방위산업 관련 협력업체 보안관리 방안

  • 방위산업기술보호법 및 방위산업보안업무훈령에 따라 체계종합업체는 협력업체 보안관리 업무를 수행하고 있으며, 비정형 상태의 불특정한 다수의 협력업체를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 협력업체 등급 분류 기준, 등급별 보안점검 지표 마련을 위한 방법 및 PDCA 모델 적용을 통한 지속적 발전 방향에 대하여 알아본다.

  • 본 논문에서는 시간속성과 능동특성을 지원하는 관리객체의 동적특성 표현언어 BDL(Behaviour Description Language)을 이용하여 시스템 망관리 모델의 관리기능을 정형적으로 표현하였다. 그리고 BDL로 표현된 관리기능을 CORBA IDL로 변환하는 BDL_to_IDL 컴파일러를 설계·구현하였다. 특히, 망 관리 정보베이스에 저장되어있는 관리객체를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 ITU-T 권고안에 정의된 강제적 접근제어 모델과 역할기반 접근제어 모델을 상호연동한 접근제어모델을 정의하였다. 또한, 관리속성값을 제어하는 관리연산을 연관된 유형별로 묶어 역할로 정의하고 관리자와 관리객체에 인가등급과 보안등급을 부여하여 역할배정규칙과 제약조건에 따라 관리정보의 접근을 제어함으로써 보다 무결성을 보장받도록 하였다.

Problems and Improvement of Game Rating System - Focused on IARC member Countries (게임물 등급 제도의 문제점과 개선방안 모색 - IARC 가입국을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate the transition of the game rating system in Korea and to search for problems and improvement measures in the era of IARC game grade review. IARC(International Age Rating Coalition) is an International Classification Alliance, with 37 member organizations from 6 countries. In addition, IARC grants participating store-fronts autonomy to review game ratings. The method of deliberating games in Korea is proceeding with direct review by rating system and deliberation by IARC's own classification system. The problem of the rating system of the game is that the civilian becomes the subject, it relies on the questionnaire, and its side effects are caused by its own classification system. IARC guidelines can be developed to improve the game rating system, education on penalties and ratings for game developers, and management of participating front-stores. In conclusion, it may be dangerous to delegate rating authority to open market, and it is necessary to construct a discussion forum for ratings, including government and industry, game developers, users, and parents of under-age gamers. It is necessary to create a rating system for the game environment in Korea.

  • 본 연구는 벤처 또는 기술 기반 중소기업을 대상으로 기업의 신용등급에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 그 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 요인분석 결과에 따르면 벤처 기술 지향형 중소기업이 신용등급의 수준을 높이기 위해서는 기존의 재무적 성과만이 아니라 경영일반, 마케팅 및 인적자원관리, 연구개발, 생산 및 품질관리 등의 다양한 경영활동을 효과적으로 관리해 나갈 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 벤처 기술 기반 중소기업의 경영성과 및 정부지원 사업의 정책적 효과를 평가함에 있어서 유용한 정보가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 건설재난을 줄이기 위한 정부의 노력에도 불구하고 건설기술진흥법의 안전관리비가 실제 현장을 반영하지 못한다는 지적이 제기돼 왔다. 따라서 건설사고 예방을 위한 가장 근본적인 대책으로 삼을 수 있는 안전관리비의 적절한 가이드라인을 연구할 필요가 있다. 또한 합리적인 안전 관리 비용을 확보하기 위해서는 적절한 비율을 계산하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전관리비 실행계획에 따른 공사비 및 유형별로 적정 안전관리비율을 제시하였으며, 그 비율은 산업안전보건관리비의 10분의 1로 분석된다. 본 연구결과는 적정 공정등급제 개선 및 시범사업 추진에 대한 지침이 될 것이다.

An Analysis on the Correlation between Crack Condition and Safety Grades in Masonry Buildings (조적조 건축물의 균열양태 및 등급판정과의 상관성에 관한 연구)

  • In Seoul, structural deterioration is severe in the private masonry buildings which have been built since 1906s. But most of these structures remain without any repair works. As a result, the rate of deterioration is getting faster and these dangerous structures may cause hazardous circumstances to the adjacent structures and neighborhood. The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of wall cracks among the defect types which occur in private masonry buildings and to analyze the correlation between safety grades and wall cracks for offering the fundamental data. Using these date we can establish basic criteria for safety grades of structures and improve the quality of masonry buildings. The result of this study indicate that there are high correlations between safety grades and the width of crack but much less so with the length. Furthermore, with regard to crack patterns, vertical cracks much more negatively effected the safety grades.

Priority Assessment of Leachate Management of Reclaimed Mine Waste Dump Sites (광산폐기물 적치장 침출수의 사후관리 우선순위 평가)

  • This study was performed to develop a priority list for post-managements of leachates from 64 mine waste dump sites in Korea. For this, leachate quality, leachate quantity, and other factors were considered as evaluation criteria and the weights of 10 subfactors were calculated using Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) based on a survey from 20 experts in the field of mining environment. Calculated weights were 0.769, 0.147 and 0.084 for leachate quality, leachate quantity, and others, respectively, indicating that experts consider leachate quality as most important. Based on this approach, we classified the 64 mine waste dump sites into five grades from Grade I to Grade V. Ten were classified as Grade I, 1 as Grade II, 1 as Grade III, 33 as Grade IV, and 19 as Grade V.

A Polyinstantiation Method for Spatial Objects with Several Aspatial Information and Different Security Levels (비공간 정보와 보안 등급을 갖는 공간 객체를 위한 다중인스턴스 기법)

  • In the spatial database systems, it is necessary to manage spatial objects that have two or more aspatial information with different security levels on the same layer. If we adapt the polyinstantiation concept of relational database system for these spatial objects, it is difficult to process the representation problem of spatial objects and to solve the security problem that is service denial and information flow by access of subject that has a different security level. To address these problems, we propose a polyinstantiation method for security management of spatial objects in this paper. The proposed method manages secure spatial database system efficiently by creating spatial objects according to user's security level through security-level-conversion-step and polyinstantiation-generation-step with multi-level security policy. Also, in case of user who has a different security level requires secure operations, we create polyinstance for spatial object to solve problems of service denial and information flow.

A Model for Effective Customer Classification Using LTV and Churn Probability : Application of Holistic Profit Method (고객의 이탈 가능성과 LTV를 이용한 고객등급화 모형개발에 관한 연구)

  • An effective customer classification has been essential for the successful customer relationship management. The typical customer rating is carried out by the proportionally allocating the customers into classes in terms of their life time values. However, since this method does not accurately reflect the homogeneity within a class along with the heterogeneity between classes, there would be many problems incurred due to the misclassification. This paper suggests a new method of rating customer using Holistic profit technique, and validates the new method using the customer data provided by an insurance company. Holistic profit is one of the methods used for deciding the cutoff score in screening the loan application. By rating customers using the proposed techniques, insurance companies could effectively perform customer relationship management and diverse marketing activities.
