In a construction project, the portion for maintenance costs for a building is considerable compared to the initial construction cost. As such, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis is being increasingly utilized to assess the design value of engineering work in Korea. Additionally, the Public Procurement Service in Korea announced that it will be mandatory for all domestic construction projects to adopt BIM. Furthermore, the paradigm for architectural design has shifted from 2D to 3D, and to BIM, which includes a data management system. Within this background, however, there is currently no adequate BIM-based LCC analysis software and the requirements of cost estimation for repair and replacement cost for a building is not completely adequate in BIM tools such as Revit and Archicad. Therefore, this study suggests a process of cost estimation for repair and replacement (R&R) cost based on IFC data. First, we analyzed existing R&R criteria and defined BIM-based requirements when calculating R&R costs. These requirements were extracted from relevant IFC data. Subsequently, this was saved to a database and a BIM-based database was built for R&R cost estimation. Finally, this database was connected with external databases such as R&R Criteria DB and Cost Information DB to calculate R&R costs. This process is expected to improve upon the traditional process of cost estimation of R&R cost by applying a BIM model. The proposed process can contribute to a further standardizing of BIM-based LCC analysis thru application to initial construction costs, energy costs, and other maintenance costs.

The objective of this research is to develop an assesment system for BTL Project. A new method for the prediction of construction and maintenance cost in the educational facilities has been considered and under development by the authors. This paper explains the current BTL assesment method used by most local district office of education and lists its potential problems. Main conceptual modules in the new Assesment System are shown in this paper. Also, viable results of each module are discussed in this paper.

경인 아라뱃길은 국내에서 운영된 사례가 없는 기수역 운하로서 유량 및 수환경 관리 등을 포함한 수질관리 상황을 종합적으로 평가하기 위한 대책이 필요하다. 또한 경인 아라뱃길로 유입되는 오염원에 대한 현황 및 현장조사를 실시하고, 유입 오염원인을 정확히 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 경인 아라뱃길 유역의 수질조사 및 분석, 수질예측을 통해 수질관리 방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 홍수시 경인 아라뱃길로 유입되는 굴포천의 DO, BOD, SS는 삼정천의 영향으로 상승하였다. 삼정천은 굴포천 상류에서 부천시와 인천시의 관할 행정구역 면적에 비해 인구밀도가 높고 축산 농가 및 산업계로 인한 미처리 유출수에 의해 굴포천에 직 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 굴포천 하수처리장 방류 이후 BOD, T-N, T-P의 경우 급상승하였다. 따라서 굴포천 중류의 부천시 삼정동과 인천시 계양구 내 하수 및 폐수를 하수처리장을 통해 배출할 수 있는 공동처리장 운영 등의 처리 방안이 필요하다. 또한 EFDC 모형을 이용한 해수와 담수의 성분비 변화에 대한 경인 아라뱃길의 수질을 예측한 결과, 해수가 많을수록 수질이 BOD, COD 등이 양호 한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 염분에 의한 지하수 및 주변환경 변화에 대한 영향을 고려하였을 때, 해수와 담수비를 조절하는 것보다 성분비를 유지하고 유입되는 양을 확대한다면, 경인 아라뱃길의 수질관리는 효과적일 것으로 판단한다.

본 연구에서는 기존 대형 강우레이더 관측망에 대한 동해안 지역 관측공백 해소와 집중호우에 의한 재해예방을 목적으로 운영 중인 삼척과 울진 전파강수관측소의 강우추정을 위해 빔차폐 등을 고려한 HSR(Hybrid Surface Rainfall) 추정 기법을 소개하고 지상강우량과 비교 결과를 제시한다. 전파강수관측소의 HSR 추정 기법은 1) 자료 품질관리, 2) 고도별 자료의 병합, 3) 병합 자료 기반 분포형 비차등위상차 산정, 그리고 4) HSR 강우 추정 단계로 이루어진다. 품질관리 과정은 전파강수관측소의 관측자료 중 강우추정에 직접적으로 사용되는 반사도, 차등위상차의 품질을 관리하는 단계이다. 자료 병합 과정에서는 고도별로 품질관리된 반사도와 각 고도의 차등위상차의 레이별 차이를 병합한다. 그리고 병합된 반사도와 차등위상차의 레이별 차이를 이용하여 비차등위상차를 구한다. 마지막으로 산출된 비차등위상차를 이용하여 R-KDP 관계식을 이용하여 HSR을 산출한다 시험적용 결과 제안된 HSR 강우 추정 기법이 강한 강우가 발생한 지역의 강우강도를 잘 추정하는 것으로 확인되었다.

망관리 표준은 통신망의 효율적인 관리를 위해 ITU(International Telecommunication Union)를 중심으로 제시되고 있다. 이러한 표준화의 노력에 비해 전송기술과 장비를 빠른 속도로 발전하기 때문에 유지, 관리가 어려운 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA를 이용하여 여러 가지 전송기술과 장비로 구성된 인트라넷의 복잡성을 줄이고 일관된 관리를 가능하게 한다. 구성관리의 기능을 토대로 망의 초기 설치 방안을 제시하였다. 각 계층별 관리객체를 정의하고 계층망별 MIT(Management Interface Tree) 구조를 제시한다. 설계된 구성관리기능을 기반으로 타 관리기능과의 연동 시나리오를 설계하였다.

인간은 이 세상에 태어나면서, 때때로 자신의 의지와는 관계없이 '비정상'이라고 하는 아픔을 가지게 된다. 정상인도 살아가기 힘든 세상에. 어느 한 구석이 모자란 채. 살아가야 한다는 것은 생각만으로도 우리의 가슴을 아프게 한다. 더더욱 슬픈 것은 그들은 비정상이라는 이유로 학대받고 멸시받고 소외되어야 하는 현실이다. 그러나. 이제 이 정신박약이라고 하는 비정상을 사전에 예방할 수 있다는 소식을 접하면서. 그들에게도 정상적으로 살 수 있는 평등함을 부여해 주고 국가 경제적으로도 손실을 줄이기 위해서 우리가 해야 할 일이 무엇인가를 깨닫게 된다.

클러스터링 성능 평가를 위한 척도로 여러 공식이 개발되어 사용되어왔다. 이들 평가척도는 가급적 범위가 제한되며, 가환성이 있고, 비편향적이며 단일 척도일 필요가 있다. 기존 평가 척도에 대해서 검토한 후 비편향적인 단일 척도 WACS를 개발하였다. 클러스터 수를 달리하는 클러스터링 결과에 대해 여러 평가척도를 적용해서 성능을 평가하는 실험을 통해서 WACS 척도가 평가척도로서의 요건을 만족시킨다는 것을 확인하였다.

The aim of this study is to grasp how the dwellers of apartment cognize the real condition of the management such as general control of janitor office or management of maintenance, environment, account and imposing price of management. The analysed results of recognition are as following. First, as the dwellers judged that the janitors are incapable to control dispute among the households, it needs to develop the ability to cope with the demand of control dispute by various curriculum. There should be more strict management of parking lot for the handicapped. Second, it needs to establish the plan to improve maintenance of the rest facility. Third, as dwellers thought the management expenses not to be made public clearly, it needs to use various way, not only by neighborhood meeting but also information system such as establishing web page or E-mail notice for better announcement of the settled matters such as management expenses. Forth, the audit result of management expenses and the measures conducted after audit should be reported widely, contract of construction work services needs to be publicized by neighborhood meeting or other information system.
