This study investigates and analyzes the 16th Presidential records (record management secretary's office) from a record-recognition perspective and, based on the results, suggests the Presidential record management plan. To this end, the function of the records management secretary's office was first analyzed, and the 16th Presidential records transferred to the Presidential Archives were reviewed from a general perspective. Next, the nature of the records was investigated in a deductive, top-down manner by quantitatively analyzing the "production system type," "preservation period," "reason for determining the retention period," "management department," "electronic record type," "production year," etc., focusing on the "records file/item," "unit task," and "function." Finally, the characteristics and problems revealed during the record analysis were summarized. Based on the analysis results, a plan was proposed to redesign Presidential record management for the "reorganization" and "service" parts of the records.

This study was carried out to analyze the job of care managers in their social welfare practicing fields about the frequency of care management duties they perform, types of duties considered to be most important and the reason, and types of jobs counted to be the most difficult and the reason by qualitative case study research methods. The job area of care management was elicited using DACUM method, and those 9 job areas derived from it were analysed according to frequency of performance, importance and difficulty. The subjects were 10 social workers serving more than 3 years with major duty of care management and chosen by reputational-case selection, and those collected data analysis was operated according to embedded analysis types. We discussed the implication of this research. : The experience of participants are the process of maintaining the tension, and search the equilibrium point between client centered service and institutional pressure. Electronic public records are classified simultaneously as production, a preservation period is granted, and after a certain period, they are transferred to an archive and preserved. This study intends to find a way to improve the efficiency in classifying transferred records and maintain consistent standards. To this end, the current record classification work process carried out by the National Archives of Korea was analyzed, and problems were identified. As a way to minimize the manual work of record classification by converging the required improvement, the process of identifying outlier candidates based on a list consisting of classified information of the transferred records was proposed and systemized. Furthermore, the proposed outlier discrimination process was applied to the actual records transferred to the National Archives of Korea. The results were standardized and constructed as a training data format that can be used for machine learning in the future.

This study investigates the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles of commanders in fire service organizations on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. A survey was conducted with the staffs of four fire stations in Gyeonggi Province. The results show that the charismatic characteristics of transformational leadership and the management by exception of transactional leadership positively influence both organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This indicates that the fire officers can be devoted to their organizations and be satisfied with their jobs when their supervisors give directions with charisma and vision and when they delegate authority to the fire officers except in particular situations.

This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

During the Joseon period, space, organization, and personnel were essential in order to perform the administrative work for local governance. For that reason local government records were created, managed, and stored as the results of its administration. Buildings and spaces of local government office can be divided in 3 sections such as 1) administrator's space for governance and living; 2) petty officials' administrative space; 3) granary space for store rations and grains paid as tax. Because of its grand scale, a local government office had considerably complex organizational structure. In order to survey the types and forms of local government records, focusing on six transition documents (junggi, 重記) in the 19th Century Yeongnam Region, this study selected the record type documents in the item lists of the transition documents, then, classified the record type documents which were managed by the organizations in local government offices with several types: program of items (jeolmok, 節目), list of personnel or land (an, 案), register (daejang, 大帳), certified copy (deungnok, 謄錄) and muniment (wanmun, 完文), and examined these documents.

For the long-term preservation of document-type electronic records, the National Archives of Korea has chosen PDF/A-1 as the preservation format named as the document file format, and established it as a public standard. The only option of selecting PDF/A-1 restricts the use of various electronic file formats that can or must be applied to actual works as IT advances and tasks change. Moreover, it is difficult to apply PDF/A-1 to other types of electronic records (administrative information datasets, audiovisual records, web records, etc.). Therefore, it is necessary to diversify the preservation formats of electronic records. We suggest a framework for selecting various preservation formats. Furthermore, we propose common criteria and evaluation methods frequently applied to all electronic records when selecting a preservation format, and introduce a methodology for deriving intrinsic criteria applied to each type of electronic records.

우리나라의 국가재난관리 업무는 1948년부터 시작되었으며, 자연재해를 중심으로 수행되어 왔다. 이는 과거 사회구조가 단순하여 사회재난의 피해가 자연재난의 피해보다 현저히 적었기 때문이지만, 점차 사회가 복잡해지고 재난의 양상이 복합적으로 변화함에 따라 효율적인 재난관리를 위한 정보시스템의 필요성이 증가했다. 이에 따라 국가적 차원의 재난관리정보시스템 구축 계획을 수립하게 되었으며, 2015년 현재 통합 재난안전정보체계 구축사업을 수행하기에 이르렀다. 통합재난안전정보체계 구축 사업은 현재 다양한 시스템을 통해 분산 관리되던 재난정보를 통합 관리하기 위한 시스템 구축을 중심내용으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가재난관리정보시스템에서 활용되는 재난정보 공동활용 시스템의 데이터 분포와 유형을 분석하고 그 활용 방안에 대해 고찰하였다.

Most of the software development is determined by the hard skills of project participants and capacity management and operations. However, failure of the current software development is very high. Since the development of the exploration of human psychology continues, the study that there is an association between the preferences of personality and work preference has been actively conducted. It is found out that there is a relationship of preferences in MBTI, the test tool of psychological typology, and those for the work of the ICT engineers tuned to the software development cycle. By using the information on the soft skills associated with software development for the psychological typology, it can be understood the preference of the software development process. In this paper, we develop a program for software development process to allow personality type to be classified with using the soft skills to find ways to improve education and collaboration capabilities of ICT engineers.

The purpose of this study was to determine Enneagram personality type and the degree of clinical practice stress by personality type among nursing students, as well as to set a direction for student counseling and develop a management program. For this purpose, the Enneagram personality type inventory, developed by the Korea Enneagram Spirituality Institute, and a clinical practice stress scale were applied to juniors and seniors majoring in nursing in a district who were in clinical practice. The results were analyzed using an SPSS 25.0 program. Type 2 among the nine Enneagram personality types accounted for 47.66% while in the strength- centered area, the emotional area accounted for 64.84%. As for the degree of clinical practice stress by Enneagram personality type, Type 6 was most vulnerable to the training environment, Type 4 to an undesirable role model and conflicts with patients, and Type 5 to the burden of training tasks and conflicts in interpersonal relationships among the sub-areas of stress. As for the degree of clinical practice stress by the strength-centered area of Enneagram, the thinking type was most vulnerable to the training environment, an undesirable role model, the burden of training tasks, and interpersonal relationships, whereas the emotional type to conflicts with patients. To put these results together, nursing students varied in Enneagram personality type and differed in clinical practice stress by the strength-centered area, as well as by personality type. It is therefore necessary to provide nursing students with counseling and guidance through an analysis of their personality type.
