전력계통의 원방감시제어시스템(SCADA)은 원방의 전력계동을 화면에 표시하고 감시하며 필요한 제어명령을 실행하는 시스템을 말한다. 철도청의 기존 전력계통 제어시스템은 UNIX를 기반으로 하여 특별히 교육 받은 운용자만이 감시제어 및 관리할 수 있고 구축비용이 많이 소요되며 지역 사무소에서 운용되기 때문에 원격지의 전력계통 사고의 경우 시스템 운용자는 현장의 근무자와 연락하여 사고의 원인을 파악하고 조치해야 하는 단점이 있다. 또한 새로운 통합 SCADA 시스템이 구축되면서 기존 지역사무소에서 운용하던 전력계통 제어시스템이 없어지고 중요 역사마다 지역사무소의 전력계통 제어시스템을 대체할 수 있는 소규모 전력계통 제어시스템의 설치가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 UNIX를 기반으로 한 SCADA 시스템의 기능을 모두 수용하고 현장의 근무자들이 쉽게 감시제어 및 유지보수까지도 할 수 있는 경제적인 전력 계통 제어시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 소규모 전력 계통 제어시스템을 개발하기 위해 Cimon 이라는 산업자동화프로그램을 이용하였으며 철도청 철암 역사에 직접 시스템을 설치하여 원격소 장치(RTU)와 새로 추가 설치된 전자식배전반을 동시에 수용할 수 있는 소규모 전력계통 제어시스템을 개발하고 실험하였다.

As the construction sites are far from the construction site offices, the construction workers perform work on the sites with a variety of reference books and materials. This inconvenience may lead to construction accidents, and as such, the demand for mobile app development for simplifying work is increasing. Therefore, in this study, the trends of mobile research and mobile app development, and their application to the construction field were investigated to develop a mobile app that would help construction workers process their work. Based on this, mobile services applicable to construction sites and work process improvement plans were proposed. To apply the proposed work process, the functions of the existing construction project management system were improved, and a mobile app that could be used in both the Android and iOS environments was developed.

This study aims to calculate reasonable carving capacity of the Gwangneung area and to review its tourism policies from the perspective of the tourist's demands. According to the analysis results, The socio-psychological carrying capacity by targeted intervals of time is generally underestimated and less than desired. Parking lots followed by stores and then roads are the biggest issues weighing down the area's carving capacity Also, another finding shows that the physical carrying capacity, analyzed based on area use, is estimated for 600 tourists and 130 cars. This study recommends following that Gwangneung establish various tour programs linking its cultural and historical sites to forest and ecological resources. Further to this, Gwangneung might be better off exerting efforts to developing environmental education programs and training more cultural and ecological guides. The findings necessitate that should be made off limits to cars, and instead servicing the area with shuttle buses. Management offices can also be classrooms used for cultural, historical and ecological education and exhibitions. Other findings suggest an expansion of convenience facilities such as more potable water stations, benches, resting areas and a continued monitoring of tourism activities in the area.

The National Park Service is making efforts to create a safe environment by installing rockfall prevention facilities (rockfall prevention nets, fences, and Piam tunnels) in areas at risk of falling rocks. However, the occurrence of falling rocks is increasing every year due to torrential rains caused by climate change, abnormal temperatures in winter, and aging of the ground, and the need to improve the existing rock risk area management plan has emerged. In this study, a pilot area at risk of falling rocks was selected for the Hwanggol district of Chiaksan National Park among Korean national parks, and rockfall analysis was performed using the Rockfall program, and monitoring was conducted by applying a countermeasure method combined with the measurement system to the pilot area. Through this, a rockfall management plan was proposed for continuous management and monitoring of rockfall.

The aim of this study is to grasp how the dwellers of apartment cognize the real condition of the management such as general control of janitor office or management of maintenance, environment, account and imposing price of management. The analysed results of recognition are as following. First, as the dwellers judged that the janitors are incapable to control dispute among the households, it needs to develop the ability to cope with the demand of control dispute by various curriculum. There should be more strict management of parking lot for the handicapped. Second, it needs to establish the plan to improve maintenance of the rest facility. Third, as dwellers thought the management expenses not to be made public clearly, it needs to use various way, not only by neighborhood meeting but also information system such as establishing web page or E-mail notice for better announcement of the settled matters such as management expenses. Forth, the audit result of management expenses and the measures conducted after audit should be reported widely, contract of construction work services needs to be publicized by neighborhood meeting or other information system.

The Purpose of cost Planning at the early Phase of construction Projects is to provide the clients with the appropriate cost information during the design decision-making process. Therefore, the cost planning process is expected not only to predict projects' cost accurately but also closely to coordinate with the design decision-making activities. This paper proposes a new cost planning method for the effective and efficient directions relating a design decision-making process. Strategies for this method are i ) to utilize elemental cost breakdown system, and ii ) to apply probabilistic distribution theories. Based on these strategic direction, this paper proposed a probabilistic cost planning model for high-rise office building projects. The suggested model provides appropriate cost information to meet clients limited budget and various project' requirements during the design decision-making process. This study is based on probabilistic distribution variables theories and the range estimating technique. This study also develops a web-based software program in order to apply the proposed cost planning model effectively in high-rise of office building construction practices.

The startingpoint of successful buildingproduction process is the feasibility study of the project. If the feasibility study is poor which is affected in direct production processes such as designing and engineering, it incurs a great unrecoverable loss to the company. The governmentinstitutionalized the feasibility study for projects that budgets over 50billion won in an effort to ensure competitiveness of the construction industry after IMF; however, the system and effort to created systematic studies or guidance preparation for private construction development projects are lacking in great deal. Therefore, the objective of this study is to establish the analysis factors of feasibility study and evaluation standard by systematic analysis in consideration of the changes of various variables and mutual relationships using system dynamics technique for office buildings among commercial buildings.

지난 6월 13일 태백시종합문화예술회관의 설계경기 당선작이 발표되었다. 당선작은 (주)예가람건축(구정회)의 안으로 선정되었으며 (주)이일건축(박광범), 이송건축(이영우)의 안이 각각 우수작으로 선정되었다. 태백시민의 다양한 문화욕구를 충족시키고 문화예술활동을 통한 사회공동체의식의 함양을 기하며, 시민화합의 전당으로서 다목적 종합시설을 갖춘 미래지향적인 종합문화예술회관을 설립한다는 취지로 진행된 이번 설계경기는 4월 15일 현장설명이 있었고 5월 31일 접수마감으로 총 7개 사무소가 작품을 제출했다. 당선된 (주)예가람건축은 20m의 대지차로 인한 진입시의 어려움을 진입교량을 설치함으로써 용이하게 유도한 것이 당선된 주된 요인이 되었다고 밝혔다. 지하 1층, 지상2층의 규모로 지어질 이 문예회관은 대공연장, 소공연장, 전시장, 관리, 사무시설로 구성되어 지는데 오는 98년을 완공목표로 하고 있다.

우리 나라의 건설산업은 건설시장 개방으로 외국기업과의 경쟁체제 돌입이 불가피하고, 건설정책과 각종 행정규제의 급변으로 대응전략 수립이 불가피하다. 또한, 건설정보의 통합관리체제의 부재와 건설통합시스템의 미구축, 그리고 정보 공유와 공공정보 공개 마인드의 미성숙으로 인하여 적극적인 대처가 불가능한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건설업체, 설계사무소, 감리업체 등이 안고 있는 제반 현황을 고찰하여 건설CALS 구현방안을 제시 이를 건설정보통합시스템에 적용하기 위하여 국내 건설분야 ISO 9000 규격의 활용 실태를 파악하고, 해외 각국에서 ISO 9000 규격의 활용관련 자료를 분석하여 국제기준 및 국내 건설환경에 적합한 기능규격을 설정하여 건설업체에 적용하였다.

본 연구는 다양한 형상과 정보를 가질 뿐만 아니라 신축 및 재건축을 통하여 끊임없이 갱신되는 건물에 대해 3-D GIS를 구축하기 위한 기초자료를 효율적으로 획득하고 관리하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 BIM과 GIS의 정보모델의 특징들을 비교해 보고, 가상도시 구축을 위한 CityGML에 대한 개요와 건물의 세밀도(Level of Detail)를 살펴본 다음, BIM으로부터 CityGML에 따른 건물정보를 추출하기 위한 프로토타입을 구현하여 실행사례를 보인다. 본 연구의 접근방법은 건축설계 및 건축관련 엔지니어링 사무소, 또는 건설회사에서 CAD로 작성한 기존의 건물 및 부지에 관련한 2, 3차원 정보뿐만 아니라 새로운 추세로 자리잡는 BIM 정보를 활용할 수 있어 국가GIS 구축을 위해 건물 외형과 내부 모델을 생성하기 위한 많은 노력을 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
