일본의 국립공원정책을 참고하고 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 세 가지 측면에서 나타나는 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시해보면 첫 번째 보전적인 측면은 용도지구 및 공원구역의 전면적인 재조정, 두 번째 이용적인 측면은 교통, 주차시설의 확충 및 도로체계의 재조정, 자연학습공간의 설치 및 환경교육(해설) 프로그램의 개발, 세 번째 관리적인 측면으로 도립공원 재원확보, 관리 인력의 증원 및 전문 인력의 배치 등을 들 수 있다. 나아가 공원구역의 전면적인 재조정으로부터 지역주민들의 의견수렴을 충분히 거친 후 자연보존지구에 대한 보존대책을 수립한 다음 도립공원 해제방안도 적극적으로 고려하여야 할 것이다. 그러나 보다 중요한 것은 일본의 환경정책을 예로 들었듯이, 환경보전적 측면에서 오히려 역행하고 있는 현행 우리나라 자연공원 정책이 전환되어야 한다는 것이다. 이에 환경보전적 측면을 중시한 자연공원법의 조속한 개정과 생물다양성을 관점으로 한 자연공원정책이 전개되어야 할 것이다.

현재 원격 교육 시스템은 21세기를 맞이하여 고속 인터넷 통신망의 발전과 함께 사회전반에서 크게 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만, 현재는 특정업체나 단체에서 교육을 독점적으로 서비스하기 위해 웹 기반으로 서비스가 이루어질 뿐 일선 학교에서나 한국 산업인력관리공단과 같은 시험인증기관에서 특정 LAN (Local Area Network) 상에서 자체적으로 특정 교과 독립적으로 교육을 행할 수 있는 시스템이 없는 현실이다. 기존에 서비스되고있는 시스템은 순수 웹을 이용하거나 웹과 플러그인(Plug-in)을 함께 사용하여 컴퓨터에 지식이 없는 일선 학교의 교사나 학생들에게 순수한 양방향의 교육 서비스를 하기엔 역부족이고 한계가 있어 네트워크 기반 원격 교육 시스템을 제안하게 되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템의 주요 특징으로는 순수 인트라넷만을 이용하여 실시간 원격 교육서비스를 제공, 교육 공급자와 수요자에게 사용상에 특별한 지식을 요구하지 않는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공, 교육 정보갱신이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어지며, 특정교과 독립적으로 서비스가 가능하며, 서비스상에 특별한 인력을 필요로 하지 않으며, 수요자는 원하는 시간에 자신의 능력별로 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 그리고 가정 통신문, 성적 처리, 학생 신상 관리 등의 학생관리 기능이 있다. 필요하다면 사용자의 이용요금부고도 가능하다.

지식과 정보의 창출, 확산은 국가혁신의 원동력으로 크게 부각되고 있어 선진국은 체계적이고 수요자 지향적인 과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)을 구축하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 그 동안의 노력에도 불구하고 기관별 상호 연계성 미흡, 중복 개발 운영되어 효율성이 낮고, 연구성과 관리가 어렵고 활용도가 저조하였다. 이에 정부는 기술, 시장, 산업, 인력 등이 연계된 전주기 종합정보서비스체제를 구축하여 과학기술정보종합상황판 구축 활용하고자 한다. 언제, 어디서나 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 시스템 구축으로 하나의 창구로 종합적인 과학기술 정보의 획득이 가능하게 되고 국가연구개발 상황을 종합적으로 파악, 분석하여 투명하고 개방적인 연구관리 지원체제로 지식 정보의 체계적인 창출, 확산, 활용 및 공유를 통해 연구개발 생산성 제고 및 새로운 혁신체제를 구축할 계획이다. NTIS 구축의 향후 과제로는 (1) 연구기획 강화를 위한 R&D모니터 및 조기경보시스템 구축, (2) NTIS 표준화의 선결적 추진이 요구된다. 4가지 표준화 영역 중 기술요소표준을 제외한 3개 영역은 별도의 표준화 과제 수행을 통해 추진하되 분류표준 중 기술분류 표준은 인력, 장비, 기자재는 물론, 사업/프로그램 및 과제관리기관 등과 관련성을 가지므로 NTIS표준화의 핵심이 될 것이다.

현재의 물공급중심의 물관리에서 물수요중심의 물관리로의 전환을 위하여 수로에 설치되는 수문의 기능을 고려하여 새로운 수문을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 제수문의 역할로서 자동으로 수로 내 수위를 유지하는 무동력 자동 재수문과 태양광을 이용하여 수문개폐를 행하는 태양광 전동 수문, 논의 급수를 포장의 담수위 현황에 따라 자동으로 행하는 자동물꼬등이 포함되어 있다. 무동력 및 태양광으로 운영되는 수문의 개발에 따라 부족한 농촌인력과 고령화에 따른 유지관리인력의 절감과 자동물꼬에 의한 급수에 따라 농업용수절감이 기대되며 말단포장이 중심이 된 효율적인 물수요중심의 물공급 체계가 확립될 것이다.

근래에 이르러 시설농가, 농수산물 건조기, 저온 저장고, 양어장, 보일러, 심야전기기계장치 등의 사용이 증가하였지만 이를 관리하기 위한 인력은 항시 관련 장비의 근거리에 위치하였다. 그러나 관련 장비를 관리하기 위한 인력이 원거리에 있는 경우 장비의 이상 유무를 수시로 확인 할 수 없어서 장비의 고장이 발생하여도 적절한 조치를 취하지 못하여 커다란 손실을 입는다. 이러한 관점에서 장비에 이상이 발생하였을 때 이를 감지하여 원거리에 있는 관리자의 전화기에 자동 연결하여 녹음된 음성 메시지를 신속히 알려 적절히 대처할 수 있는 제어기 개발에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 농업용 온실 및 기계장치에서 이상 발생 시 휴대전화를 이용하여 사용자에게 음성으로 자동 통보하는 시스템을 개발하여 시스템은 미리 지정된 전화번호로 통보를 하여 사용자가 정상적으로 인지하였는가를 인식할 수 있는 기능을 갖고 있다. 또한 미리 저장된 여러 개의 전화번호를 시스템에서 직접 Dialing 해주는 기능을 갖고 있으며, 음성합성 기능을 적용하여 온도와 이상 상태들을 음성으로 통보해 주는 기능도 갖고 있다. 또한 사용자가 원격지에서 전화를 이용하여 원격제어를 할 수 있는 기능도 갖추고 있으며, 이를 확인할 수 있는 기능을 갖는 시스템을 개발하였다.

부산항만은 관리하는 범위가 넓고(용호만-부산신항) 노후화 시설이 다수 차지하여 인력만으로 관리하기에 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 새로운 방법이나 기술도입이 필요하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항만시설 중 인력운영의 사각지대를 대상으로 IoT 기술을 통한 모니터링 시스템 구축을 통하여 보다 넓은 영역의 시설물을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 ${\cdot}{\cdot}$ (중략) ${\cdot}{\cdot}$.

Trend analysis and time series analysis were conducted to predict the demand of manpower under the smartization of shipping and port logistics with transportation survey data of Statistic Korea during the period from 2000 to 2020 and Statistical Yearbook data of Korean Seafarers from 2004 to 2021. A linear regression model was adopted since the validity of the model was evaluated as the highest in forecasting manpower demand in the shipping and port logistics industry. As a result of forecasting the demand of manpower in autonomous ship, remote ship management, smart shipping business, smart port, smart warehouse, and port logistics service from 2021 to 2035, the demand for smart shipping and port logistics personnel was predicted to increase to 8,953 in 2023, 20,688 in 2030, and 26,557 in 2035. This study aimed to increase the predictability of manpower demand through objective estimation analysis, which has been rarely conducted in the smart shipping and port logistics industry. Finally, the result of this research may help establish future strategies for human resource development for professionals in smart shipping and port logistics by utilizing the demand forecasting model described in this paper.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and analyze the effectiveness of an education program counseling manual (EPCM) for community-based visiting nurses. Methods: Seventy-eight of community-based visiting nurses was enrolled in this study. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the ${\chi}^2$-test, and the paired t-test in SPSS version 18.0. Results: Nurses had higher mean scores for counselor activity self-efficacy: skill self-efficacy, session management self-efficacy and counseling challenges self-efficacy, after EPCM than before EPCM. Significant differences were found after applying the EPCM. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the EPCM is effective at improving counselor self-efficacy of community-based visiting nurses.

Volunteers in public libraries are recognized only as internal manpower, so their sustainability and effectiveness are limited because the motivation for volunteering is hardly considered. This study aims to explore the motivation for volunteering in public libraries and the factors to continuation of the volunteering, and to analyze how these factors affect volunteer satisfaction and marketing intentions. To this end, the variables in this studies including satisfaction and motivation was defined operationally based on the related research and a pilot study with several in-depth interviews. A questionnaire survey was executed with the defined variables and the survey data were analyzed statistically. The results showed that the factors of emotional and psychological motivation influenced the satisfaction and marketing intention rather than the managerial factors such as remuneration. The results indicate the need for a change in volunteer management to a relationship-oriented management method. This study is meaningful in that it expands the value of volunteers in public libraries from as managerial to as marketing resources for public libraries.

In a rapidly changing IT and business management environment the demand for competent IS personnels is increasing. However, it is ironic that the number of IT and IS majors has sharply decreased as well as the widespread skepticism of IS identity. This research suggests directions to differentiate MIS to other IT majors, diversify IS core competency and make general improvements in MIS curriculum. The research recommend the courses of IS Strategy and policy, ITA/EA, Global IT Management, Emerging Technologies, DW/DM, BI, IT Service Science, Project Management, IT Consulting and integrated capstone which are few in Kore universities. This research also stress the course of soft skills like business communication, team building, analytic/logical thinking, rational problem solving and so on as a important IS competency. The pedagogy of course is important, so the research recommend the internship, mentoring programme, lecturers in industry according to industrial - educational cooperation.
