본 논문에서는 현재 대두되고 있는 IT 보안정책중 위험관리의 한 분야인 위험분석 과정을 살펴보았다. 그 중에서도 위험분석의 핵심 역할을 수행하는 취약점 분석 과정에 대해서 연구하였다. 먼저 보안관리와 위험관리의 일반적인 개념을 설명하였고, 다음은 취약점 분석의 중요성을 설명하면서 효율적인 취약점 분석을 위해 단계별 분석과정을 도식화하였다. 그리고 각 분석 단계마다 간략한 모듈을 만들어 단순하면서도 체계적인 분석 방법을 제시하였다

In traditional environments we have called the data life cycle DIKW, which represents data-information-knowledge-wisdom. In big data environments, on the other hand, we call it DIA, which represents data-insight-action. The difference between the two data life cycles results in new architecture of data resource management. In this paper, we study data resource management architecture for big data environments. Especially main components of the architecture are proposed in this paper.

서비스는 이질성, 생산과 소비의 비분리성, 개별성, 즉흥성, 소멸성 등의 속성 때문에 품질관리가 어렵고, 정량적인 관리가 쉽지 않던 연구 분야였지만, 최근 들어 서비스품질에 관한 연구는 과학적인 접근방법들을 통해 서비스사이언스로 거듭나고 있다. 서비스 분야 연구에 생산운영의 개념이 적용되면서 서비스전달시스템 분석과 같이 서비스 과정을 도식화하여 전체 흐름을 파악하여 실수 가능 위치를 발견하여 관리하는 서비스과정에 대한 품질관리가 체계적으로 진행되고 있음을 보여주는 사례들이 발견되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 생산운영에 대한 개념들 특히 서비스 생산시스템(공정관리)을 설명하고, 소비재를 생산하는 제조기업들의 서비스 센터를 중심으로 서비스 생산프로세스를 분석한 연구 사례를 소개함으로써 서비스 분야에서도 공정관리가 가능함을 서비스 실무자들에게 소개하고자 한다.

Marine pollution prevention manager system has been operated for the purpose of preventing marine pollution from ships and marine facilities in Korea. As a new "marine environment management act" replacing an old "marine pollution prevention act" had entered into force from January 20, 2008, the works and business of the education and training courses for marine pollution prevention manager are scheduled to transfer from KIMFT(Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology) and FHRDI(Fisheries Human Resource Development Institute) to KOEM(Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation) on January 1, 2011. The present state of the education and training for marine pollution prevention managers on board ships was surveyed and analyzed In order to prospect trainee demands for the education and training and to provide KOEM with basic data for establishing a new system for the education and training. The existing education and training courses of KIMFT for marine pollution prevention manager on board ships are classified into a regular course of 21 classes for 3 days, a reeducation course of 18 classes for 2 days and a NLS course of 17 classes for 2days. The annual numbers of trainees in 2008 were 516 persons for regular course, 1085 persons for reeducation course and 135 persons for NLS course in KIMFT. The trainee demands for the education and training were attempted to be predicted on a basis on annual increase rate of ships. The predicted demands for the education and training are changeable depending on the major factors such shipping market, naval architecture industry, etc.

이 글에서는 원자력 발전소 수명관리에 대한 개념, 절차 및 해외연구동향과 한전의 연구계획을 소개하였다. 원자력 발전소의 수명관리 연구란 전 수명기간 동안에 발전소 성능과 안전성을 유 지할 수 있는 기술적인 방안과 경제적으로 최적인 운전종료 시점을 찾는 과정이다. 또 수명관 리란 현재의 개발된 기술로 미래에 발생할 일에 대한 예측을 하는데 있어서 불확실성을 줄여 나가는 과정이므로 지금 현재의 단계에서는 해당 발전소의 연장운전 가능성을 누구도 명확히 말할 수 없다. 따라서 수명관리연구는 연장운전 그 자체보다 어떻게 하면 발전소를 잘 관리하여 오랫동안 경제적으로 운전할 수 있을까 하는 측면에서 수행되어져야 한다.

다른 여느 분야의 소프트웨어 개발 분야보다도 형상관리의 필요성의 나타나는 분야로 위성탑재 소프트웨어 분야를 꼽을 수 있는데 이는 위성소프트웨어의 기본적인 특성에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 위성 탑재 소프트웨어는 여느 소프트웨어보다도 그 신뢰성을 중시하고 있으며 이러한 신뢰성은 개발 과정상의 잘 정의되어진 형상관리에 있다. 본 논문에서는 아리랑 위성 탑재 소프트웨어 개발에 과정에서의 형상관리 방법 및 절차를 기술하였으며 이러한 형상관리하에 아리랑 위성 탑재 소프트웨어는 개발되고 위성에 탑재되어 그 임무를 훌륭히 수행하고 있다. 이 논문을 통해서 고도의 신뢰성을 요구하는 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서의 형상관리 방법에 도움이 되고자 한다.

It is an important issue in Korea archive field to prepare for systemic management of electronic records and transferring of electronic records in 2015. The purpose of this research is to come up with implication for Korea through the analysis of ERA of NARA. First of all, this study analyzed that the current status and history of electronic records management of NARA, the requirements document for electronic records, and use procedure of ERA. This paper suggests on the basis of these analyses that major considerations such as organization, gradual progression, and improvement of operation system are important and necessary to make a solution for electronic records management.

In this paper, we present, based on a systematic job analysis, the definition, flowchart and description of Production Management Technician(PMT)'s job in Electronic Industry for developing an PMT education and training program in the context of Korea situation. The result of this study reveals that there are 3 duties and 22 tasks in the job of Production Management Technician, and 12 education contents and 6 education courses in the PMT curriculum.
