코로나19의 확산으로 야기된 경기침체를 극복하기 위해 세계 각국이 적극적인 확장 재정정책을 도입하고 있다. 1930년대 대공황 시기와 비교되며 '뉴딜식' 정책이 제안되기도 하는데, 그중 하나가 이른바 '그린뉴딜'이다. 그린뉴딜은 경기부양을 목적으로 환경 분야 지출을 확대하는 것으로서, 재정정책과 환경정책 두 가지 측면의 효과를 모두 '주목적'으로 하는 정책 수단이다. 우리 정부도 경기를 부양하고 포스트 코로나19 시대에 대응하기 위해 그린뉴딜을 한 축으로 하는 '한국판 뉴딜' 정책 추진 방안을 발표하였다. 최근 녹색전환과 기후변화 대응의 필요성에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지면서 그린뉴딜 추진 방안과 관련하여 다각도로 구체적인 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 이 글은 환경 분야 사업을 그린뉴딜 방식으로 추진할 때 기대되는 재정 정책 및 환경정책 측면에서의 효과를 고찰하는 한편 향후 국내 코로나19로 야기되는 경기침체에 대응하기 위한 목적으로 그린뉴딜을 추진할 때 염두에 두어야 할 정책적 고려사항을 제안한다.

최근 선박의 연료유 절감 및 경제운항에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 조선소를 중심으로 운항정보의 활용과 관련된 다수의 프로젝트가 진행되고 있으며 선박 설계, 기상예보 등을 통합한 다양한 시스템이 개발되는 등 선박의 최적운항지원 솔루션 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 하지만 현재 시장을 주도하고 있는 솔루션들은 설계정보를 중심으로 개발되어 선박을 운영하는 해운선사에서 요구하고 있는 성능기준을 만족하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 운영단계에서 축적되는 운항데이터와 해운선사의 경험과 노하우에 대한 정보가 반영된 경제운항 알고리즘을 개발하기 위한 현황 분석을 수행하였다.

최근 세계 여러 나라에서는 적정한 신뢰도나 경제성을 고려해 직류송전방식에 대한 관심이 날로 높아져 가고 있다. 우리나라도 부하가 밀집된 수도권으로 올라오는 송전선로의 병목현상으로 역률이나 주파수 등의 변화가 점점 심해지면서 전력계통의 신뢰도와 안정성에 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 계통의 부하집중지역인 수도권을 대상으로 최적 직류 송전 경로를 임의로 선정하여, 직류 송전 방식을 건설하였을 때와 가공 송선 방식을 건설하였을 때의 건설비, 운영비, 유지보수 비용 등의 경제성을 비교 검토하고 이에 따른 장점과 단점을 분석함으로써 직류송전방식의 타당성을 검토해 본다.

Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to examine the structural equation model among consumers' concerns and purchase intentions for alternative meats. Data were collected from 300 adults living in Kyeonggi Province. Results show that animal welfare, environmental concern, and health concern all have a direct and significant effect on purchase intention of alternative meat, and the mediation effect is also significant, indicating a partial mediation effect. The image of a company as caring about animal welfare and contributing to public causes can help sell alternative meats. Media publicity focusing on animal welfare for alternative meats can improve the attitudes of domestic consumers as well as their intention to purchase alternative meat products.

This paper reviewed previous researches and clarify its concept and characteristics of Cruise Industry. And This paper aims to study the correct concepts and characteristics of Cruise marketing and investigate the current status and trend of Cruise Industry of the world and Korea. And it has groped and suggested various countermeasures, strategies and tactics in the 4Ps perspectives, considering the problems and conditions of Cruise service of Incheon Port.

Recently, technology for energy recovery from waste has been increasing interest globally including the Korea. In Korea, we have interested in using biogas generated from the sewage treatment process. As one alternative, there are operating biogas combined heat and power plant. The generation amount of the Sewage Sludge are expected to grow in the future. For this reason, total processing cost of Sewage Sludge will increase. To solve this problem, it seems will be invested with the expansion of facilities that use biogas as energy. Therefore, quantitative information on such facilities is required. Thus, this study attempts to economic feasibility analysis for Seonam Biogas Combined Heat and Power Plant. Meanwhile, as the benefit items for economic feasibility analysis consider electricity supply benefit except for heat supply benefit. The average prices of electricity use were residence 123.69, commercial 130.46, and industry 102.59 won per kWh for the year 2015, In addition, the economic benefit are calculated to be residence 310.21, commercial 378.49, and industry 222.87 won per kWh. The results of economic feasibility analysis is NPV 72.18 billion won, B/C 1.90, IRR 37%, shows that economic validity of Seonam Biogas Combined Heat and Power Plant.

최근들어 국제 유가가 급등하고 지구 온난화 등 환경문제가 부각되면서 기존의 에너지를 대체하는 대안으로 신재생 에너지가 전 세계적으로 뜨거운 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 더구나 온실가스 감축 등 본격적인 환경경제 시대가 도래하면서 환경친화적이고 고갈 염려가 없는 신재생에너지가 효과적인 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 또한 고유가 및 기술개발 가속화도 신재성에너지 시장 확대를 부채질하고 있어 신재생에너지에 대한 관심이 신성장동력으로 집중되고 있다. 이처럼 환경문제 해결에 대한 관심은 '선택'이 아닌 '필수'가 되었다. 우리나라도 국가 차원에서 이산화탄소 배출을 줄이기 위해 '저탄소 녹색성장' 정책을 마련하면서 신재생에너지 확대 보급을 위한 제도 및 대책이 새롭게 마련되고 있다. 건설산업은 대표적인 에너지 다소비업종에 속하기 때문에 이산화탄소 저감을 위해 에너지 저소비형 건축물 연구에 많은 투자를 하고 있으며, 신재생에너지를 이용한 생태토시 조성 등에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 에너지를 다루는 기계설비는 이러한 신재생에너지와 밀접한 관련이 있기에 더욱 관심을 기울이고 있다. 태앙광을 비롯하며 지열, 풍력, 바이오 등 신재생에너지 개발은 물론 빗물이용 시스템 쓰레기 이송 설비와 같은 첨단과 환경이 조화를 이루는 아파트의 보급도 차츰 늘어나고 있는 추세다. '누구의 영역도 아닌' 곳이자 '누구의 영역도 될 수 있는' 신재생에너지가 설비건설업계에 확대, 보급되기 위해서는 설비건설업계의 관심이 집중되어야하며, 기술개발을 활발히 하여 선점경쟁에서 유리 한 고지를 접할 수 있을 것이다. 그렇다면 국내 신재생에너지의 개발 수준은 어디까지 왔을까? 이번 호는 그 현황을 집중 조명해 보고, 다음 호에는 풍력, 바이오에너지, 지열, 연료전자 수소 등을 하나씩 분석해 본다.

The "Economy" is one of the hottest issues in Korean society these days, but there are still mixed views on the definition and approach to the creative economy, which is the catch phrase of the new government. Under these circumstances, this study assumes the current perspective of the domestic science and technology community on the creative economy fails to properly reflect the spirit of the times and so aims to suggest the "creative economy for people's happiness" as an alternative perspective along with a set of policy implications. To that end, this paper looks through the theory of the creative economy and examines existing perspectives on the creative economy from a critical point of view. And then, it explores the characteristics of the creative economy for people's happiness and related examples. Lastly, policy implications are drawn up for the Park Geun-hye government.

Recently, consumers are increasingly interested in the sharing economy, which utilizes various resources by sharing unused or under-used products/services with others. This study focuses on Airbnb, a representative sharing economy platform, to identify the success factors of the sharing accommodation services. The key properties of sharing accommodation services are extensively surveyed from extant literature and are classified them into the three important factors (economic, convenience, and trust) that influence the success of room-sharing services. The research data include 1,673 Airbnb hosts who offered accommodations in New York City, USA, in June 2018. The research variables of economic-, convenience-, and trust-related factors are utilized in the empirical analyses. The results of this study show that the number of available facilities, flexibility of refunds, the response rate and time to customer requests, and the status of Super host are positively associated with guest satisfaction from sharing accommodation services. This study bears significant managerial implications by suggesting a set of practical guidelines to participants in sharing accommodation services.
