식품의약품안전처는 가입한 의약품실사상호협력기구(PIC/S)의 규정 변경 사항을 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정'([별표13])에 반영해 국제 조화하기 위하여 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정'을 일부개정한다고 밝혔다. 주요 내용은 ▲공정밸리데이션 방법의 선택적 적용, ▲규제의 합리적 개선, ▲포장공정 밸리데이션, 세척 밸리데이션 구체화 등 조문 정비 등이다. 다음에 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정' 일부개정의 상세한 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the historical course of legislations on management of public records, analyse the transition process of records management systems on the basis of the life cycle of records, and eventually provide an effective measure reflecting the environment of public records management in Korea. It is significant that this study may provide better understanding of records management systems in Korea through the analysis of legislations with relation to public records management.

항공기사고는 약 70%가 이 착륙단계에서 일어나는 CFIT사고이다. 그러므로 비행장주위의 장애물 관리는 사고방지에 매우 중요하다. 국내에서도 비행장주위의 장애물제한을 항공법에 규정하고 있고, 최근 개정안으로 제시된 동법 시행규칙에서 ICAO의 차폐기준의 적용을 포함하였으나 이 규정만으로는 비행장 주위의 장애물의 체계적인 관리가 어려우며, 특히 국내 비행장 주위의 차폐이론적용에 필요한 세부기준이 명확하지 않다. 본 연구는 항공장애물과 관련된 ICAO의 규정 및 항공선진국들의 관련 규정을 검토 분석하고 국내 현황과 비교분석한 후 국제기준에 비추어 국내 환경에서도 적용 가능한 비행장 공역에서의 항공장애물관리규정(안)의 방향을 제시하였고 특히 논란의 여지가 많은 차폐이론의 적용의 명확한 기준방안을 제시하였다.

식품의약품안전청은 식품의 제조.가공 또는 판매단계 등에서 식품이력을 추적.관리하기 위하여 필요한 기록의 작성.보관.관리, 표시 및 계획서 등에 관한 기준 등을 규정하여 식품이력추적관리제도의 시행에 차질이 없도록 하고자 식품이력추적관리기준 등에 관한 규정을 제정 고시했다. 본고에서는 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

This study is focused on clarifying the Joseon Dynasty Period's records management system mentioned on Kyeonggukdaejeon(經國大典). Through out investigations of the legislations of public records in 'creating stage', it was revealed. that is, records in creating stage had characters of original records and those was managed as the records themselves and circulated by sending and receiving, and finally those was kept and used in each agency. Through out investigations of the legislations of public records in 'management stage', it was revealed that is, as the Records Management Organization the Chunchukwan(春秋館) was a government agency that is composed by 15 central government agencies' concurrent officials(兼任史官) and took charge of both records creating and records management, and was a central government body for compilation of the Sillok(實錄). As National Archives the Sillok was not accessible at that time. In this point the Sillok is basically different from modem archives that is preserved for use. And the Sillok was compiled from original records, In this point the Sillok is basically different from modern archives that is arranged from original records.

동해 심해 8광구 시추작업을 계기로 우리나라 해양구조물 분야 안전관리제도의 문제점이 식별되고 있다. 이번 동해 시추작업과 관련한 사전 안전진단은 국내규정의 미비로 영국의 보건안전규정을 적용하여 검토하였다. 이 연구에서는 위험평가를 기반으로 하는 영국 해양플랜트 보건안전규정을 소개하고, 관련 국내규정의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

안전관리 규정에 전기설비의 유지 및 운용에 관한 안전관리를 위한 순서 점검 및 시험을 별표에 정하는 기준에 따라 실시한 것이라고 규정되어 있으므로 본 절에서는 안전관리규정의 기준을 중심으로 하고 다시 안전확보를 위하여 바람직하다고 생각되는 약간의 보충사항을 더하여 정리하여 보았다.

2006년 정부에서 암정복 10개년 계획을 발표하면서 추진전략의 하나로 암환자 재활 및 완화의료 지원 강화가 포함되었다. 2008년부터 '말기암환자 전문의료기관 지정고시'를 제정하여 인력, 시설, 장비기준을 충족할 경우 완화의료전문기관으로 지정하여 사업평가 및 운영비를 지원하고 있다. 2010년 암관리법이 개정 공포되면서 '완화의료제도' 관련규정 또한 강화되었으며, 2011년 대상자, 사업범위, 인력기준, 시설기준 등이 포함된 시행령 및 시행규칙을 개정 공포함에 따라 말기암환자 완화의료 전문기관에서는 이 규정에 따라 평가 및 운영되고 있다. 말기암환자는 호스피스완화의료의 일부이지만 현재 정부의 제도안에서 시행되는 법령이기에 호스피스완화의료기관 운영에 도움이 되기를 바라며 암관리법 중 완화의료관련 규정을 소개하고자 한다.

DDC에서 임의규정은 문화적, 지역적인 차이를 수용하기 위해서 제공되는 것이다. 한국의 도서관들은 DDC에서 재 전개할 수 있는 방법으로 제시한 심의규정을 따르지 않고, 자체적으로 재 전개한 분류표를 사용하고 있는 경우가 대부분이다. 임의규정을 이용하면 분류표의 지시를 근거로해서 개개의 도서관의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 재 전개를 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 임의규정의 유형과 한국 도서관에서 사용할 수 있는 적용 시안을 제시하였다.

Under the changes of administrative systems and office automation, 'the national record management system' had been reformed until 'Record Management Act' was enacted in 1999. Between 1984 and 1992, the national record management system was reformed in process of overcoming national crises and carrying out office automation. As a result, the system was absorbed into 'Governmental Document Regulations', 'Official Document Management Regulations' and 'Governmental Document Regulations'. In addition, 'government document classification scheme' and 'Record schedule' were unified into 'Official Document Classification and Record schedule'.
