This study aims to identify the current status of the village citizen archivist training program (hereinafter "training program") and propose a competency-based training program operational model to improve it. With the steadily increasing number of training programs, revitalizing programs and systemizing operations become imperative. This study focuses on achieving the program's goals, the competence of village citizen archivists, and the continuity of training programs and archiving activities. To this end, the meaning and role of village citizen archivists were investigated through domestic and international literature. Moreover, the current status of training programs from 2015 to 2023 was identified, and the implications of literature reviews and case studies were verified through interviews with the program educators. The implications of the interview were summarized as the program operational plan for each goal, the competence of village citizen archivists, and the development plan, thereby being reflected in the operational model. The competency-based education program operational model was proposed to incorporate a model structure, design principles, curricular modules for each goal, and considerations for each stage of education program operation.

종계의 관리에 있어서 육성기간의 관리는 매우 중요하며 이 기간의 관리는 이후 산란기간의 생산성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 육성기간에 어떠한 잘못이 있었다면 산란기간에 이것을 교정하는 방법은 없다. 과거 오랫동안 육용종계의 육성은 체중에 근거하여 관리되어 왔으며 체중을 목표에 맞추기 위해서 사료 급여량을 조절하는 것이 관리의 핵심이 되고 있다. 그러나 정작 체중을 목표에 정확하게 맞춘다는 것은 매우 어려운 일이고 육용종계의 체중조절을 위하여 모든 농장에 다 잘 부합되는 사양방법을 확립한다는 것은 사실상 불가능한 일이다. 각 종계회사에서는 자기 회사의 닭에 대한 체중, 사료급여 프로그램, 표준성적 등에 대한 기준을 설정하고 있다. 그러나 이들은 어디까지나 기준은 될 수 있지만 실제로는 농장마다 자신의 실정에 알맞는 프로그램을 개발해야 한다.

This study attempted to: (1) operate a Strengths-based case management program; (2) determine the effectiveness of strengths-based case management for the elderly; (3) evaluate the effect of the coordinating program on the capabilities of ADL, IADL, and life-satisfaction of the elderly. The subject of this study was 8 home-bound elderly in lowest income class in Gwang-ju City. The program was practiced from November 2008 to April 2009 for 6 months period. The outcome of study has shown that strengths-based case management has determined a fair of amount of effectiveness in carrying out their short-term tasks. The program tried to assess the strengths of the elderly, and evaluate the outcomes of the program using ADL, IADl items and life-satisfaction developed for the study. The data collected by pre-test and post-test of the program showed that the scores of life-satisfaction were improved statistically significantly. But capabilities of ADL, IADL items were slightly improved, but not statistically significant. Successive effort to operate strengths-based case management must be required for the improvement of capabilities of ADL, IADL, and quality of life of the elderly.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect by case management and durability of the effect, which targeted on the 115(51 men and 64 women) people who had undergone diabetes case management through the National Health Insurance Corporation from May 1. 2007 to June 30. 2007. In order to evaluate the effect of case management and durability, the study was examined just before the case management, right after case management, after 6 months and after 12 months through classifying case management 1(Group I) and case management 2(Group II). As a result, the participants' blood glucose level in the diabetes case management improved just after the case management compare to just before one. but it had a tendency to increase once more after 6 months and 12 months case management. In addition, it was confirmed to maintain the effect by the case management in Group II compare to Group I.

본 논문에서는 PXA270 임베디드 시스템을 이용한 거동관리 프로그램 개발한다. 개발 프로그램의 목적은 혼자 있는 환자 또는 독거노인의 거동을 관리함으로서 응급상황을 신속히 처리하도록 한다. 우선 개발 프로그램은 웹 카메라(QuickCam Pro5000)를 사용하여 Visual Studio 2005로 기본프로그램을 작성하였다. 웹 카메라로 부터 영상을 받아온 후 기준영상을 등록을 한다. 다음 단계로 감시되고 있는 영상에 사람이 들어오거나 움직이는 물체가 있다면 감시영상에서 기준영상을 뺀 차영상 기법을 이용하여 지속적으로 물체를 추적 한 다음 물체가 일정시간 이상 움직이지 않는다면 경고 메세지를 출력하게 된다. 최종적으로 개발된 알고리즘을 임베디드 시스템인 PXA270에 탑재하기 위하여 Embedded Visual C++ 4.0을 이용하여 증명 한 후, 실험을 통하여 제안방법의 타당성올 검토한다.
