농촌용수는 자연계의 물순환과 융합한 형태로 반복과 순환의 특징을 갖고 있으며, 지역의 건전한 물순환 형성에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 또한 식량생산 기반으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라 환경 보전, 전통문화 및 지역사회 등과 밀접한 관련이 있어 사회적 자본으로서의 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 최근 쌀 소비의 급격한 감소로 논 경작면적이 축소되면서 밭 경작면적이 증가하고 있어 우리나라 농업형태가 논 관개 시스템에서 밭 관개 시스템의 특용작물 재배와 같은 첨단시설의 하우스 농업 형태로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 농촌용수의 활용은 감소하고 있고 관개 형태의 변화로 용수관리 시스템에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있고, 관개시스템에서 농촌용수의 효율적인 이용을 위한 수로형태의 변화는 개수로 중심에서 관수로 중심으로 진화하고 있는 상황이다. 농촌용수를 저장, 운용 실태를 보면 노후 된 농업기반시설들로 인하여 저수량 감소가 발생하며, 확보된 용수를 재래식으로 운용함으로 인한 관리 손실발생으로 농촌용수 부족사태를 발생시키고 있으며, 농촌용수 관개를 위한 개수로에서의 용수 손실률은 약 15%에 달하며 이는 약 20억$m^3$으로 추정되고 우리나라 총 수자원의 6%에 해당되는 양이다. 본 연구에서는 관개지구의 급수관리 계획 및 사례 분석을 통해 기존의 모의에 의한 농촌용수 추정 값의 불확실성을 확인하고 실측에 의한 정량화 분석을 통해 관수로 시스템 구축의 타당성 제시 및 효과 분석을 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 관계망 시각화에 이용되는 데이터의 특성을 분석하고 그에 맞는 시각화 요소를 추출하여 시각화하는 것에 관한 연구이다. 사회 관계망 시각화는 점과 선을 기초 요소로 하여 점은 사회적 요소(actor), 선은 관계(relation)를 의미한다, 점과 선은 시각화에 사용되는 데이터의 특성에 따라 다양한 형태를 갖게 된다. 이 논문에서는 관계망 시각화에 사용되는 데이터의 특성을 데이터의 형태, 관계, 상태에 따라 분류하고, 각각의 특성에 맞는 관계망 시각화의 형태를 추출하고, 그에 따른 시각화 요소를 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 모바일 커뮤니케이션을 통해 형성되는 인맥 네트워크를 시각화함으로써, 인맥 네트워크 구성원 간의 친밀도를 효과적으로 파악할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제시하였다. 또한, 시각화의 결과를 이용하여 휴대전화로 인맥 네트워크를 유지, 관리하기 위한 서비스를 제안하였다. 이러한 연구는 데이터의 특성에 맞는 시각화의 요소를 추출하고, 데이터의 형태, 관계, 상태를 직관적으로 제공함으로써 사용자로 하여금 자신의 인맥 네트워크 구성원들의 친밀도와 관계 형태, 상태를 파악하여 자신의 인맥을 유지, 관리하고 보수할 수 있도록 한다.

Nowadays knowledge is begging to supplant the traditional factors of production and has become the most important new corporate and competitive resource. Many construction firms have been trying to perform Knowledge management, and implement Knowledge Management System. For successful KMS, a company should check the exiting infrastructures which includes resources and knowledge which an organization already may have in place, their culture, and processes and adopt the proper approach according to their own business requirement. This study defined the knowledge life-cycle and proposed management knowledge method of construction field with KMS.

In this Paper, We study on establish for unit of measure. Quality control is means control for customer needs. We surveyed unit of measurement of quality feature of Juran and Taguchi teaching. We suggest new measure of quality feature. New quality measure which is combined with several quality control measures. Which measurement can be used management control of managerial level of company. We expect this new measurements can be applied and well used.

최근 인터넷 통신의 형태가 단순한 텍스트 위주의 데이터로부터 실시간 환경을 요구하는 멀티미디어 데이터 형태로 변하고 있으며, 사용자들간의 실시간적 상호작용이 필요한 원격회의나 인터넷방송. 다중 멀티미디어 게임 등에 대한수요가 증가하고 있다. 이런 응용 서비스들은 동시에 여러 사용자에게 같은 정보를 보내야 하며 이런 서비스들의 효율성을 향상시키기 위해서는 멀티캐스트를 이용한 통신이 요구된다. 멀티캐스트 통신에서는 각 참여자들의 특성 에 따라 세션이 생성되며 생성된 세션들의 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티캐스트 통신을 하기 위해 필요한 웹 기반의 세션 관리 프로토콜을 구현하였다. 추후에는 구현된 세션 관리 프로토콜인 SMP(Session Management Protocol)와 함께 세션의 참여자들을 관리하기 위한 프로토콜인 MMP(Membership Management Protocol)를 구현하고 이 세션과 참여자 관리 구조를 바탕으로 세션 전송 프로토콜인 GMP(Group Management Protocol)를 구현할 계획이다.

It is difficult to figure out the specific contents of the buildings in the internet spatial area, since those data on the internet present only the location of buildings and the outlines of lands on which buildings are located, An experimental study for the view management of building information at internet urban spatial area was conducted on the Web-GIS based map using hyper map. With the building information on the 2-D map, modified from the previous numerical map and the regional building information and additional information, a new form of building through 3-D icons was shown on the internet spatial area. This study shows the Web-based building management system, which is designed to manage attribute data about hyper-linked buildings of 2.5-D icons and to reproduce visual building information by putting a variety of information into hyper-linked icons on the hyper map. This system not only complements the lack of consistency between real buildings and those on the map, but also provides users with more familiar urban space, so that everybody can utilize the building information as long as he has access to the internet.

The compensation data for submerged land have been filed in the form of document or managed with spread sheet like Excell up to now. In the case of dam or highway construction, huge compensation data for the submerged or included land have been managed inefficiently by the administrative manpower. Moreover, where and how to keep the enormous data becomes big problems. In response to the requirements, an submerged land compensation management system based on the location and property information of parcels was developed. The compensation management system has many functions including site searching for compensation, compensation money computing, and compensation data managing. It is expected that the submerged land compensation management system creates various information effects.

현재 많이 사용되고 있는 P2P개념으로는 순수 P2P와 변경 P2P구조가 있다[3]. 순수 P2P의 모델에는 Gnutella와 stella등의 형태가 존재하고 변형 P2P로는 무수히 많은 형태가 존재한다. 이 변형 P2P모델들 중파일 공유 모델들이 존재하는데 이 모델들은 파일의 공유를 위한 그룹 관리와 검색, 색인 등의 기능을 제공한다. 파일공유 모델의 Peer들에 대해 연결성 유지를 위한 많은 부하와 사용자에 있어서 그룹에 대한 형태의 문제점 그리고 서버의 Fail에 대한 비연결성에 관한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 라우팅 기법에서의 접근을 통해 과일공유모델에 계층적 구조를 적용하고 Backup시스템을 설계하여 사용자에 의한 효율적인 그룹관리와 연결의 신뢰성을 유지하기 위해 시스템을 설계하였다.

최근 침입 탐지 시스템으로부터 생성되는 대량의 경보데이터에 대한 관리와 경보상관관계 분석 결과를 침입탐지시스템의 능동적인 대응에 활용하고자 하는 연구가 많이 시도되고 있다. 기존의 침입 탐지 시스템은 알려진 공격 형태를 탐지하는 것은 가능하지만 변형된 형태의 공격이나 새로운 형태의 공격의 탐지는 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 침입 탐지시스템의 체계적인 경보데이터관리 및 경보데이터 상관관계 분석을 위하여 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용한 경보 데이터 마이닝 프레임워크를 제안한다.

정보통신기술의 발전과 더불어 디지털 컨텐츠 유통시장의 환경 또한 정보, 네트워크, 기기가 하나의 큰 프레임워크를 형성하는 통합적인 형태로 변해가고 있으며, 예전의 물리적 형태의 전자상거래 환경에서 디지털화본 컨텐츠의 유통환경으로 발전해 가고 있다 그러나 디지털 컨텐츠는 신속하고 빠르게 복제가 되는 문제점 때문에 전자적 형태의 유통에 걸림돌로 자용하고 있다. 따라서 디지털 컨텐츠 유통을 위한 효율적, 지속적인 관리체계와 디지털 컨텐츠의 불법 복사/배포를 방지하는 방법이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠 관리 및 저작권 보호, 컨텐츠의 출판, 유통 관리 보호 솔루션을 위한 DOI 기반의 Agent DRM 모델을 제안한다.
