정브리핑에서 제공한 '베트남에 가면 커피의 진실이 보인다'는 기사는 이런 니즈를 충족시키는데 있어 큰 도움이 된다. 자료 제공에 적극 협조를 해 준 국정홍보처 정책뉴스팀에 감사의 말씀을 전하며, 관련 기사 전문을 게재했다.

This paper is about the economic analysis of the replacement of electric facilities in the production facilities. As the interest of energy is increasing, the efficiency of facilities become more important. So, in this paper, we diagnosed facilities, especially electric motors, in the plant and calculated the operating efficiency, power loss with the load factor. And when we replace these facilities into high-efficiency motors, we also calculated new energy efficiency, energy loss and economic analysis through capital recovery factor. As a result, we economically proved that using high-efficiency motor is more beneficial than using non-high-efficiency motors in the model process.

최근 이상홍수나 가뭄과 같은 물 관련 재해의 발생빈도가 높아지고, 산업 고도화, 인구증가와 같은 원인에 의해 장 단기적 물 부족 현상이 우려되면서 수자원 사업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 대부분의 수자원 사업은 공공성이 매우 크기 때문에 대규모 정부예산의 투입을 필요로 하고 있으나, 수자원사업의 특성상 사업의 공공성에 반하여 사업 시행에 따른 여러 경제적, 정책적 이해관계가 난립하여 사업 시행에 어려움이 따르고 있는 것이 실정이다. 이에 따라 '수자원(댐)부문사업의 예비타당성조사 표준지침 연구-제3판'에서는 수자원 사업의 타당성 평가를 위해 크게 경제성분석과 정책적분석의 두 부문으로 접근하고 있으며, 최종적으로 다기준의사결정기법 중 하나인 AHP기법을 이용하여 결정함으로써 수자원 사업의 가치 평가에 대한 이해를 돕고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지난 1999년부터 2006년까지 수행된 수자원분야 및 타분야의 사례를 바탕으로 수자원사업 예비타당성조사의 실태를 파악함으로써 현재 지적되고 있는 문제점을 고찰하고 그에 따른 해결방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

The aims of this study are to analyze the current states and problems of development finance in the regional development projects, and to examine new sources and techniques of development finance for activating regional development projects. Analyzing the current states of development finance in regional development project, the problems such as the poorness of development function, the low accessibility to formal financial market, especially capital market, and the dominant use of corporate financing can be seen. In these context, four alternatives are proposed in order to activate development finance. First alternative is to use the funds which invest the equity of real estate, such as REITs. The second is to activate project financing. The third is to use asset backed securities. The forth is using mezzanine capitals as the means of protecting investors.
